• Tim (8/5): Great location & peaceful rooftop vibes - Nice central location down a quiet alleyway. The welcome was friendly and the interior of the building is beautiful. The rooftop area is nice, although high walls limit any views. Breakfast is ok, plenty of pastries, eggs & veg options. Fell slightly flat compared to meals elsewhere. The room was dark, natural light limited to a heavily frosted window looking inwards to the pool area.

• Rafael (10/5): Buen Riad calidad precio con gran ubicación - La ubicación. Muy cerca de la plaza Jemaa el-Fna, en la zona sur de la Medina, con multitud de restaurantes, tiendas y zocos. Zona silenciosa y tranquila pese a su ubicación. El Riad era muy bonito con una piscina central con mucho encanto y el personal siempre atento a cualquier necesidad o petición de los huéspedes. El desayuno un poco justo en calidad y variedad. Se echa en falta más opciones y más calidad para que sea de un desayuno sin más a algo apetecible y recomendable.

La habitación es cómoda pero no les vendría mal una pequeña remodelación porque las paredes tiene algo de humedad. El baño más o menos lo mismo.

La literie , la piscine (dommage que le toit ne soit pas ouvert)! Le hammam et massage étaient super !! Nous n’avons pas aimé le petit déjeuné ! Vraiment moyen ! C’est le seul point négatif que nous pourrions indiquer .

• Aušrinė (7/5): Good if you are not planning to have breakfast there - Rooms looks amazing, staff is very friendly, everyone speak English very well. The pool was refreshing. The food was not edible and drinks were not drinkable. If not the food I would give a full 10 for this Riad, but it was very disappointing. It was cold and tasteless, the buffet was basically empty and the coffee from the machine was not a coffee, but a cacao. My stomach stopped working for half of a day after this "breakfast"

• Tomáš (8/5): - Výborná poloha v centre 500 metrov od námestia Jamma El-fna. Slušné raňajky. Čisté izby aj dobrá kúpeľňa. Dobre fungujúca klimatizácia. Býval som na prízemí kde bol občas hluk od recepcie, za to však nemôže hotel ale hlučný turisti.🤷‍♂️

Wir fühlten uns direkt familiär aufgenommen und wurden mit einer super guten Laune empfangen. Der beste Hotelempfang, den ich erlebt habe. Die Ausstattung, das Ambiente ist sensationell schön, Spaanwendungen waren klasse, das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war köstlich. Die Matratze empfand ich Anfangs etwas fest, aber musste feststellen, dass ich darauf sehr gut geschlafen habe. Somit auch nicht wirklich ein negativer Punkt.

The shower was also broken and had to be hand held. VERY noisy. You can hear everything as it echos throughout the place. You can hear every door being closed and people talking. Staff at reception speaking very loudly very late at night. Was very disappointed with this place as it looked so great and had really positive reviews

• Mónica (8/5): Muy buena - La ubicación muy buena muy cerca de la plaza,aunque es un callejón de la Medina típico de ellos pero es la essencia de aquello,el personal muy muy amable,agradable,siempre ayudando en todo,el desayuno bueno y variable y la terraza fantástica,las habitaciones de la planta baja huelen a humedad pero será por la piscina,la verdad esk el sitio es para vivir una experiencia total de Marrakech,piscina muy limpia y sitio muy bonito. Olor a húmedas en las habitaciones de la planta baja

Il Riad è molto bello e curato così come la terrazza dove viene servita la colazione. I servizi igienici in camera sono da migliorare ma sono comunque essenziali.

It seems that I had not booked - or requested a double bed. ok - unusual for me...Young man on reception found me a double room. Threw my bag in and went out. on return - boy! I am not saying it was damp as such - but clearly had had a problem. I have seen other comments on the web about this issue. Floor looked like it might have been damp/ flooded...Not pleasant to sleep in that musty atmosphere. That was last room available.I would consider booking agin - because it had things going for it..would just be careful on allocated room. Mine was room 5 - directly in front of pool.

• manuela (10/5): Fantastico! - Posizione fantastica, riad bello e con tutti comfort. il personale super gentile, accogliente, disponibile, professionale. A Colazione non mancava niente, la signora che serviva la colazione preparava al momento i piatti per la mia amica allergica al glutine e ci trattava come figlie! L’hammam poi è stata un’esperienza mistica, siamo rinate ! Possiamo dire di aver trovato una nuova casa! Grazie di tutto a presto!

• Francesco (9/5): Posizione centralissima e camere ampie e pulite - Posizione centralissima a soli 2 minuti do cammino da Piazza Jemaa el Fna. I ragazzi alla reception sono stati gentilissimi e professionali. Abbiamo chiesto di prenotarci un taxi di notte per arrivare in aeroporto e ci hanno scortato all'auto. Colazione buona e camere ampie e super pulite. Peccato non aver usufruito della piscina perché faceva un po' freddino. Poteva essere la ciliegina sulla torta. Ritorneremmo molto volentieri. Grazie per il bellissimo soggiorno Bisogna lavorare un po' sull'insonorizzazione delle stanze perché si sentono passare i motorini anche di notte. Bisogna lavorare anche sull'odore di umido della stanza e sulla varietà della colazione anche per quanto riguarda le intolleranze.

• Marco (7/5): I would say the stay was as expected, in fact I recommend it as it is used for sleeping because for the rest of the day - The reception staff were polite, precise, and kind. They were always available for anything, advising us on how to get around the city. Welcoming structure, strategic location, but very humid at least our room, perhaps due to the nearby swimming pool and poor air circulation

The location is beautiful, situated in an accessible area of the old Medina, which makes exploring the city easy and enjoyable. The breakfast was tasty and well-prepared, providing a great start to each day. Cleanliness was maintained at a very good level throughout the stay, which contributed significantly to the overall comfort. A big plus is the staff, who were extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Overall, I highly recommend this riad for an authentic and relaxing experience in Morocco.
