Guest Reviews
- Thomas (10/5): -
- Wendy (9/5): Excellent location ! - The tiny house was so cute. It was perfect for the two of us. We loved the waterfalls outside our slider. The coffee maker in our cabin didn’t work.
- Maria (10/5): Sun Outdoors provided a welcoming environment that was cozy and cute! - Well maintained, loved the fountains, and loved the trailed leading to Gypsy Distillery That at first there was no hot water but we figured out there was a switched that needed to be turned on.
- Gail (10/5): Exceptional -
- William (10/5): Exceptional -
- Leonor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Denise (9/5): Superb -
- Justin (10/5): Exceptional - Under the furniture there was dust/hair.
- Lisa (10/5): We enjoyed our stay and will be back. - Great property--very clean, quiet, updated and modern. Loved our stay! expensive for a 3 nite stay.
- Josh (8/5): Very much enjoyed our stay and would definietly consider coming back and recommending to others - Great location near Bay Harbor and Petoskey. Super easy check in and check out process. Reasonable price for the amenities provided. Nice pool. The tub drained really slow, there were some holes in the screen of the patio door, and the furniture had started to show some wear
- Oscar (10/5): Great stay! Can't wait to comeback. - Location was great, literally less than 10min drive from downtown Petoskey. Nothing
- Ayers (10/5): Perfect - Everything was great! There wasn't anything we didn't like
- Christopher (8/5): It was a nice place to be alone, quiet and relaxing! - I had to make my own breakfast, no big deal. Location was good, it was quiet. Very limited hot water for showers.
- Raschell (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katherine (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and spaces were far apart. Also the staff was great. Shower was short. Had to bend down to get the shower head to hit our head.
- Monique (10/5): Relaxing. Quiet and clean - Quiet and not crowded. Beautiful views
- Amber (9/5): My sister and I enjoyed the stay at the cottage and appreciated the helpful staff. - Loved the cute little cottage style tiny house. The mattress was uncomfortable to sleep on.
- Tiffanie (6/5): Nice place. Housekeeping needs improvement! The toilet and shower curtain were filthy, bedding dirty they literally didn - Cute place. Quiet The atmosphere was a bit cold. None of the campers were very friendly which is not something we are use to.
- Richard (9/5): Small homes were awesome but WiFi is barely available. Daily rate is very pricey will look elsewhere - Complementary WiFi was up and down making it difficult to do any work on my laptop. I didn't know you could purchase a stable WiFi. The price per day should include it since the price per day was above market pricing.
- Amspaugh (2/5): Very poor - Hot tub and sauna did not work during our visit. Cabin was not supplied for a 6 day stay. We had to keep going to the checkin to get towels, garbage bags, etc.... Staff were not friendly or seemed to care. We did not have hot water the first night and morning when we were there. We called that first morning, when I checked later that day the guy at the front desk said "oh yeah I forgot about that". We would not stay here again or suggest it to anyone.
- Angie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional -
- Greg (10/5): Excellent value, can't wait to stay again - Friendly staff and a beautiful property. Park model was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of amenities and a great location between Petoskey and Charlevoix. Nothing
- Marni (10/5): We will come back! - Super friendly staff and fellow guests. Nothing!!
- Charles (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kristin (8/5): Very good -
- Lorie (10/5): Exceptional - everything nothing having to go home
- William (10/5): - Stayed in one of the cottages, such a great place to relax after a day of exploring the area. Very convenient and centrally located.
- Alina (10/5): - Petoskey RV Resort Cottages are amazing. Super cute & everything we needed. Comfortable and great amenities. The only complaint was the pool closed for the season on the second day of our stay so we were unable to use it.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything was great
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The cabin was very nice. They were out of coffee, otherwise everything you need is included.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Quiet, lots of amenities, close to town, clean, great for families,
- Diane (8/5): - Very cute tiny house. Only problems are, the weak wifi service and tv loosing all but one channel.
Also, the furniture, couch, chair and BED are to hard, uncomfortable. Other than that, has what you need and beautiful grounds.
- Susan (8/5): Fun getaway! - We loved the tiny house. It was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the covered porch. The grounds were landscaped beautifully. The RV park was quiet and had some nice amenities. We used the pool, hot tub and outdoor fireplace. If we stayed longer we would have used the putting course and tennis courts. There are nice trails if you bring your bikes. The people were friendly. It would be fun for kids and families. They promised coffee and donuts in the clubhouse for breakfast but they didnt deliver, we waited until 10:30 am before we went to Mc Donalds.
- Marsha (8/5): - They did not provide adequate linens or kitchen supplies in the cottage . They knew we had five people staying there but only supplied two bath towels, one hand towel in the bathroom, one in the kitchen, and a couple of wash clothes. Also they did not supply garbage bags or dishwasher soap. I was told corporate would not allow them to supply more. This was disappointing.
We were happy with everything else. The cottage was clean and new and the grounds were beautiful.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very clean. Nice sitting porch with water fountain views. Lots of friendly campers.
- Derek (4/5): Nice place cold shower - Beautiful property but our cottage had no hot water for our stay and got no response from the staff or management to try and get it fixed or moved to another cottage.
- Keri (8/5): - The grounds of the resort are gorgeous. The staff was very friendly. The only thing we didn't like it that there was barely any hot water for our showers and the furniture was super uncomfortable.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Super clean and cosy. Perfect spot to relax. Town with great restaurants is nearby!
- Darla (10/5): Cannot wait to return - Perfect resort atmosphere for relaxing with nature in the beauty that is Petoskey and Bay Harbor area. Cannot wait to return. These little cottages are the perfect alternative to a hotel. This upscale RV Resort is well worth a comparison, every amenity imaginable.
