Elizabeth (7/5): Nice place but won’t go back. - Pool, modern rooms No room service, short period for dinner 7.30-8.15 meant the whole hotel went for dinner at the same time and it was extremely busy and noisy. Very unpleasant. Plus meant the hotel pool was busy before with screaming and splashing children.

Andrew and Mary (10/5): Grease place to stay to visit the Dolomites. - The facility was tremendous in all respects; large room with a spectacular view toward downtown and mountains, spa and jacuzzi., Excellent breakfast, easy walking access to downtown (although their is a substantial hill to walk up on return to the hotel). Desk personnel were very accommodating and knowledgable, A great base for exploring the Dolomites.

Walter (10/5): - Wir hatten die Junior Suite gebucht und es war alles top, Zimmergröße, Einrichtung, Balkon, Sauberkeit. Alles sehr neu und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral trotzdem weg von der doch viel befahrenen Straße durch den Ort. Zu erwähnen ist auch dass unser Hund sehr willkommen war. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Wenn man etwas finden möchte dann eventuell, dass es kein Gemüse beim Frühstück gab. Aber stattdessen Obst und ein wirklich großartiges Kuchenbuffet on top.

Large, modern suite (211) with large bathroom (walk in shower) & separate toilet. Large balcony with views of the mountains. Very quiet especially once the door to the balcony is closed which completely negates the nearby church bell ringing. Breakfast & evening meals were very good. Friendly & efficient staff. Nothing

Nicola (9/5): Magnificent suite in a beautiful hotel with stunning Mountain View’s. - The room was enormous and beautiful. It was immaculate and the balcony had great seating. The space, view of the mountains and flowers were lovely. There was good lighting throughout the whole suite and a fantastic sauna in the bathroom. We would have loved to have stayed longer at the hotel to be experience everything. The staff were friendly and helpful and the waiters at breakfast were especially attentive. The restaurant and bar were both lovely spaces and, although we didn’t eat at the restaurant at night (we were too hungry to wait until 19.30) the breakfast was delicious and abundant. The shower gel was gorgeous and left our skin so soft. The glass bathroom door gave no privacy to anyone in the shower- this is a great oversight. I travelled with my son and we needed privacy, although I would have wanted privacy even with my partner. The pillows were uncomfortable and I wasn’t convinced they were all hypoallergenic as there were no labels on them. There was a strong perfume smell from the incense sticks which I dislike but many people love, so we had to put them on the balcony. I requested 2 beds, due to travelling with my son but the second bed was not made up. When it was eventually made, instead of converting the double sofa bed, they erected a tiny single bed so my son slept on the sofa, which was bigger. This was disappointing but the room was so good, we lived with it.

Super comfy bed, very big and comfortable room, all new and clean and comfy, no wishes are left open, Small Bowling room downstairs was super fun! Sadly we didnt test the SPA The second room though was a double room and with a price diff of only around 90euro per night the difference of the room was extreme. Sadly old and not renovated and didnt had many nice features- that is the only small negative point I can say it was a bit of a shame

Gennady (10/5): Not less than AWESOME - This hotel is amazing! Truly awesome! We went for a ski vacation. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, comfortable beds. You get bath robes and slippers. The hotel has: - Free parking - Free shuttle service to and from gondola, which is really great - A very spacious ski room - Awesome free spa. The spa is really beyond imagination- 3 saunas, small hot pool (like a hot tube without bubbles), rest areas, tea, etc. - Free gym (also amazing) - Other things, like bawling, that we did not have time to explore :) - Great breakfast - Very nice dinner (extra payment if you didn’t book half-board, but really cheap. Definitely very good deal for this price) A short walk from the hotel and you are in the village, where you have restaurants and shops. There is a nearby Spar supermarket, about 5 min walk. The staff is so nice and helpful - thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable!

Flemming (10/5): Perfekt udgangspunkt for vandring i Dolomitterne - Super dejligt hotel med flot, nyrenoveret værelse, dejlig have og fin morgenmadsrestaurant med godt udvalg. Højt serviceniveau fra mange ansatte.
Simon (7/5): Nice and well located hotel but overpriced - Very friendly staff and clean property. Very well located. Nice breakfast and service. Totally overpriced. There was a lack of services (spa, swimming pool,…) and the price you pay for the quality of the room wasn’t there. If they had put us in one of the more modern renovated room, then maybe it would have been worth the price. Hotel seems to be for an older crowd. Information about activities and things to do were not presented in the lobby.

Ellen (10/5): Quiet location and close to town - A charming hotel in a location close to town. Lovely interior spaces, rooms were comfortable and very quiet. All of the hotel staff was professional, helpful and friendly. The amazing breakfast was the highlight of our stay. All of the breakfast staff was welcoming, friendly and attentive!
Andrew Alexander (10/5): - The staff were superb. I was leaving early and they provided a breakfast the night before including a thermos of coffee that was still hot in the morning.

Sergio (8/5): Nice stay in Canazei - Amazing dinner and bfast. The staff at the restaurant/bar as well as the Maitre were very nice. The gentlemen at the reception was not friendly (client oriented). Rest of the hotel staff was instead very nice.

Katy (8/5): - Belle location a l’extérieur du centre -ville, plus calme.( 5 min de marche) Très agréable et confortable . Déjeuners juste ok pour un 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Il manquait toujours des fruits, et serveurs non souriants.

Ondrej (9/5): Superb - Great hotel, excellent value for money. Ski shuttle takes you to/from lift without any waiting (during peak hours). Comfortable modern rooms. Large ski room including workbench for waxing/service. There is also table tennis, bowling, kids room - we did not use any of it. Breakfast (included) and dinner (extra) were very good and extras were not expensive. 100% recommendation Wellness facilities are rather small but it was never advertised to be a 'wellness hotel' so I guess it is OK.
Lisa (10/5): Amazing stay would return just to stay in this hotel! - The staff were very helpful and went above what was expected to make our experience spot on. The feel of the hotel was very welcoming and we felt very ‘at home’ the standard of food and cleanliness was exceptional. Nothing, everything was done well.

Fiona (10/5): Lovely stay with a beautiful view. - Lovely professionally run quality family hotel with great amenities. Very friendly, helpful and attentive service. Unfortunately we were between seasons and Canazei was mostly shut and hotel was quiet. The restaurant was of good quality and with excellent service. The hotel is set up and back from the main road and is therefore protected from road traffic noise. Things were just opening up I. Canazei as we left (15 June). Lovely area for walking and always a great view. Mountains stunning.

Christina (10/5): Canazei 2018 - Very nice new renovated rooms. Perfect breakfast before a long day skiing. Excellent facilities for ski shoes, spa and bowling in basement. So nice for a family with teenagers
Simone (6/5): Da non ripetere - Personale sempre gentile e sorridente, ma purtroppo non è stato sufficiente. Camera non disponibile ci hanno messo in un appartamento sicuramente più grande di una camera ma molto vecchio con un bagno che era un pugno in un occhio e vista la cifra pagata non mi ha certo soddisfatto. Cena fatta in hotel di basso livello, praticamente nessun piatto (se non uno dei due dolci) è risultato buono.
