• Mihai (10/5): Un Hotel de nota 10 - Buna ziua, pot sa vă împărtășesc din experiența noastră la Hotelul Paraiso Beach numai de bine, am ajuns la hotel și ne-a întâmpinat doamna Elizabet, o doamna super drăguță ce vorbește destul de bine românește, camerele curate și spațioase dotate cu aer condiționat, și tot ce trebuie, mâncarea destul de bună și diversificata, iar barul nu mai zic, cocktail ul la discreție suc bere de la dozator, am luat și blănosul nostru de 8kg cu noi achitând o taxa de 14 leva pe zi in septembrie, nu am avut reproșuri sau comentarii în ceea ce privește cățelul, dar vă sfătuiesc să specificați că veniți cu animalul de companie, fiecare apartament avea alocat o umbrela și 2 șezlonguri pe plaja, noi fiind prospat căsătoriți am avut o surpriză plăcută din partea dânșilor și cu ocazia aceasta le mulțumim! 🤗

Храната е много вкусна, умерено разнообразие, но е достатъчно. Персонала е любезен. Определено може да е по-чисто. Почистването на стаите е половинчато, а тоалетната хартия явно я пестят. Терасата към ресторанта е хубава, но ако вали, няма достатъчно маси, които да са на закрито. Терасите към стаите на 3ет. са открити, нямат покрив или тента.

• catalin_.s (7/5): - O locație ideală, direct pe plajă! Personalul a fost deosebit de amabil, iar unii angajați vorbeau chiar și limba română, ceea ce a fost un plus. Managerul, Georgy, s-a implicat constant pentru a se asigura că toți clienții sunt mulțumiți și că mesele sunt organizate perfect. Mâncarea a fost variată și suficientă, cu feluri de mâncare diferite în fiecare zi. De asemenea, cafeaua din boabe a fost excelentă. Am avut acces la o selecție bogată de fructe și prăjituri, Un alt avantaj a fost locul de parcare asigurat. Este a 2 oara cand revenim la acest hotel. De data asta am primit apartamentul 201. ( in cladirea veche ) În ciuda faptului că baia pare a fi recent modernizată, prezența unor obiecte de mobilier vechi de peste 50 de ani creează un contrast neplăcut. De exemplu, uscătorul de păr are o carcasă îngălbenită și emană un miros de praf la fiecare utilizare, ceea ce sugerează că nu a fost curățat niciodată. La fel, coșul de gunoi, aparent la fel de vechi, și-a pierdut culoarea originală din cauza vechimii. Pereti necesita revopsit pentru ca sunt patati si murdari ! Sistemul de aer condiționat centralizat este vechi și ineficient, reprezentând un risc pentru sănătate ! Unitățile sunt pline de mucegai, atât la butoane, cât și pe elementele de răcire. Pentru a proteja sănătatea clienților, trebuie înlocuirea urgentă a acestor unități cu sisteme noi, de tip split ! Evitați camerele cu sistem de răcire centralizat vechi, mai ales dacă aveți copii mici !!! Wifi foarte prost in camera ! Este frustrant să văd că și alți clienți se plâng de semnalul Wi-Fi slab și de aparatele de aer condiționat care nu funcționează cum trebuie. Faptul că nimeni nu ia măsuri pentru a remedia aceste probleme dă impresia că megemetul își pune profitul mult mai presus de satisfacția clienților.

• Силвена (4/5): Силвена - Локацията на хотел е топ, на първа линия, близо до центъра. Има паркинг. Храната беше ужасна, няма разнообразазие, предлагат полуфабрикати. В сезона на зеленчуците, доматите и краставицитв бях гадни. Не се предлага качествена храна....
• Karyna (10/5): - Amplasarea este exceptionala, de pe terasa hotelului cobori direct pe plaja. Pentru ca este amplasat fiarte aproape de plaja, cat stai la masa se simte in permanenta briza, si asta e foarte placut. Mancarea este destul de diversificata si destula pentru un hotel de 3 stele. Sezlongurile sunt incluse in pret, insa ca sa ocupi un loc trebuie sa te trezesti foarte devreme. Personalul este foarte amabil, nu ai efectiv ce sa le reprosezi, in afara de un sef de sala sau nu stiu ce functie avea, ceva sef pe acolo, mai in varsta, care parea destul de sictirit de jobul lui, aproape ca te si certa cand comandai, nu stia nici retetele la coctail-uri. Restul erau de nota 20. Aerele conditionate nu sunt curatate, in rest nu cred ca am gasit ceva in neregula.

Overall, I enjoyed the stay. I would recommend. The room was quite small. The parking place was a bit far from the hotel, though the parking was free of charge, so it's a compensation overall 😊

They also offered free parking. The beach is right in front of the hotel, and you can use free sunbeds and umbrellas there. The food was delicious and had a good variety. The cleaning staff tidied up the room every day.

The food was good, not many choices, but understandable since this was a visit in May, not in summer season. No complaints at all.

• Margarita (8/5): Great Pet Friendly Stay - The location is great - right next to the beach. We were travelling with our English Bulldog and all the staff welcomed us very well. They didn't give us a lower quality room just because of the dog compared to other places. Great value for money.

• Izabel (8/5): nice enjoyable holiday - very close to the beach, free lounge chairs and an umbrella at the beach, good facilities, food was ok I loved the fact that there was fruit during all meals and alcohol and drinks were good. rooms were large enough and the bathroom was very clean and spacious. we had a nice balcony with a beach view. there was an animator at the hotel and they organised some activities. plenty of outdoors space to enjoy your meals. too much single use plastic - almost all drinks were served in single use plastic cups, in this day and age I expect better from hotel chains. but this is a personal preference I don’t like using single use plastic and it made a bad impression on me. another more concerning issues is that during check out the hotel asked me for payment and trued to charge me for my booking that was already paid for 3 days before my check in date through booking.com, unfortunately this is not the first Bulgarian hotel that I have booked through Booking.com that has tried this

• Georgeta (9/5): Beautiful and relaxing - All inclusive is worth the money (a lot of good food, drinks and snacks). The private beach was also a nice surprise. The location is near the city center and the room was nice and clean. They allow pets which is a nice thing (we saw a lot of owners with pets🙂). The experience overall was beautiful and relaxing. Except the bad wifi, the small parking area and the staff who do not speak very well english, everything else was super nice and I recommend this place.
