• Josie (2/5): Total scam - arrived with family was turned away - We booked this reservation through hotels.com paid for the room had an itinerary number etc. showed up at the property and they had no record of the booking or communication from the Loft - beware
• Darren (4/5): Room good for 1 person who’s weight is very light - We originally we had a bigger room but they changed to a very small room like a size of a small rv and there is three of us. The window was open when we arrive there where my son was playing on the bed but lucky we seen it was open while he was playing and the water heater did not work and the chairs were very fragile one was broken when we arrive there so I weight 230 pounds so no place for me to sit coz I never sit in those chairs
• Dave (2/5): - The place was very outdated with lots of appliances not conveniently working. LOTS of COCKROACHES. It was also an old building. The power went out during our stay with no communication from the owner.

• Marife (4/5): - Property is decent. The water on the 1st floor is slow. Not enough lighting... this property is not host properly. If you have problems or questions, you're on your own. We were charged 2,000 pesos for overnight parking contrary to what's advertised. If communication is your priority then this is not the place for you.
• Jesse (8/5): - Convenient location close to the night markets and restaurants. There is a market inside the building to buy basic supplies. Room had plenty of space for a family of 4. Jolibee and McDonalds is next door. Salon and spa and karaoke are on site. Good price for the room size and convenience. Could have use more pillows and sheets.
• Loren (8/5): - It was a loft. The air conditioning was hard to do because there was only 1 working remote for the upstairs and downstairs unit. The view was beautiful. The property was not ready for us probably because of our late check in. Me and my family enjoyed it there.

It was filthy, infested with roaches, smelled like a dumpster in the hallway, the wall lamps were dangling, shower door falling off, and it was... terrible. After 3 months I finally got a refund. What a disappointment and problem getting a refund.
• John Amber (8/5): Family Rooms City View - The Name of the Hotel was difficult to track. Please put landmarks on the description / website next time. It was generally good as the place is clean and spacious and can accommodate more than the limit.

• Riad (6/5): Good location but very unorganised managment - Although I didn't really check in early, 9 pm, the place still was not ready. The front office didn't find any reservation at all, then after a long search he asked for help.. they both still couldn't find it so they called someone and was told to get me to wait until someone comes with the keys.. so 15 minutes later, someone did come with the keys so we could start on the checking procedures... i made it to my place finally, but the bed was not set... they told me to wait a little... 10 minutes later, someone came in with the sheets and the towels.. In the morning i noticed that the condo has no ocean view as the advertisement says, and that the people who got me to the condo, didn't leave me a key to the condo.... The keys arrived later and nothing about getting a condo without the view.. next day i was told the original condo is getting fixed.. The location was great, the bed nit so comfy and the pillows were in a bad shape.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - I enjoyed the large amount of space provided by the lost and it's central location in Cebu City. There was no phone in the loft. The plumbing had some serious issues. Toilets often would not work and would flood the bathrooms. The place smelled very bad like old mold. Air conditioning unit on the 1st level of the loft smelled very bad when you turned it on. And there were roaches.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Spacious condo type accommodation. Some essentials not provided, so bring your own toiletries. Location is excellent as it is near malls and reaturants.

Outside of the internet issies. The place was clean. Water pressure was a bit low. Very comfortable. Beds were nice and clean. TV was great. Awesome view. We would go back. Great communication.
• george (10/5): Nice Condo - Nice condo. Great view of Fuentes Circle. The running water for the shower upstairs was somewhat low pressure. The wifi kept dying out. But overall the unit was clean and nice. Very spacious as well.

