- Виктор (10/5): - Отличный номер, приветливый персонал. Были проездом, нужно было остаться до вечера. Все вопросы решили без проблем. Вечером сходили в бар на втором этаже, поужинали вкусно. А утром в ресторане на 1 этаже нас ждал достойный завтрак. Все на высшем уровне. Всем рекомендую.

- Vladimir (1/5): Освежить номер люкс, по крайней мере 601 номер. Починить обогрев номера. Разрешить обедать и ужинать в ресторане на 1 эт - Ничего Обед и ужин проходит непонятно в каком то помещении под названием бар, хотя на первом этаже есть ресторан, но там почему то только завтракают. Запах в номере. Состояние номера. Не комфортная температура в номере, в ванной холодно. Ночью невозможно было спать, так как номер люкс расположен рядом с лифтом.

- Alexey (9/5): - Удобная локация,до центра 7-10 мин на такси. Неплохие рестораны недалеко от отеля. В самом отеле вкусные завтраки,но хотелось бы добавить энергии сотрудникам ресторана на втором этаже. При единственном госте подача блюд и напитков очень не спеша. Из номера отличный вид на горы. Неспешность сотрудников ресторана на втором этаже. Честно говоря,неплохо бы обновить сантехнику и душевые кабины. В некоторых местах отклеиваются гидроизоляционные резинки на дверях,что приводит к попаданию вода внутрь помещения

- Ulanbek (10/5): В целом нормально. - Номера просторные, локация хорошая. Проблемы с горячей водой. Если не отремонтируете, потеряете клиентов. Вода на 30-40 секунд отключается при приеме душа, очень неприятно стоять намыленным без воды.
- Mikhail (2/5): Avoide... - View from the window was really gorgeous - mountines are seen weel. Room was bis enough, but I had unstandart. Wifi was fast. Reception is all made of marble, but that's the only pluses.... What was really shocking I found 5 cockroaches in my room. Window in my room was turned to the street and was not closing well. Can imagine how cold it's at the winter. At same time cooling system is not a central, but a separated split system in my room. It was not new at all and fan was so loud, that you just can't sleep with it. Breakfasts deserve 2 stars max. It's not juice and choice is double less than should be. Eggs in all forms are cold and dicussting. I saw better breakfasts at 3***. Location is far from the center. Just in the middle of nowhere. Resume, 160 eur per night is money waste...

- Olga (10/5): - Очень приятные девочки на рецепшене. Помогают в любом вопросе и просьбе. Белоснежные постели и полотенца , вообще номер очень чистый , удобный и комфортный. Завтрак очень разнообразный и самое приятное это все свежее. Огромным бонусом на завтрак для меня была мини выпечка . Маленькие кусочки тортиков в большом ассортименте. С возможностью продегустировать все вкусняшки. Любители сладкого меня поймут и оценят. В ресторане есть возможность попробовать традиционные блюда. Отлично, рекомендую.

- Dimitri (8/5): Quiet room in a quiet neighbourhood - Plaza hotel is located in a quiet corner still close to the city center. Enough shops around, and transportation is convenient if you know how to use public transport in Almaty. Friendly and efficient staff, all transactions went smoothly. Good enough breakfast with a touch of local food. I appreciated that the sanitation facilities included a bidet. A bit pricey, at least for my budget, but I guess this is what it costs in Almaty, so absolutely no hard feelings here.

- Timothy (10/5): - The Plaza Hotel is a decent place to stay in Almaty. The rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast is good but not amazing but as it’s a buffet I’m sure there’s plenty there to satisfy everyone. It’s not the most central hotel but the area around is safe and the river makes orientating yourself in the city quite easy. Get Yandex Go the ex-Soviet equivalent of Uber and getting around costs next to nothing and is very quick and efficient. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! It’s a very good hotel.

- Neil (6/5): It was a pleasant stay in a comfortable room. However the dinning experience was not pleasant . - The reception staff were always helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable The location was lsolated from major shopping areas. The area was an older style residential area. The room was not cleaned daily, we had to request it to be done 3 or 4 times during the week. When it was cleaned the staff failed to leave tea,coffee etc. it always had to be requested. The hotel dinning room was too small to cater to the number of people staying there. Several time we had to wait for a table for breakfast. There was also a limited number of staff on several occasions,just one!!so the breakfast was not being replenished in a prompt manner.

Also I was surprise when in the morning someone opened the door into my room without knocking the door or informing that cleaning team is here and so on. And also I have put the sign board outside DO NOT DISTURB. The price for the hotel is overrated. The breakfast was included into the price but I don’t go there so I can’t tell anything about the breakfast. This hotel left a feeling like that on a few words: CLEAN ROOMS, OLD FURNITURE, CLEAN BATHROOM, POOR CHOICE OF TEA,NO SUGAR,NO COFFEE INSIDE,THE BUILDING INSIDE LIKE A STUDENTS HOUSE.
