• Gerhard (8/5): Sehr guter, komfortabler und privater Ausgangspunkt für eine Stadtbesichtigung - Z14 Boutique Residence Zimmer No. 11 verfügt über eine sehr große Terrasse, obwohl für 2 Personen vorgesehen sind alle Einrichtungen (Sitzmöbel, Gläser,...) für 4 Personen ausgeführt. Küchenzeile ist gut ausgestattet, im Bad sogar eine Waschmaschine. Durch Altbau sind die Räume angenehm hoch. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch sehr zentral, eine sehr gute Ausgangsadresse für einen typischen Stadtaufenthalt. Bei Z14 Boutique Residence Zimmer No. 11 ist der Zugang durch einen Innenhof und dann über eine enge Treppe in den 1 Stock des Hauses. Bei körperlichen Einschränkungen oder mit viel großem Gepäck eher nicht zu empfehlen. Die Dusche hat das kleinstmögliche Grundformat, der Eckeinstieg wäre für "kräftigere" Personen sicher eine Herausforderung.

• VIRGINIE (4/5): Pour moi c est plutôt un 3 étoiles et non 4 - L emplacement est très bien situé. Le petit déjeuner est très simple, pas de jus de fruit, pas d eau. Draps avec des taches, lit pas fait. Finitions de la chambre a revoir. A l accueil les filles ne sont pas souriante ni agréable

• Mary-Ann (7/5): Fantastic apartment once inside - Decoration was lovely. Everything in the apartment is perfect. Washing machine Was very handy. The bed was so comfortable. It is not the same as the pictures and the stairs with bags are very difficult. My opinion is that this needs to be clearly communicated . It is worth it once you are inside though.

Если проживаете вдвоем ,то выбирайте разные завтраки. Будет очень вкусно-и завтрак и десерт. Вернулась бы еще раз туда! Кофе капсулы могли пополнять каждый день

• Gabriela (5/5): Raczej bym nie wróciła zupełnie coś innego niż na zdjęciach - Wygodne łóżko Recepcja daleko od hotelu parking również trzeba najpierw odebrać bilecik na parking i dopiero można zaparkować a wiadomo ciężko znaleźć na chwilę miejsce parkingowe w centrum . Apartament nr 6 szukaliśmy w głównym budynku ale tam go nie ma trzeba było wyjść na Ogródek i pokój był w kanciapie . Mało miejsca do łazienki trzeba było schodzić stromymi schodami definitywnie nie dla starszych osób łazienka mała i jak dla mnie przydało by się porządne sprzątanie zapach wilgoci bądź pleśni. Miałam problem by skontaktować się z obsługą dzień przed przyjazdem jak dla mnie taki pobyt jest warty 100 zł za dobę a nie 400 + 60 parking (pan na parkingu bardzo miły ) jakość nie adekwatna do ceny

Ampio monolocale con cucina attrezzata e bagno. Colazione in camera con scelta fra 5 diversi menù. Caffè e tè a disposizione con macchina e bollitore. Amplierei la scelta per la colazione. Ad esempio aggiungendo del succo d'arancia e dei dolci (biscotti, cornetti...)
• David (10/5): Great stay In Krakow clean comfortable apartment - Location great close to Railway station and on edge of the old town short walk to main square. Very quiet comfortable rooms with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful looked after our luggage before check in and after check out great place to stay. Our apartment had two bedrooms apartment number 3 great for a short stay in Krakow No complaints with the accommodation

• Khrystyna (6/5): Рецепція далеко,вибрати номер який хочеш не можливо,що випаде - Є все необхідне для проживання Рецепція хто зна де,знаходиться десь 7хв звідти,ти маєш з речами йти туди по ключ потім назад при виїзді.Жили в інших місцях рецепції теж не було,але були електронні замки що дуже зручно.Вибір номера неможливий,мікс картинок а вибрати ти не можеш,тобто нам дали найгірший у задньому дворі де у вікні їздить потяг.і за всі пише суперлюкс

Рісепшн в одній стороні, взагалі на іншій вулиці, до номеру машиною 8 хв. Дуже незручно якщо з дітьми. Паркувати машину теж потрібно іхати шукати парковку.

Wir haben nicht das angezeigte und gebuchte Zimmer bekommen sondern eine fürchterliche Unterkunft auf dem Hinterhof. Die Schlüssel musste man an einer anderen Adresse abholen. Die Angestellte war sehr unfreundlich. Hier würden wir nie wieder übernachten.

• Dean (8/5): Very enjoyable stay in this central location with most attractions very close - Lovely 2 bed apartment which is within a 10 min walk of the old town and Jewish quarter and is very well equipped. No double quilts only singles and check in wasn’t until 16.00pm.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming and give you clear instructions on how to reach your room. Beds and seats are comfy and tea and coffee was included in my room. The location is close to the Old Town and Wawel (5-10 minute walk) and 2 minutes from Hala Targowa/Krakow Grzegorski. N/A

• Kanwaljit (9/5): Perfectly located apartment. Comfortable and walking distance to all main sightseeing locations. - So conveniently located....very pleasantly surprised. All 👍 great! However, we were in the terrace room so had to climb one staircase with large cases and we are 70! So be aware of any disability or inability to climb stairs with large and heavy pieces of luggage. Terrace was great and washing machine useful. Shops galore round every corner and restaurants line the main square a few minutes walk away. The main shopping centre and botanical gardens 10 to 15 minutes walk. Location, Location, Location 👌👌👌

• Hilly (8/5): Good week in this hotel, would recommend it - The hotel is very well located, it is near a main train station that goes up to the main airport and close to many other tramway stations as well. We took the suite with two rooms, the rooms were big (elevated ceilings) and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was big enough and with a washing machine. The kitchen was functional with a small fridge, a microwave and a induction plate. Everything was clean on arrival. For the negative part, it seemed like it was impossible to turn the heater off (But we could use the AC to compensate), we couldn't find any broomstick or vacuum cleaner for cleaning and there was only one trashcan bag, so for a week, it would be nice if there were one or two more at the disposal. Also, we had trouble finding the adress of the reception to get the keys, it wasn't indicated well on the Booking reservation, only the adress of the apartment.

• Antoni (4/5): Nie polecam. - Wygodne łóżko. Sprawne ogrzewanie. Lokal nie odpowiadał opisowi oraz zdjęciom. Gdyby opis był rzetelny, nie wybrałbym tej oferty. Lokal dwupoziomowy - położony w suterenie i częściowo w głębokiej piwnicy, do której schodzi się bardzo stromymi i wąskimi schodami. Brudna i wąska klatka schodowa. Wyposażenie kuchni budżetowe. Odbiór kluczy daleko od lokalu.

Molto bella la terrazza anche se piena di neve e non abbiamo potuto utilizzarla. Abbiamo apprezzato le scorte di tea, caffè e zucchero. La reception si trova molto vicino la struttura (come segnalato nel sito) La doccia è un pò strettina anche se è moderna e funziona benissimo.
