• Anna (10/5): - Top Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Bahia Palast und am Eingang der Medina von Marrakesch mit einer Vielzahl von Restaurants. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden. Sie kümmern sich wirklich rührend um einen als Gast und sind sehr aufmerksam. Süßes Frühstück auf der schön hergerichteten Dachterrasse mit selbstgemachten Speisen. Auf besondere Wünsche wie Frage nach Naturjoghurt wurde eingegangen. Transfer vom Flughafen empfehlenswert. Man wird vom Parkplatz direkt zum Riad geführt. Wir können das Riad in jedem Fall für einen Aufenthalt in Marrakesch weiterempfehlen.
• Wivine Schols (10/5): A peaceful, authentic stay with wonderful hospitality and a beautiful relaxing atmosphere. - Breakfast at Riad Safina was excellent: very extensive, homemade and different every day. Every morning I enjoyed fresh Moroccan specialties, beautifully presented in a peaceful and authentic setting. The staff was very friendly and made me feel truly welcome as a solo traveler. Honestly, NOTHING disappointed me during my stay. The riad was beautiful, peaceful, very clean and the staff was always kind and helpful.

Le toit terrasse avec la vue imprenable sur l'Atlas et les toits de la Medina est très appréciable. La piscine doit être un délice lors des fortes chaleurs. Le confort du lit 2 personnes et le réseau WIFI à améliorer

Lo staff super carino e accogliente! Inoltre tutto bene pulito e in ordine sempre. Lo straconsiglio e lo terrò presente per un prossimo ritorno a Marrakech!

They change during the day and night to welcome you and to help you when needed. The traditional breakfast was with something new every day during your stay. Since I was a single person traveling alone, they put me in a room right in the center of the lobby and would not let me change to another room. I had NO privacy and it was uncomfortable. The room was INCREDIBLY small and smelled very bad. The staff (except one young man) were very rude and not accommodating. I do not recommend this place.

A special thanks to Morad, who was amazing: he showed us around the neighborhood, printed our boarding passes, and arranged a taxi to the airport. La deco est tres sympa. La terrasse est très agréable. L' acoustique, les chambres sont très bruyantes, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le hall pour la chambre du fond et la rue pour l' autre. Le fait de ne pas pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner en extérieur, et d être enfermé sans vue sur l extérieur. La salle de bain un peu petite.

Un accueil très chaleureux, une équipe super et à l'écoute, un service au top à tout moment et toujours avec le sourire. Nous conseillons le couscous et le tajine fait maison par Zayra. Le petit déjeuner est très varié, copieux et très gourmand. L'endroit est très bien situé. Nous conseillons fortement le Riad SAFINA. Rien à dire

• Sandra (7/5): Cozy Riad - Lovely Riad. Most rooms have windows facing the inside of Riad( which are more quiet). The triple room has windows facing into the street & gets loud with motorbikes, people. Moroccan breakfast with some fruit & yoghurt. Clean & good location in the centre of Medina. Ali was very helpful with all our needs. Suggestion for the owner: instal a more quiet door bell and preferably that rings only once when pressed. As current can be heard from the rooms & is very loud. Loud door bell.

I wish I stayed longer and stayed here before my dessert tour! This riad is perfect. Very easy to find, amazing location to everything, clean and peaceful. The bed is super comfy and the room itself is big as well. It’s only a two minute walk away to Al Bahid ATM as well which is perfect as this bank has the lowest cash withdrawal rate in Marrakech. The staff were also so kind and very welcoming and helped with smooth airport transfers. There is someone there 24/7 at the desk to help you and answer any questions as well. I had to leave early for my flight and they gave me my breakfast to take away. The staff are super accommodating. I will definitely be coming back here and telling all my friends/family to stay here if they ever visit Marrakech. Nothing. Perhaps the breakfast could have a bit more variety and can be different every day. But I wasn’t that bothered as only stayed here for two nights.

• Agathe (8/5): Très agréable séjour dans un riad typique, confortable et bien situé - Le Riad Safina est idéalement placé quand on souhaite être dans la médina : on est au cœur de la ville mais dans une petite rue calme. Il est joli et confortable. Le personnel du Riad est adorable et très à l’écoute des besoins des clients. Le dîner, sur commande, est très bon. Franchement peu de choses sont améliorer. Il y a quelques bruits de ventilation mais rien de très gênant.

Am anuntat proprietarul din prima zi ca aerul conditionat nu functioneaza pe incalzire, chiar daca functiona intruna, mai mult de 19 grade nu a crescut temperatura din camera, nu sa rezolvat nimic, in ultimele 2 zile, aerul conditionat a cedat total, am cerut o varianta de incalzire in camera sau sa ne fie schimbata camera. Am primit doar o patura in plus, desii erau mai multe camere disponibile. La micul dejun desi am rezervat si am platit pentru 3 persoane, am primit doar pt doua persoane respectiv unt dau branza topita.

Finom volt a vacsora is. A riad nagyon szép volt, és a szoba mérete is teljesen rendben volt - sokkal kisebbre számítottunk. Mivel franciául nem beszéltünk, néha adódtak félreértések, mivel a személyzet időnként félreértette az angolt. Az egyik szomszéd szobából különböző zajok, pakolás zaja éjszakánként/reggelenként behallatszott. Ettől függetlenül összességében jól éreztük magunkat.

• Marco (7/5): - Riad centrale, molto comodo per la visita del centro della Medina. Personale estremamente disponibile ed accogliente. Camera semplice ma pulita e ordinata. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è, come in generale in tutto il paese, sfavorevole rispetto all'epoca pre boom turistico. I costi sono quelli di una camera d'albergo europea senza possederne i requisiti generali che rimangono, per quanto decorosi, sempre al di sotto della soglia di cura e dettagli che si pagano in Europa.

Since I made the booking, Mounir spoke with me first and handled the situation respectfully and professionally. I made sure everything was resolved, and I would like to thank Mounir and the rest of the staff for their patience and support. The bed was a bit uncomfortable.
