Zimmer gebucht, will einchecken und an der Rezeption siehe da ,man darf ab jetzt das gesetzliche Zahlungsmittel, also in Bar nicht mehr zahlen ??? Und ich stehe doof mit mein Geld in der Hand...

- Roland (8/5): - An der Autobahn - gut zu erreichen, wenn man beruflich unterwegs ist. PKW Stellplätze (keine TG) für € 5 am Tag = top Preis. Zimmer ausreichend groß und Zimmer nach hinten zum Hof angenehm ruhig. Lage ist in einem Gewerbegebiet, für einen Spaziergang nicht optimal. Leider keine Einzelhandel für Lebensmittel in der Nähe bzw. nur mit Auto gut zu erreichen. Frühstück für € 19,00 sehr hoher Preis.

- Anette (8/5): Groß, gut organisiert, angenehmer Aufenthalt - Wir hatten ein Superior-Zimmer im 6sten Stock und das war schön. Ausblick, Zimmergröße, Chill-Ecke, Schreibtisch, gute Betten. Viele Steckdosen an guten Stellen angebracht. Badezimmer schon groß. Das Personal ist freundlich, effizient und kundenorientiert. Die Duschwand an der Badewanne hätte größer sein können. Sonst wässert man beim Duschen das Badezimmer. Die Frottiertücher sind etwas dünn, aber sauber.

- Pascal (2/5): Nie wieder dieses Hotel. - Das Steakhaus, welches am Hotel liegt, ist nicht verkehrt. Ich musste mein erstes Zimmer, wegen zu starker Verdreckung (Teppichboden wies zahlreiche dunkle und helle Flecken auf, es roch im ganzen Zimmer unangenehm und Ritzen an Polstern wurden nicht gesaugt), wechseln. Das zweite Zimmer wies ebenfalls starken Schmutz auf. Der Pool, die Sauna und der Fitnessraum waren geschlossen.

The receptionist very impolitely took a private call instead of saying hello or anything. Then she tried to charge us for the dog (which is free). Then she told us we hadn't paid yet (which we had). She seemed distracted and didn't give us a warm welcome like we had the last time we stayed here.

Wel prijzig voor Duitse maatstaven, wellicht om dat het een Zwitserse keten is. Parkeren bij het hotel, prima De afhandeling bij de receptie is erg lang. Kost veel tijd en je staat in een rij te wachten. Receptioniste spreekt slecht Duits en kan in de computer niets vinden. Er komt geen hulp van ander personeel om bij te springen om de wachtrij te verkorten. Het krijgen van een factuur is al een probleem op zich. De Airco in de hotelkamer werktte niet. Echt twee minpunten op een voor de rest prima verblijf.

- Renée (1/5): Nicht mal die 40€ wert :-) - Wir sind anlässlich einer Hochzeit angereist und hatten im Voraus angefragt, ob ein früherer Check-in (eine Stunde früher) möglich wäre. Laut Auskunft des Personals stellte dies kein Problem dar. Bei unserer Ankunft im Hotel waren unsere Daten jedoch beim Check-in nicht auffindbar, und es konnte uns niemand sagen, ob unser Zimmer bereits gereinigt war oder nicht. Besonders irritierend war die Situation an der Rezeption: Einem anderen Gast wurde tatsächlich geraten, selbst nachzusehen, ob sein Zimmer gereinigt sei. Schlussendlich war ein früherer Check-in für uns nicht möglich. Wir mussten uns daher im Saunabereich umziehen, der jedoch ebenfalls nicht gereinigt war – überall lagen benutzte Handtücher, und es roch unangenehm. Dieses Vorgehen empfanden wir als sehr unprofessionell und wenig serviceorientiert. Insgesamt hinterlässt der Empfang leider keinen guten Eindruck.
