• Dimitar (1/5): Ад. - Нямаше ток когато пристигнахме в хотела. После дойде . Отидохме да хапнем , когато се върнахме токът отново беше спрял. Предложиха да ни преместят на по долен етаж , сякаш това щеше да оправи проблема с топлата вода или осветлението. Казаха , че ще дойде след три часа Персоналът като цяло беше любезен , но не адекватен спрямо ситуацията. Затова напуснахме хотела и се настаниме в Рамата. Сега очаквам да ни върнете парите. Моят колега ви писа още на 9ти , когато се настанихме в Рамата.

• Cyril (8/5): Hotel in the peripheral of Bursa - In general, the hotel is OK. It is well located for a business trip, close to the main axis, on the peripheral of Bursa. Unfortunately the spa was in repairing. We took the breakfast, which was just correct. Positive : room and bathroom are confortable, bed is correct, no noise from outside, god rate. Negative : Heating is crazy too high (25°C without possibility to decrease it ! I had to open the window), Noise from the neighbours during the all night.

• HRS_6 (8/5): Cosy - Nothing to complain. It was enough for us in a travel group of 23 people. Our big bags were sent to our room without a hitch. Breakfast was good, enough food to chew, haha. Some of us even took the teabags, bread etc from the dining room for our journey

• Amintore (8/5): Viaggio in famiglia a Bursa - Viaggio in famiglia a Bursa in Turchia, l'albergo si trova vicino alla metropolitana che si raggiunge a piedi in un paio di minuti. La colazione è in prevalenza tipicamente turca ma essendo molto ricca e varia ne siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Le stanze sono comode e pulite il personale gentile e disponibile.

• 996taylane (2/5): Cant sleep because of the noise - Right now i am in room 504. Upstairs in the meeting room some group of customers making private meeting. At least this is what hotel staff told me. But they are partying. the music is so loud that i cant even hear the tv. İ called the reception several times they keep telling me they will warn the meeting group but i am sure they dont because the music still extra loud Right now it is 22:33 i cant sleep and staff doesnt care about the situation not even a little bit . Terrible stay Would be more comfortable if i slept in my car
• gokhantasdeviren (8/5): Nice but noisy - The hotel is very nice. Breakfast are satisfactory, good quality. Service is very good. However teh hotel is very noisy. Insulation is weak and you can hear everything at next room like you are living together. My room was: 302 301 is an Office and they are noisy too in day time. Cleaning is avarage. If you stay this hotel, ask for a silence room. The remaining is good enough.
• 484silviyad (10/5): Very good choice!!! - The hotel is located in a very communication road . It is easy to find and really near to industrial area. The rooms are very cozy and clean, the staff is very polite and speak English, breakfast is good there is free internet in every place in the hotel, you need only room number and passport number for password . Also have covered parking. I recommend it to people who travel on business, there is also a metro station 2 minutes from the hotel entrance, which is 10 minutes to the city center.
• vendemmia68 (6/5): Service to be improved - The hotel is nice: comfortable rooms with all facilities, free esternal parking area, good position for business trips. The problem is the level of the services: personnel is not really operative, for example there is a nice equipped spa available for free for guests but it is not useful because it is always turn off. Even if you ask in advance they do not prepare it ready to be used. The breakfast is poor.
• ib0l (10/5): Very nice hotel - I have been this hotel 3 nights. Everything was fine. Breakfast was wonderful,room was very good they have everything you need. I hardly recommend this hotel if you visit Bursa.5 mins away from old town
