• Manal (9/5): Comfortable Stay - Modern, clean, and delicious 😋 Breakfast. The breakfast area has indoor and lovely outdoor seating. Sofa bed isn't enough for 2 adults. In addition, outside furniture is only for 2 people again. Location has no walking nearby attractions.
• Nia Cruise (10/5): - Perfect location for commuting to and from the inner city and other surrounding ones. Both of my rooms were beautiful and super clean. The restaurant downstairs was lovely as well. I am unfortunately from America, and do not speak the native language here but the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, safe and knowledgeable all while being accommodating of my language barrier. We are about 5 minutes walking distance from the O major train station. About two stops from HB train station. Also, the hotel initially told me they would be down grading my second reservation for my last night. Instead, I was provided with an upgraded room. A room with a stove top, microwave, dishes, silverware, and a small sectional. My room was super clean, nicely put together and super comfy! I like to sleep super cold, almost like an ice box. My room wasn't cold enough and the first night I woke up in a hot sweat.

• Josef - Karl (10/5): Acasa Suites...wir kommen gerne wieder!👍 - Die Lage ist Perfekt. Gerade wenn man zu einer Veranstaltung ins Hallenstadion möchte. ( zu Fuß ca. 800 Meter entfernt. Aber auch um Zürich zu erkunden, ist die Lage sehr gut! Zürich ist gut und schnell mit der S Bahn vom Bahnhof Oerlikon ( in Hotelnähe ), zu erreichen! Das Hotel ist schön, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und reichhaltig ausgestattet. Eine Beanstandung gab es dann doch. Der Kellner, der morgens am Buffet das Sagen hatte, erfragte immer wieder die Zimmer Nr. um sicher zu stellen, das man das Frühstück auch dazu gebucht hatte. Da er das aber so gut wie gar nicht mit der ausliegenden Liste verglich, wurden wir beide jedesmal, wenn wir erneut zum Buffet gingen, ein weiteres mal gefragt. Sagte man es dann auf deutsch, wollte er es auf englisch hören. Das nervte beim 3. oder 4. Mal dann schon! Der Rest des Personals war äußerst höflich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend!!!

The station is on the main line between the airport and central Zurich. So get a round by transport was very easy. I couldn’t find anything that I didn’t like about ten hotel.

• Soo Jeong (10/5): - This hotel is a perfect hotel to stay in Zurich. Just 5 minutes from the station, The front desk is very kind and the rooms are very clean and convenient. When traveling for long time, this is a perfect place to stay as you can cook and do self laundry. The sauna is very clean and well managed. I will stay here if I visit here again. The food served is also delicious and good price!

• tatianapK5589WZ (10/5): Amazing! - I absolutely loved my stay at Acasa Suites. It's located literally couple minutes of walking from the train station, tram station and a supermarket. Can get to/from the old city and the airport in minutes! Hotel is beautiful, modern and stylish. Room was comfortable, clean, quiet, everything worked (I did use the kitchen every day). I arrived early and was able to leave my suitcase in their storage room and go explore the city. Reception associates were all very friendly and professional.
• marian (10/5): Good stay. - Cleanliness and welcome from young man at reception. Nice spa. Need to get a train to Oerlikon from Zurich main station but easy to do and run very frequently, probably every five minutes. A little on the dark side (wood etc) but that’s just my taste.

• Zoltán (10/5): A truly memorable stay - I’ve never seen any hotel, which would have been built with such a great taste. Anywhere you look: it’s just cozy. It’s very elegant, very smooth. For me it was luxurious. Location is great, and even though it’s close to train, bus, tram, airport: it’s just quiet. Day and night. We loved it! If this would not be enough: the staff is just great, all of them: polite, kind, fun, you can feel they are the for YOU. The kitchen of the restaurant: they also do their magic. Totally impressed, never ever anywhere else upon visiting Zürich.

• Yoann (8/5): Bon hôtel mais mauvaise impression - L’emplacement est bien, proche gare pour aller au centre ville, le personnel de la réception est sympa Je suis arrivé 45 mn avant l’heure officielle des Check in, d’habitude dans les hôtels, soit la chambre n’est pas prête alors je laisse ma valise à la réception et part faire un tour, soit elle est déjà prête et la réception me donne les clefs. Ici elle était prête mais pour avoir les clefs il faut payer 30chf… ça donne vraiment l’impression que la personne en charge de la politique tarifaire doit trouver de l’argent n’importe où pour remplir les caisses et ca ne donne pas envie de revenir même si en soit l’hôtel est bien.
• scalcher29 (10/5): Beautiful Hotel in great location - Just back from a fantastic trip to Zurich and Acasa Suites! Fabulous hotel in perfect location near train station for getting around. The hotel is beautifully decorated & all staff were very welcoming & friendly, especially the restaurant staff for breakfast, had great chats with Ricardo and his colleagues. Eugene on reception was great, very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is spotlessly clean and breakfast had fantastic choices and was plentiful. We would definitely stay here again.
• Ramona (10/5): - Das Hotel ist in seiner Ausstattung modern, gepflegt und sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Unseres hatte eine kleine Küchenzeile und Sitzecke. Besonders möchte ich das Frühstücksbuffet hervorheben. Tolle Auswahl, frische Produkte, für alle Ernährungstypen geeignet. Besonders nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Der Wellnessbereich ist eher klein und doch ausreichend groß, wenn man sich entspannen möchte. Die ruhige Lage des Hotels lässt einen auch bei gekipptem Fenster gut schlafen. An alle Läufer: in nur 1km ist man im Grünen, in herrlich waldiger Umgebung Es gibt nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat.

Das Hotel ist einfach perfekt für Aufenthalte für ein Event in Örlikon, Hallenstadion oder noch besser gelegen die Halle 622! Das Hotel ist sehr gut und einfach mit dem Auto oder auch dem ÖV zu erreichen. Gab nichts was mir nicht gefallen hat.

• Tanja M (8/5): Für Konzertbesuch in Zürich geeignet - Nah am Bahnhof und Halle 622, sehr komfortabel ausgestattet mit Küchenzeile und Sitzecke. Alles sauber. Unkomplizierter Checkin und Checkout. Elegantes Ambiente. - Hellhörig, teilweise vibriert Boden, wenn jmd vorbeigeht. - Während meines Aufenthalts kam es leider zu erheblichen Ruhestörungen: Auf derselben Etage befand sich eine Gruppe, die über längere Zeit laut Musik hörte, sich sehr laut unterhielt und wiederholt an Türen klopfte. Dies führte zu einer deutlich beeinträchtigten Aufenthaltsqualität; an erholsamen Schlaf oder Entspannung war in diesen Nächten nicht zu denken. Wellness-Bereich daher nicht genutzt. - Licht im Badezimmer nicht optimal für Make-up - zu dunkel, kein Kosmetikspiegel.
