• Martial (9/5): - Bon accueil et halte salutaire à l'abri de la pluie sur la vélodyssée. Mise à disposition d'un abri de jardin pour les vélos et indication du restaurant à proximité.. parfait Un peu à l'écart mais tranquille
• Valérie (6/5): Photos sur site qui ne reflètent pas totalement la réalité. - L’accueil de la propriétaire, bons conseils concernant la restauration. La propreté des chambres, je sais étant du métier qu’il faut avoir l’œil partout, la vérification est nécessaire et là cela n’a pas été réalisé (serviette sale laisse dans la SDB), poussière… Les luminaires sont accrochés de façon assez disgracieuse et la décoration (les goulottes peintes en bleu sur un mur blanc) est assez particulière mais, tous les goûts sont dans la nature. Une moquette tachée, pas juste une tache mais une succession, laisse un sentiment de saleté et de négligence. Une odeur générale dans l’hôtel ainsi que dans la chambre nous ont dérangé et cela n’était pas l’odeur de la papeterie située à quelques kms (odeur de peinture ou autre). Petit déjeuner agréable mais peut-être un peu cher.

Ce n’est pas très agréable de devoir prévoir la veille, la quantité de pain qu’on va manger le lendemain. L’odeur dans l’établissement (due à un produit ménager peut-être…) m’a fortement incommodée.

• Walter (9/5): - Sehr nettes Personal. ein etwas älteres Hotel, in dem man einiges am neu machen ist und weiter ausbaut. Sehr charmante Kombi zwischen alt und neu.. Wenn man keine grossen Erwartungen hat und auch über eine fehlende Aufhängung für die Duschbrause hinwegsehen kann, ist man hier bestens aufgehoben. Sehr gute Betten, ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Und das Zimmer mit Balkon war für einen Aperosnack sehr gut. Nicht im Zentrum und zu Fuss ist man 20 Minuten unterwegs dahin. Also zum Nachtessen und zurück ein sehr langer Spaziergang. Am zweiten Abend nahmen wir dann das Auto.

Nous venons seulement de récupérer notre chambre à l’hôtel LAND AZUR avec une certaine amertume. Au préalable nous avions demander un checking plus tôt pour récupérer notre chambre avant l’heure mais aussitôt refusé pour le prétexte du ménage. Le fameux ménage qui n’est pas fait car nous avons retrouver un cure-dent usagé sur la table de nuit, des cheveux, des traces de doigts sur la miroir, des papiers sous le lit, des traces d’urines sur la cuvette et pour finir une Clim mobile rempli de poussière. INADMISSIBLE ! À part des excuses concernant le travail du personnel aucun geste commercial.

• Elisabeth (10/5): Une belle parenthèse de calme et de qualité - J’ai passé une nuit formidable dans cet hôtel et je ne peux que le recommander ! La chambre avec balcon était spacieuse, impeccablement propre et très confortable, avec une vue agréable qui invite à la détente. Le calme et la literie de qualité m’ont permis de passer une excellente nuit. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié, avec des produits frais et de qualité : un vrai régal pour bien commencer la journée. Le personnel a été accueillant, attentionné et très professionnel du début à la fin. Une adresse que je retiens sans hésiter pour un prochain séjour !

• Holger (2/5): - Der Teppich im Zimmer war richtig schmutzig und erst kurz vorm schlafengehen haben wir gesehen, dass der Teppich in den Ecken sogar schimmelig ist. Hätten wir dies eher gesehen, wären wir nicht in dem Hotel geblieben. Auch roch es nach feuchten Zimmern. Die Fugen im Badezimmer waren ebenfalls schmutzig und schimmelig. Diese schimmeligen Zimmer sollte man wirklich keinem Gast anbieten!
• John (7/5): Comfortable hotel in Mimizan Plage - Lots of parking space. Reception was very helpful. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was OK, not special but otherwise nice. Shower worked well, but the curtain arrangement was poor, allowing water to get onto the bathroom floor. Very difficult to open the shutters onto the balcony because the table and chairs got in the way.

La douille du plafonnier était cassée la poubelle non vidée il n'y a pas de VMC dans la douche ce qui crée de la condensation partout dans la suite et cela se ressent notamment avec l'odeur d'humidité. Pour le petit-déjeuner cela reste spartiate mais correct, les oranges étaient pourries dans le bac par exemple. Nous y étions hors-saison ceci explique peut-être cela

The surroundings are very quiet, the staff very friendly and the breakfast quite good, especially the croissants. Price of breakfast a bit high (I mean, for Spanish standards).The shower gel dispenser was empty during all our stay. Just details to mention somenthing in this regard. Overall, Good hotel. I recommend.
