Edith (10/5): - Sehr schöne Lage! Frühstück war perfekt. Kann es nur empfehlen.
Philippe (8/5): Bel endroit dans Hout bay - Belle maison bien décorée. Lit confortable et chambre épurée. Piscine, terrasse et patio très agréable. Personnel extrêmement gentil et serviable. Beau design de la maison mais peu chaleureux et chambre peu pratique et pas très bien conçue: pas de patères dans la salle de bains, pas de poubelle dans la chambre (seulement une mini poubelle dans la salle de bains), seulement un port usb près de la tête de lit, frigo tres petit et pas très froid. Petit déjeuner répétitif et une grande table commune. En général pas de souci mais quand on a des jeunes enfants mal élevés à table, ça gâche un peu le beau cadre et le réveil.

Ronald and Sylvia (10/5): Geweldig ! Prachtige rustgevende locatie zonder muziek bij het heerlijke zwembad. - Sowieso de ligging van het verblijf. Gewoon super met een prachtig uitzicht. Dan de service; Taku en zijn staff zijn ontzettend attent en behulpzaam met alles. Zoals adviezen, uit gaan en ondersteunen met bellen voor reserveringen. Ook perfect is dat je een lokale telefoon van hun krijg tijdens je verblijf. The Cube staat in de contacten voor hulp onderweg. Je mag er ook binnen heel zuid Afrika mee bellen of reserveringen mee maken. Het ontbijt is perfect in de buitentuin en gezellig met medegasten ervaringen delen aan 1 grote tafel ! Dirk is een gezellige eigenaar die duidelijk trots is op zijn domein ! Wij hadden een perfecte 4 dagen daar. Alles beviel. Geen op of aanmerkingen.
Helge (9/5): Wiederkommen!!! - Stylische Anlage und wundervolle, nahezu familiäre Atmosphäre. House Manager Tacu ist so unglaublich freundlich und serviceorientiert, dass er den Spirit des Guesthouses ideal verkörpert. Die deutschen Eigentümer investieren einiges in die Anlage. Frühstück sehr liebevoll arrangiert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Arianne (6/5): Prijs kwaliteit niet in verhouding - De vriendelijke host Taco en de eigenaar Dirk. Dit is eerder 3 dan 5 sterren, veel achterstallig onderhoud. Zwembad was vies. Kussen was vies, luxaflex afgebladderd. Bed rook naar natte hond. Doucheputje verstopt (wel opgelost na melding) Geen rookmelders en ik zou melden dat er honden zijn (ook al zijn ze heel lief)

Yashtil (6/5): A tale of extremes: incredible staff, but missing important comforts for this level of accomodation. - Taku and his wife were incredible: wonderfully polite, helpful and friendly. Great, personalised breakfast service. Room had good views. The common areas of the house are beautiful. Property is not great value. For this price, there are cheaper hotels in the area and around Cape Town with far more facilities - even after accounting for the December peak period. The guest house cannot compete with a 5/4star hotel and is missing important comforts: water gets cold after 9pm, limited privacy in the rooms (doors are thin, rooms are on top of each other, common areas look into the room), linen and towels are dated for a top rated accommodation. With a few niceties and a better matched rate given the facilities, the place has huge potential to improve their ratings.

Very difficult to get UBER and far from beach as well location is also not that great It’s far from city. I paid very high considering it’s 4/5 star facility but it’s not value for money we can get better option with that money in Camps Bay. I don’t know what Booking .com promoting this high prices apartments. Where as there are better options with better facilities and value for money. I canceled my stay as well

britta (10/5): Elegantes Kleinod mit Herz und Seele - Wir haben im Januar 2018 das Vergnügen gehabt, 4 Nächte im Cube Guest House verbringen zu können - von der ersten Sekunde an fühlten wir uns willkommen durch die herzliche Atmosphäre. Das Haus ist perfekt organisiert, geschmackvoll gestaltet und bestens geeignet, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Der Standort ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge rund um Kapstadt, das Zentrum ist über die atemberaubende Küstenstraße mit dem Auto in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Dirk und Patrick sind tolle Gastgeber, die einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen bei der Abend- und tagesgestaltung. Auch das personal war warmherzig, gut aufgelegt und aufmerksam. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden sicherlich wiederkommen!
