Very pricey, staff lacking in quality for the position, exterior misrepresentation- very run down and dirty, although the interior is new, it is unfortunately work that has cut corners. Trim, caulk, paint all details incomplete The bed firmness gave both of us terrible pain and discomfort.

James (8/5): - The rooms were quaint with appropriate Adirondacks decor. The motel was just outside the bustle of Lake George but well within walking distance of everything.
YAQUB (10/5): Amazing, beyond expectations. - We stayed here for our 10th Anniversary and had a wonderful experience. The manager called at check-in time to confirm our arrival since we were running late. We reached the hotel around 8 PM during a snowstorm when everything was shut down. We called the hotel, and she answered immediately—our check-in took barely five minutes and was completely smooth. The room exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated with flowers and an anniversary greeting. My wife was extremely happy, and that made me even happier. Later that night, we needed an extra heater due to the cold weather. I called the manager around 10 PM, and she not only picked up right away but arranged for a heater to be delivered to our room within 10 minutes. We had such a warm and comfortable sleep. The spa was amazing, cleanliness was excellent, and overall maintenance was impressive. This was the last stop of our 3-day trip, and it turned out to be the perfect ending. I am truly grateful to the management for their hospitality. Prices are also very reasonable considering the quality of service and facilities. I highly Recommend this Hotel. Nothing. Everything was Perfect.

Ferguson (10/5): Great stay! - The place is gorgeous definitely a hidden gem! You would never know how adorable these rooms are from outside. The decor was beautiful! The heat is only a small electric fireplace in the livingroom. But we have 3 rooms as we had the family room. It was 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and then a large sitting area with a tv.

Room is small but well equipped with everything needed. Remodeled room with lovely decor. Bathroom was tiny, but was sufficient. I would recommend a shelf to place items on, and a hook for towels . La chambre était petite mais confortable et propre. Nous avions demandé un lit Queen et notre demande n'a pas été respectée. Nous avions deux lits doubles. Nous avions également demandé que notre chambre soit au 2e étage et nous avons été placés au rez-de-chaussée sans possibilité de changement.

The residents who live in the hotel had their laundry and underwear on the pool fence and entry gate, they also were smoking at the pool patio table even though I was told on check in not to smoke at the pool.

Lissa (6/5): Perfect for those in a budget - This is perfectly fine if you are on a budget. The rooms are all being renovated. Ours was renovated except the floor was still old carpet. It was clean. Plenty of towels and supplies. Although our hair dryer did not work. Has a small microwave and fridge. Our room was quite large and was two queens. Pool is just fine. It’s right on the road so I didn’t care for that so much when at the pool. But it’s a great value for those on a budget. They have a range of rooms and one apartment. There is not staff on property at all times. So when we arrived we needed to call a number to have someone check us in. The pool was not heated as far as I was concerned. It was quite cold. But again it’s Lake George and we spent most of our time at the lake. I would stay here again.

Free parking and free Wifi with strong signal. We brought a grandson for his first visit to Lake George. Roomy two room King Suite, with a king size bed in one room; and futon, cable TV, dining table with three stools and fully equipped kitchenette in the other room. One and a half baths. Plenty of hot water. Spotlessly clean and updated rooms with very attractive and comfortable Adirondack decor. Air conditioned. It suited our party of 3 perfectly. We were very pleased. The heated swimming pool is the star here. Clean, crystal clear, vacuumed daily and well maintained. The chemical levels are kept low so we swam for hours with no reaction to chlorine (like burning eyes or rash). Friendly, professional staff works tirelessly to provide you with an enjoyable stay. Delightful owners. One of four properties in close proximity in LG owned by the Gregor family of hotels, and when you stay with the Gregor's you can't go wrong.

S683YKgraceg (2/5): Do Not Stay Here - OMG where do I start. Definitely the worst FLEA BAG motel we have ever stayed at. When booking (judging by the pics) we thought we were getting a quaint adirondack style room. NOT. It was dingy, dark and extremely small. The bathroom/shower was smaller than that on a cruise ship. You had to run the water in the bathroom for 15 minutes before you got any hot water(on management's advice). The water went from scalding hot to ice cold-there was no in between. The clock, lamp and AC were all plugged into a power bar which was temperamental-as long as you jiggled it just so the AC came on. The curtains were paper thin so the lights from the pool area shone right into the room all night. Oh and the best part was the GIGANTIC (no exaggeration) wolf spider that paid us a visit in the middle of the night in the bathroom. We were originally booked for 3 nights, and when we requested a rebate for the 3rd night as we wanted to leave, we were told no rebates. We left anyway.

THANDIE (10/5): - The motel was more than acceptable for my stay. It’s convenient to everything, walkable, near the heart of everything. Beds comfy, linens, super soft, very clean, rustic look. No coffee maker, No hangers, just to note. Perfectly fine accommodations for the price. Pool smaller, but ample space for everyone imo. Will def stay again.
