- Farid (10/5): - Great appartement hôtel. Lots of place, has all facilities needed for a family of 4/5. Even if the weather was not great (grey and rainy sometimes) we used the spa and the pool. Very quiet surroundings and a parking in front of the building.Min point : could have more spoons, forks and knives. All in all great value for the price.

- Daniel (8/5): Comfortable Stay would go again. - Cute room, didn't know we were in the basement but it was fine, had a backdoor that lead to a pool space. We very comfortable only flaw was the air condition was full of water and was leaking on the floor by the bed, but didn't bother the host as we arrived late that evening. Overall we would stay again.

We stayed in the mezzanine suite and my kids loved that they had their own space upstairs. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed. There was a private little balcony as well. Check in was very easy. We would definitely stay here again!

- Lisa (8/5): Summer getaway - The room was small but cozy, the motel was quiet, we weren’t bothered by any loud noises from other people staying there. We had a kitchenette with basic essentials. The only downside was the bed was a little hard and the outside lights stayed on all night and shined through the shade on the window of the door. We would go back again.

- Daniel Christopher (8/5): - While we love this property, the rooms are very different from each other and the "2 queen bed" room did not appear to be as well kept as the "mezzanine" rooms we have stayed in. There were cracks in the flooring and the general upkeep was not as impressive as the other rooms. Admittedly, there is a price difference to account for this, so I advise travelers to simply check the room details before booking to make sure it has what you need (air conditioning, etc). This is a great property and we will likely stay here again.

- Muhammad Armaghan (6/5): - Its an okay-ish property. I spent $100 for the night (including taxes and fees) so cant complain. The pictures were done by professionals, reality is not as nice. We checked in at 11pm, there was a key waiting for us in the lock - checkin was a nice, clean experience. But the staff goes home around 9pm and does not come back till 8am. So if you have any needs, make sure you tell the staff before 9pm. I requested extra sheets/pillows on the call (around 6pm, before check-in) and we got them. There are no AC/fans in the room. I requested one at 11:45pm, but did not get it since the staff had already gone home. I called again at 8:30am but didn't get the fan till 11:00am when I checked out. For the price, I don't think you can expect anything more than this. Will not recommend this if you can spend more.

There's swimming pool and hot whirlpool but hot tub should be reserved ahead (I guess they charge extra) and if it is being used. The staff is not much responsive for the requests if its one night stay. No breakfast included.

- Diane (10/5): Bel endroit ! - Tout était parfait pendant ces trois nuits, excepté la programmation de la télévision qui était exclusivement en anglais. La 2e nuit, nous avons téléphoné au propriétaire qui a réveillé les deux dames d’entretien qui sont venues et ont tout fait pour régler le problème. Ce qui n’a pas fonctionné. Le 3e jour, on a réservé une chambre à quatre moins dispendieuse en avisant qu’on conservait la même malgré tout, mais le propriétaire nous a dit que la chambre à quatre était de moins bonne qualité (ce qui était faux bien sûr, mais nous n’avons pas argumenté). Or, la programmation de la TV le soir était revenu tout en anglais et nous avons laissé tomber plutôt que de déranger encore une fois les dames si gentilles. Quant au propriétaire, je trouve dommage qu’il ne nous ai pas traité mieux en tant que bons clients. Nous allons régulièrement à cet endroit. Oubliez la chambre 109 si vous souhaitez avoir des postes de TV en français ! Sinon, c’est une magnifique auberge avec un bon rapport qualité/prix !

In the bathroom I would recommend an Ikea wall lamp with 2 spots to add more light to the shower. Although the shower curtains were very cute, they were very opaque. And I would reconsider the location of the TV in front of the bed and not near it. So, I would definitely come back here on another trip.

- Melissa (6/5): - Easy check in - just call the phone number and you are given code for lockbox with room key. No staff visible on site at both check in and check out. Room had adequate towels for every guest. Kitchen was decently stocked but would be nice to have a larger pot available as there was only a small pot and 2 frying pans. Beds were fine. Limited number of outlets available and some were located behind the bed making which may make it hard for some to reach. You can hear people above you if they drop something but it was otherwise quiet. Would stay here again for a 1-2 night stay but any longer, I would likely looks for something with a bit more room and amenities. It also indicated in my reservation that a spa credit was included but there is no information on what this credit is and where to use it.

The room was dusty with no air conditioner in extremely hot weather.When we requested extra towels, we were told we had enough. Apparently, 1 towel per person must be their limit.

My only main drawback is that hotel guests do not have access to the hot tubs. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately we couldn’t find any info about the possibility of using the shuttle to ski lifts. Direct exit door from the room was very convenient. Kitchenette small but well equipped, big fridge. Convenience store with fresh bread and pastries across the street.

Our room promised a spa credit but we were told that it would not be given due to COVID closures. We should have received it anyway (maybe good incentive for a return visit). In the COVID information statement it does not state that it won’t be included. If it’s not provided or included, it should be removed from the room description.
- Mark (8/5): - The small kitchenette was very nice to have. The property was a bit outdated, but was otherwise clean. The showers had plenty of hot water; almost too hot (if you have small kids). Wifi was adequate, but for some apps that required constant service, we did sometimes briefly lose service. Front desk staff is only present at certain times during the day, but are available by phone if needed. The property is well located in relation to Alpine and Nordic ski areas and there were ample good restaurants and grocery stores within short drives for takeout eating during COVID. We would stay here again. Was more cost effective and had kitchenette when compared to Delta Marriott just down the street. Nordic and Alpine skiing nearby was excellent.

- Jo-Anne (6/5): - The family studio we chose is downstairs at the back of the building with no Convenient outside access in winter due to ice and snow. We should have chosen the normal studio upstairs, probably ground floor, looking out the front to the mountain. Next time!
- 705santasb (10/5): Exellent for large groups - 2 nights on October 15 and 16 left the warmest and vivid memories. We travel by bus and there were 9 families - 22 adults and 11 children. Despite the pouring rain, we had a great time! Each room has its own refrigerator, microwave and stove. 2 large double beds and a sofa in the room add comfort for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. A very large kitchen, a huge room, a fireplace, a large TV and a very high quality sound system. We will definitely go there again.
