- Risa (8/5): - 非日常を味わえるような景色がとてもよかったです！立地もよく、主に行きたい場所は徒歩圏内で回ることができるのでとてもおすすめです！また、清掃は数日に1度のため今回の滞在中清掃は対象外でしたが、足りないもの(バスタオルなど)はオンライで注文でき、海外のホテルでは珍しく注文してすぐにお届けしてくれるので(他のホテルは失念されたり30分待っても来ず催促したり…)とってもよかったです！ シドニー自体の気候なので仕方ないですが、夜は少し部屋が冷えていたのでブランケットなどあると助かります！

We noticed that there’s no vacuuming of floors nor cleaning of the kitchen/dining table. Table is still full of coffee stains.

So great that there was onsite parking. We stayed with our 4 kids and it was such a great hotel for us. The only downside for us was not having a restaurant located onsite, however, there were so many fabulous options available so close this was not an issue.

They were always ready to help, our family were very happy with the service we received. The pool, spa, sauna, and gym facilities were handy after a big day exploring, and they were always well maintained. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Everything was clean and tidy. Simple check in. Location was wonderful, in a bustling little hub with everything we needed close by. Nothing.

A mirror over the desk in the main living room would have been a good substitute but no mirror nr this desk.

The laundry room and dishwasher, along with the high quality iron, and hair dryers were all great! The beds were comfortable and the pool on the 61st floor once again with exceptional views added to our experience. We loved everything.

I would like to give praise to your employee Joseph at the front desk in helping us to store our luggage and getting a taxi for our departure. When cleaning our room housekeeping took our dirty towels and didn’t leave clean ones we had to call down to have some brought to our room.
