A 3 cuadras del Coliseo, 2 de las cuales son a traves de un parque ya apreciando la vista del Coliseo. El desayuno que incluye el precio es un buen capucchino con un buen croissant, en un tipico bar italiano cercano La asistencia permanente via wassup facilita mucho las cosas. Realmente quieren que te sientas bien. Gracias!! El banio hecho a nuevo, es un lujo Prefiero los colchones bien anchos y las teles de 50 pulgadas

• Johannes (9/5): A central located room in a quiet area. - The location is on walking distance from the main historical sites. The property is in a quiet area. There’s a shared living space with basic facilities like a coffee machine. The bed is up for replacement.

Het ontbijt viel niet echt tegen maar bij 'ontbijt inclusief' verwacht je als Nederlander iets meer ook bij een B&B. In de kamer trof je meer informatie over het ontbijt aan. Het bleek om een Italiaans ontbijt te gaan en het was elders. Dan krijg je een zoet broodje (waaronder croissant) en koffie naar keuze. Hier waren we niet mee bekend dus was even apart. Wil je meer moet je bijbetalen. Als je het eenmaal weet, is het prima.

The breakfast was very basic by Australian standards. One pastry is a very small breakfast! The guy running the coffee shop was quite rude - I asked him for a juice instead of a coffee and he said NO (even though in the room notes it said juice was an option).

As a fem - It’s less than 10 minutes walk from train station, bus station and colosseum. It’s definitely a catch. My only concern was the noise from the bed each time I lay down. • Kathleen (10/5): Amazing stay close to many attractions - The guest house was situated in a beautiful neighbourhood and was an 8 minute walk from the Coliseum. The room was very clean and very cozy. The host was incredibly kind, offered recommendations on where to eat, and helped us secure a taxi on our way to the airport. Overall it was a great experience and we would love to stay here again.

• Sandra (6/5): It was short and sweet. - It was within walking distance to many of the main attractions in Rome. The neighborhood needs to be described as residential, we weren't expecting that. The toilet wasn't secured to the floor, there needs to be a handle to grab onto when you get out of the shower.
• Katarina (10/5): I felt like I am in my cousin’s house and I will be back one day - The position of the appartment, very close to the metro and other lines, near the beautiful park and Colosseo. The area is very safe and you are staying in the building where families with children live. Everything was clean and perfectly organized. Daniele was very kind and helpful and he gave me all the information I needed before I arrived. The breakfast was ok, the cappuccino and croissant- enough to start the day. The café is nice, on the corner where the locals drink their coffe before going to work. For a reasonable price, you get everything you need, there are no negative points for me.

The staff at the coffee is nice for the breakfast. The room that I was in, you could hear everything from the kitchen and when there are noise guest in others rooms can be an issue. maybe a sound reinforcement.

A sweet roll with a cup of coffee in a very busy coffee cafe. No personal communication, completely anonymous. Very small bathroom and noisy aircon.

It was a nice room with a private bathroom and there was even a common room/kitchen. Breakfast is around the corner, capucchino and a croissant, which was also really nice. • Thesaraoliveira (8/5): Great value for money. No luggage storage. - Great value for money. Good location to walk around Rom, nice safe street. The check in and out process was easy and they didn´t charge us any late fee for check in after 19:00. The room was to the streetside but not extremely loud. They have written "Luggage storage" on their Facilities but they only have the possibility of leaving the bags in the common kitchen where everyone has access to them. The included breakfast is on a Café near MICLAD which is fine but unfortunately no one really tells you what is actually included and the Café staff gives you a coffee/latte/capuccino and a pastry.
• Majella (10/5): Delighted we stayed - Loved Rome, had some ups and downs, most of the people we encountered were lovely some not so, short tempered, ill mannered, but overall wouldn't put me off going back for a 3rd time. Micald B&B is perfectly situated for visiting all of the main areas for sightseeing. Within less than a 5 minute walk you get the most amazing view of Colosseum whilst walking through the park which houses the Trajan Baths and Domus Aurea. Miclad is more like an Airbnb as it has a kitchen area with kettle, a Lavazza Coffee Maker, full size fridge/freezer, coffee and tea were provided. Having those facilities was brilliant as although breakfast was included (at a nearby coffee shop, which we didn't use) we were able to keep milk etc to have our own self prepared breakfast, which was fabulous. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom with it's rainfall shower, proper hairdryer was just right. Miclad is close enough to the various restaurants to enjoy dinner with a stroll back. Within a short walk is the metro which is a great bonus for getting around. 2 stops to Termini which is the main station for the artery lines to the main sights. Self check-in was a breeze and we were able to leave our luggage there on our last day as we had several hours to wait to go to the airport. We booked a pick up to return to Ciampino which was fabulous and quick, the driver friendly and courteous. Daniele, the owner was fabulous and kept in touch with us the whole time. Thank you Daniele for a wonderful stay.

Chambre calme et agréable. Seul petit bémol, le petit déjeuner a prendre au cafe à 5 mn de l'hotel, l'endroit est plutôt animé en semaine... Plus calme le week-end. Petit déjeuner a l'italienne : un cafe ou un the et un croissant. Un peu juste pour entamer une grande journée de marche et de visite!

'Special Offer' of a complimentary bottle of wine was never received despite the owner/manager being reminded twice. Good location but you can probably find better for the price that don't have misleading offers.
• PAN L (8/5): Μετρια προς καλα - σχετικα ηταν ολα καλα. ακριβο πολυ το late check in και χωρις ενημερωση απο πριν. πολυ κοντα στο κολοσσαιο και σε μετρο. ηρεμη περιοχη. ευγενικοι υπαλληλοι. δεν εχει καλη ηχομόνωση.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice accommodation near Colosseum - Everything is good, except the sound insulation. Noises outside the room from the building and other guests were quite disturbing.
• carol (8/5): - In a lovely quiet area within walking distance to metro and Colosseum also nice restaurants close by. Danielle was great and very helpful .made our stay really enjoyable.
• Joe (6/5): - Only issues we had were that the room was not made up daily and we had to pay for extra towels. Other then that all was good.

• Lola (8/5): Acogedor y limpio - Buena experiencia. Lugar tranquilo con 3 habitaciones independientes y cada una con su baño. Es acogedor y limpio. La unica pega es que el desayuno solo incluye de comer croassant y eso si cafes varios a elegir. No nos dieron la botella de vino que ponia en la reserva. Los amenities solo dos botecitos para los 3 dias. Lo demas muy bien y Daniel muy atento

• Verified traveler (8/5): Dicht bij het Coloseum en een park. - De beheerder is heel vriendelijke alhoewel het in de eerste instantie mis ging maar dat had hoofdzakelijk met Expedia te maken.De ligging is prima dicht bij een park en het Coloseum. Kamer schoon en gebruik van keuken/zitkamer met koffie apparaat.
