• Luis (10/5): Qualidade e saber-receber! - Hotel à beira da albufeira de Santa Clara-a-Velha, com uma vista fenomenal. Cheguei por volta das 22h, em plena volta de bicicleta em autonomia e sem ter jantado. Fui recebido pela proprietária, senhora extremamente amável, que prontamente se disponibzou para preparar alguma coisa para comer. Bem, não foi propriamente "qualquer coisa", foi uma bela tosta mista "XL" com tomate e oregãos (em pão alentejano, claro!), com umas batatas fritas a acompanhar e um sumo. De bónus ainda uma fatia de bolo! Soube-me pela vida e salvou-me a noite! De resto, o hotel tem todas as boas condições. Um belo pequeno-almoço onde para além de ser bastante completo, tive direito a ovos mexidos feitos na hora! Um grande obrigado pela amabilidade e saber-receber da proprietária, e também à(s) funcionária(s) que prepararam a bela da tosta ao serão e os ovos mexidos "personalizados" ao pequeno-almoço. Algum dia que por ali passe novamente, não tenho qualquer dúvida de onde vou pernoitar! Nada!

Het ontbijt was zeer goed en uitgebreid, we werden eigenlijk op onze wenken bediend. Afgesproken dat bij ons volgend bezoek ook paratha roti bij de lunch wordt geserveerd voor ons. Lijkt me heerlijk. Er waren geen faciliteiten voor koffie en of thee op de kamer.

Majestic During the ‘low season’ there seems to be less reason to offer the full restaurant amenities which are mentioned on the hotel website. Understandable. Looking for alternative addresses within a 10-15 km radius, one finds that the options are equally thin.

Das Hotel ist leider schon etwas älter... Und die Kuche zwar abends eigentlich geschlossen und man musste schon ein wenig unerfahren um eine Taverne zu finden, die auf hatte. Sie sind aber sehr liebevoll und machen einem einen Snack. Weiß nicht wie es in der Hauptsaison ist.

O edifício é uma antiga Pousada, e nota-se pela qualidade de alguns elementos (quartos de dimensão superior ao normal, roupa de cama e almofadas de boa qualidade, jardim e espaços exteriores muito bem cuidados). Nada a apontar.
• KB (9/5): Ein familiengeführtes Hotel mit herzlichem Engagement. - Wir hatten ein super Zimmer mit dem perfekten Blick über den See. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, an alles wurde gedacht! Der Zimmerservice war sehr gründlich und zuvorkommend. Unsere Wünsche bzgl. einer Kajaktour wurden sehr individuell organisiert. Es fehlt ein Restaurant im Haus und in der Nähe.

The second morning you only had what was on the buffet table and they couldn’t run the special coffee machine ( we missed our cappuccino’s.) Like before a nice padded mattress cover would have been nice. Checking out I asked if we owe anything and they said no. We get to our next destination they send me a email for 120eoro’s .Spent two days trying to get that done. I asked Bookings.com if this debt was right and they never responded.

Caso seja pretendido, a limpeza do quarto pode ser diária! Nada a apontar. As almofadas são um pouco duras, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia! • Daniela (10/5): Ich würde sofort wiederkommen.. obwohl es etwas teuer ist! - Wir wurden im Horel herzlich willkommen. Wir reisten mit den Fahrrädern an. Durften diese vor Ort waschen und geschützt unterstellen. Es wurde für uns extra ein leckeres Frühstück vorverschoben. Wir können nur positives erzählen. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Das Personal wollte uns jeden Wunsch erfüllen. Schade ist das Restaurant geschlossen. Es gibt ein Café/Bar im Hotel, dass auch kleine Speisen zubereitet. Über Dem Damm (ca. 10min zu Fuss) hat es ein originel umgebauter Foodtrack der uns bekochte.

• Maria Teresa (9/5): Foi optima principalmente ouvir o silencio so quem conhece o alentejo pode entender o que quero d - Ja tinha ficado no hotel a alguns anos e a qualidade continua impecavel E pena que o restaurante tenha fechado mas compreendo perfeitamente porque no inverno t pouco movimento ,mas a comida era optima mas a tosta que fizeram e a omelete eram optimas tambem e bem apresentadas.

• TâniaSilva (8/5): Férias de sonho - Pequeno almoço espetacular com uma vista de sonho. Simpatia e disponibilidade de todo o staff. As piscinas para adultos e para crianças são fenomenais. O silêncio e a paisagem são surreais. Apenas gostaria de ter o mini frigorífico no quarto, de resto tudo ótimo.
• João (5/5): Desilusão com a exiguidade do espaço para um hotel que publicita 4 estrelas. - Pequeno almoço e simpatia do pessoal. Quarto exiguo, fechadura avariada o que obrigou a dormir com a porta destrancada só com cadeado interno pois nao houve resolucao do problema.Pouco isolamento acustico entre quartos ouvindo-se as conversas prejudicando a tranquilidade.Unidade hoteleira a necessitar modernizacao e redimensionamento dos espaços desde quartos aos espaços comuns.extraordinaria esplana exterior virada para a montanha (sudoeste) e da barragem desaproveitada para servir/tomar os pequenos almoçosEm face do exposto e da anomalia reportada com a fechadura deveria ter havido uma atencao ao nivel nomeadamente da reducao do custo do alojamento. É pena pois é um espaço com potencial para férias num espaço rodeado de natureza....