• Ferymie (8/5): Amazing view of Cebu - This is my second stay here. I was just surprised because I booked for a 3-bedroom unit, which stated 4 sofa beds, but ended up staying in a 2-bedroom only. The picture of the unit is different from the one that I booked. Although, it was only a 2-bedroom, it was a corner unit on the 25th floor which has an amazing view. The unit is clean.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Dont bother - NOT AS ADVERTISED. No ceiling fan, no separate bathroom, no bidet, no desk, no separate living area, no separate dining area, no rain shower, no blackout curtains, the swimming pools are off limits to condo users. The water heater was unplugged, no big deal. The aircon filter was clogged and wouldn't cool. Th shower head clogged. Basically, dont believe what you see on this loft. Apparently, the Crown Regency next door broke ties with these loft condos over a year ago. The hotel amenities are not available any longer to loft stays. The advertising needs to be updated

• Geoff (8/5): Couple days in Cebu - The property is decent. It is a nice place. There were some issues, internet did not work but in moments it was fixed. I couldn't control the air con, it blew on the bed only. Took forever to cool the place down and the bed was a steady freeze all night. Also 3 outlets near the bed did not work but there was an extension cord multi outlet so obviously this problem has existed a while. The unit is getting tired, cabinets and bathroom need sprucing up. Overall I would stay there again if the price is right. Full price? No. Longer term? YES. Apartment with a washer and decent kitchen would be amazing. You can use the fitness rooms and pool at the Crowne but I did not. You are at Fuentes circle which is not great as it is busy but lots to do around, great nightlife and a grocery store a short stroll away. Overall, I am happy with it and would stay again but only for a discounted price.

• Emmanuel (8/5): Cozy Place to stay.. - The room is very nice and it is provided with cooking wares and utensils where you can cook foods that you like. The view is amazing and the service is good. There is just some bummer just like the bidet in the comfort room is not working and hotel have a swimming pool but you need to pay and additional 150 per person if you want to use it. But aside from that, everything is very good. I recommend this hotel/room to those who wanted to have a relaxing stay at cebu. We will be coming back soon. Thank you..
• John Mark (10/5): Loft condominium in Cebu near Fuente Osmena circle - Spacious place, loft type approximate 60-80 square meters. Very near Robinsons mall and fuente circle. Fantastic views and with own kitchen.
• Gail (8/5): Outdated but handy to all amenities - The location is great, the room though is quite outdated and not so clean but it catered for the big family for the short time we stayed there. Hassle-free and serves its purpose so all good. FYI to the owner - Just to let the owner know that the cleaners were enjoying themselves watching TV as if it's their lounge (not doing the cleaning) and having a rest in the unit when I came back to check for any stuff that we might have left behind. And if it's the same cleaners doing it before we moved in, they haven't done their job because we have to clean it ourselves when we moved into the unit.
• Caren (4/5): BEDBUGS! - Firstly, I booked a room for 6 people but there was only 1 bed that fit 2 people. For the other 4 people, there were two think mattresses on the floor. After the first night, four of us had backaches. We were willing to let this go but to make matters worse, after the first night two of us had multiple bites all over our bodies. By the end of the second night, all of us had bites. It only got worse by the end of the third night. The culprit, BEDBUGS. We had to wash everything we had with hot water as soon as we got home. There were also ants everywhere, WIFI pretty much did not work, and they neglected to put that to use the fitness center advertised on the site it was another fee of around $10 per use. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.
• Jong (8/5): Convenient Condo - The condo is in the third tower of Crown Regency and has one bedroom. Mattresses (on the floor) are added to accomodate up to 7 people. This place is good for families. There are 2 bathrooms. The place is starting to show its age, although, the view is quite nice. The sink in the loft clogged. Cheap toiletries and towels were provided. We only stayed overnight, so we did not experience the amenities offered. I recommend this place for big families looking for convenience in a hotel, rather than comfort.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent Luxury Loft! - The Luxury Loft offered a very nice condo, and the workers there were very friendly and helpful and simply the best. I personally loved the spa in the next tower over. On a side note, I would list it on Hotels.com as "Crown Regency Luxury Loft", only because my taxi driver had to call around to find out where this hotel was. No one knew. After many calls, they figured out it was the Crown Regency complex, and the Crown Regency apparently was a place that everyone knew.
