- Lucía (9/5): - The location is great. I arrived late, almost 00h, had the online check-in done and I didn’t have any troubles to enter my room. The showers/toilets were appropriate and the room very comfortable for the night. I definitely recommend it for spending one or two nights!

Stairs are quite narrow, toilet on my 3rd floor was broken and I need to run to another floor. I have question about toilet cleanness on the 2nd floor, but you never know what another guest can make. - Rovelyn (9/5): good stay and very accommodating staff - location is near nankai namba south exit. the room I booked was changed to tatami-style because I checked-in earlier which I thank for. However, no lift. The share bathroom where my floor was located was out of service that time and so needed to get to another floor to use one if there is a need.

- Anamika (6/5): Was fine - Location Hard beds. No lift. 4 flights of stairs with luggage wasn’t easy. We were spoilt last year when we spent 2 weeks at s-presso Namba parks. Loved it there and loved the breakfast. This time we wanted to be closer to Namba station.

- Jeff (5/5): Good location but not a room to relax in. - Good location, comfy bed, good shower and reasonable price. Reception via a speaker and online apps not great when you've just completed a 12 hour flight. Room had no natural light (the window was 6" from a wall) and was rather depressing!
- RISA (8/5): 泊まりやすかった！！ - 1泊だったからか軽く泊まるには快適で過ごしやすかった！ 行くまではチェックインが少し不安だったけど、スタッフさんが音声で声を掛けてくれて案内してくれたので分かりやすかったです！ エレベーターがないからキャリーとか持ってたので４階まで上がるのが大変だった。

- Brianna (1/5): The room was not clean and it was loud. - Nothing The room was dirty there was throw up on the carpet on both sides of the bed from a prior person. There was also black mold in the shower. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything outside and from nearby rooms.

- Gabriella (8/5): - No quarto que pegamos tinha banheiro, ficamos no primeiro andar, então tinha um lance de escadas. A localização é excelente, perto de muitos lugares andando. Mesmo não tendo funcionarios presencialmente (apenas on-line), a equipe ajudou a fazer o check-in rápido, o check-out foi pelo qr-code, super rápido também. De modo geral achei que valeu a pena. NÃO tem elevador, como fomos com mala de mão foi bem tranquilo, mas com mala grande seria mais dificil de subir e descer as escadas. Não tem funcionarios na acomodação, apenas on-line.

- Ming Huei (6/5): 提前抵達時很難寄放行李，現場公告寫置放行李需拿至距離原館走路十幾分鐘地方，從對講機詢問人員後才說可以寄放在旅館，請另一位工作人員接收後放進房間，溝通與確認上花費了一點時間，雖然使用自動check in 和check out但問題處理上稍嫌不 - 位置方便，附近有許多商店 剛進門時有點潮濕味，開了冷氣除濕後才好一點

- iv (5/5): 清掃をもっと頑張ってほしい。 - 立地が良いことと、アメニティを運ぶときに使えるように、かごみたいなのがあったのが親切で助かりました。 駅が近いのでもっとうるさいかと思っていましたが、思ったよりは静かでした。 まずエレベーターがないので、行き来が荷物あると大変でした。 部屋に入ってからは、禁煙の割に微妙に臭かったのが気になりました。 そして、掃除も行き届いていなかったです。 浴室の壁にゴミがついていましたし、浴室のドアのカビもすごかったです。 洗面台の縁も汚れていましたし、ゴミ箱も袋を捨てるために取ったら、底が汚れていてベットベト。 トイレの便器も便がこびり付いているところがあって、本当に掃除したのか疑問でした。 安くはない額を払っているのに、清潔さに欠けていたと思います。

- Grace (7/5): The affordable rate and convenience compensate the negatives for cleanliness and noise. - Very close to everything, subway and train station. The staffs are prompt in taking action. It is not very clean. There are black spots inside the shower. Sometimes the main level smells because common washrooms and showers are on that level. Since it is a low rise, it can be noisy during the night.

We walked everywhere because it was so close too. As expected, the rooms were very small and a little bit scruffy but can be expected at a low price. Be prepared to carry suitcases up flights of stairs.

- Hiroshi (8/5): 快適 - １人での連泊でしたがとても快適でした。昨年も偶然ですが同じ部屋での連泊。これもエスプレッソ難波さんとの“縁”ですかね？ロケーションが最高過ぎるので外の眺めまで求めたら、それは欲張りでしょう。部屋が清潔であればそれで良いかなと。シャワーは共同ですが銭湯・サウナ通いも趣味なので全く気になりません。急ぎの朝は数回、シャワーを利用させて頂きましたが不備に感じる点は特に無かったです。また来年も宜しくお願い致します。また同じ部屋に連泊出来る様、早めに予約させて頂きます。 １人部屋ですが壁掛けハンガーがもっと欲しいです。壁に穴を空けないハンガーを付けて頂ければ有り難いです。

- Misawa (4/5): 不便なことが多かった。 - 駅から近め。値段が安い。 洗面所にコンセントが無くて一人で泊まるには十分だが、2人で泊まると不便。シャワーの温度も上げられず寒かった。部屋が2階だったのでまだよかったが、エレベーターがないのでキャリーケースなど大荷物があると大変だった。受付に人がいないので荷物を預けるところが少し離れてて少し不便。
