Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I want to share the things that I wish I knew before we rented this property. 1.) The property owner won't start replying to emails/calls/texts until about a week ahead of time. 2.) If you pay the $175 Canadian dollars to park in the attached ramp please be aware that it is extremely confusing. You need to follow green arrow signs for VISITOR PARKING. Before I knew that, I ended up backing up literally 5 times. I've never been in a parking ramp with so many dead ends! 3.) The parking instructions tell you to "find somewhere to park" before heading up to the room. I recommend the Longo's grocery store across the street. If you go in and spend at least $20, you can park in their underground garage for two hours and they'll validate your ticket. Way better than the suggestion of just leaving your car unattended. 4.) We were given the wrong parking spot # and were greeted by two angry notes on our car. Probably an honest mistake but still annoying. 5.) There isn't very good ventilation in the bedroom and it feel stuffy even with the (tiny) window cracked. 6.) The couch is extremely uncomfortable. Hopefully you don't plan on lounging and relaxing for long there. 7.) The toilet runs for approximately 5 minutes after each flush. 8.) Probably the biggest disappointment is the view. You can see half of the CN Tower, but they are building a new highrise that blocks 100% of the rest of the balcony view. A NEW PICTURE IS NEEDED. Centrally located but rather disappointing for the money.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The location was very convenience, nice view. Everything was perfect according to the description and instruction of the property. Second time in Toronto and hoping it won't be the last one. Great City, extraordinary people.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Great Location for City’s biggest attractions - Great location to be near Rogers Arena and the waterfront. The building is beautiful as well as the condo. The comfort of the bed was mediocre, if you like a harder bed then it’s great for you. Condo was very clean and bright.
View...not so great. You can see the CN tower and Rogers center.
All curtains are white so with the lights of the city I found it difficult to sleep.
Service was good before we came answering all questions. Service was good and checking was easy when we arrived. We were disappointed when we texted to ask if the condo was available for another night stay. No answer, a simple yes or no would have been considerate.
Overall we were happy and satisfied with our stay it sure saves us a lot of money on Uber‘s to be able to stay with in the city and be close to the events we were attending .
Would we stay again ...Yes
- tzur (8/5): - the apartment is spacious, well located close to public transportation. the only downside is they don't have window curtains to block sunlight in the morning. so it's almost impossible to sleep late.
- Heather (6/5): Construction view - When we arrived at the high rise we were immediately stopped by Security, directed to the front desk and asked for proof of our stay at the Concierge desk who had me fill in a form before being permitted to go up to our room. We were disappointed by the view of construction directly outside our window, the pictures on the site were definitely taken before the construction began. Made it uncomfortable to look out the window and to sit on the balcony. The construction is very loud and starts early and that’s how we woke up. We were also shocked that the price advertised is in US currency and the taxes and fees made our $149 stay actually $300 plus what we had to pay for parking. We again, found this misleading. The location is great and tons to do within walking distance of the hotel and the suite is exactly as it appears in the pictures although we were very surprised by the size of the condo. We would stay here again but with the knowledge that there is construction and the cost is more than we expected but the location is fantastic!
- Praneet (10/5): Excellent stay - Overall it was a nice apartment.
Parking was tedious but we managed. Overall the location is very good if you want to go to the game or something.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Clean.
Close to transit.
Close to areas I wanted to visit.
- Frankin (8/5): - The unit 3609 was in very good condition, as was described on the web. The only disturbance is the elevator ( few working properly) and the design of the elevator waiting area that gets crowded by all the roomers.
- Jocelyn (10/5): Perfect business trip stay! - Perfect business trip stay.
Right in the heart of downtown Toronto, walking distance from almost anything. Functional and clean, perfect for the short or long stay.
- John (8/5): The view is worth the price! - Great location in downtown Toronto! Views are amazing and the room is clean and quiet. It does not have an iron, so pack those wrinkle-resistant clothes!
- Betty (10/5): - Very convenient location for all attractions in the entertainment district,as well as very close to a Union station only 3-4 minute walk, convenient to a grocery store, LCBO, restaurants.
- Claire (8/5): - Great place to stay. Nice condo, awesome location. Views from the balcony were exceptional!
- Natalie (8/5): Toronto Stay - It was an okay stay. Awesome location to walk to Rogers Center and to the lake front.
- Mike (10/5): - Wonderful place to stay when visiting Toronto. Close to everything in the waterfront area. Transportation options are also terrific. Union Station is two blocks away. Ride in from the airport on UP Express and explore the rest of the city using TTC subway, streetcars and buses. The Ferry terminal is also a short walk away if you’d like to visit Toronto Islands. The views are incredible and the room is cozy. Highly recommended. We’ll stay there again next time we visit Toronto.
- Chris (10/5): Great location for a comfortable condo. - This is a great comfortable condo with everything you need for a home from home experience in downtown Toronto. Only a 5 minute walk to the CN tower (which you can see from the balcony) and an even shorter walk to Union Station or the nearest supermarket.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - White curtain..No blackout curtain.. 6am already wake me up🙃
Others are excellent.
- Pat (8/5): Corporate Stay - As this is not a hotel the check in was a bit confusing for me but not because of the instructions or lack of. We had travelled a ling way, were tired and wanted to rest. There are two almost exact condo buildings connected by the PATH and I was trying to get into the wring one from the parking garage. A quick call to our hosts and we were on the right track.
The condo is neat, tidy and very comfortable. Perfect location for the ACC centre, CN Tower, Rogers Center, Queens Quay or any number of other great attractions, restaurants, theatres, or businesses in the downtown core.
I would stay again in a heartbeat.
- Nance (10/5): Perfect - So easy to checkin and out. Perfect experience for the one night that we stayed.
Gorgeous cozy space.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great spot! Perfect location! - Only positive things to say. Had everything we needed, and was kept very clean. Would stay here again for sure!
- Eric (10/5): Perfect view and location - It has incredible tower view as it says, you can actually enjoy it on the balcony. Nice, clean, modern and comfy condo room in downtown area, walking distance to the CN tower and some other landmarks in downtown, you need to be a bit more patient to find the parking lot at the first time if you're driving, except that, everything is great!
