All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days. A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in. Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorisation upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure. A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. Amanda (5/5): Good location for entertainment sector be ready for some walking - Location was good with Coles and eateries just around the corner. Close to Moore Park although 20-30min walk to Allianz Stadium or the light rail. Bed was comfortable and coffee machine was a bonus. Was woken up at 8am sharp by construction tools. No warning and not welcome when you’re on holiday. Toilet wasn’t really cleaned properly and shower head kept falling down.

Hannah (5/5): Cheap for a 1 night stay - Clean and comfortable. Found it strange our doona didn’t have a doona cover - just 2 flat sheets with the doona between them. Also was woken up just after 8am by a horribly loud vibration which sounded like was coming from the room above us. It would stop and start over and over. Couldn’t get back to sleep so we checked out early.

Laura (7/5): For convenience and space I would stay again. - The room was spacious and in a convenient location after landing back into Sydney Had to chase the hotel multiple times to acquire an early check in and not once did the staff reach out to let me know the room was ready. I’d think a courtesy call from reception isn’t hard to ask for when you land into Sydney at 7am and have to wander around Sydney after little to know sleep from a long international flight waiting to check in. We eventually drove over to the hotel at 1pm and a room was ready straight away. It was a Monday, I can’t imagine the hotel flat out.

Renee (3/5): Great location for Moore Park, just make sure you get a garden view room or higher up away from the road noise. - Location was great, staff were lovely as always. I just wish we were made aware of the road noise from our room as we didn’t sleep well at all, due to traffic. We were not made aware of the workman starting work at 8am near our room. It was an ongoing loud vibration, drilling and banging from 8am onwards and was loud enough to make the walls vibrate. Not the best way to wake up when the road noise already disrupted your sleep due to our room being directly above the road. The balcony areas were unusable due to traffic noise.

We booked parking using Meriton Waterloo site, we were redirected to the parking site which only gave us the option of the 5 Crescent and not at Meriton Waterloo. Also in the two rooms I booked the air conditioning did not cool the room enough.

Brooke (5/5): Disappointed. needs some attention to detail - Was close to places we needed to go which was convenient For the amount you pay for a night, cleanliness was not the best attention to detail needs to be addressed. Air conditioner didn’t work. Stale smell. Although there was complimentary coffee there was no complimentary water or a nice biscuit to go with the coffee. Value for the $ was definitely not there and having to pay $32 extra for parking is ridiculous when there wasn’t enough parking available. And the rubbish in the parking area was a disgrace.

A bit of a shame the pool was in a different building. Some maintenance issues to the room, but nothing that affected our stay
EssexLovetotravel (10/5): Great stay with lots of space! - We had a great stay at Meriton Suites Waterloo. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location for exploring Sydney. We were especially grateful for the early check-in after our long flight from the Uk, which made such a difference to the start of our trip. It was very easy to get into the centre of Sydney on the 304 bus round the corner, and unlike the UK, bus fares were only a few dollars return! Easy to self cater with Coles and Aldi supermarkets within 10 minutes walk. Please be aware the gym and pool are not at the hotel, you have to walk to a nearby building. Both were clean and well equipped. A special thank you to Sheridan for the fantastic customer service — so friendly, professional and helpful throughout our stay. Sheridan really went above and beyond and made us feel very welcome. We would happily stay here again!

Pour une chambre calme, demander une chambre côté cour. Arrêt de bus (304) à 200m pour rejoindre le centre (Circular quay en 25/30minutes) une première mauvaise nuit du fait du bruit incessant de la circulation de la highway qui passe devant l’hôtel. Un changement de chambre vers le côté Courtyard a été possible.
