Laura (10/5): Un hotel de nota 10, merita cele 4 stele - Am avut un sejur de Paște minunat la acest hotel. Totul a fost excelent: personalul amabil, curățenia impecabilă și camerele spațioase, dotate cu paturi mari și confortabile. Mâncarea a fost foarte gustoasă, incluzând preparate din pui, porc, pește, miel, iepure, cozonac și ouă roșii; deși meniul nu a fost la fel de diversificat ca în alte hoteluri, calitatea preparatelor a fost foarte bună. Băuturile disponibile au fost variate, incluzând cocktailuri, vin, bere și sucuri. Deși hotelul este mare, am beneficiat de liniște și relaxare pe tot parcursul sejurului. Hotelul dispune de două restaurante și la recepție există canapele cu mese și un bar deschis până la ora 23:00. Recomand acest hotel persoanelor care apreciază curățenia și ospitalitatea personalului. Parcarea în această perioadă a fost gratuită, am plătit doar taxa de stațiune de 18,50 euro pentru patru persoane. Preț-calitate, sejurul a fost excelent. Cu siguranță voi reveni cu drag!

Близо е до автогарата, ако желаете да пътувате някъде. Ресторанта е един от най-стилни, които съм посещавал. Какво да кажа за обслужването? - топ ниво. Всичко беше прекрасно. Определено ще се върна и препоръчвам този хотел на 100%.

Agnieszka (9/5): Wszystko na plus - Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Posiłki smaczne. Czysto. Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Hotel w ścisłym centrum. Nie ocenię udogodnień ani spokoju (lub hałasu), bo pobyt miał miejsce po sezonie, a i pogoda nie dopisała. Wszędzie blisko, w pobliżu dobre restauracje i bary, ceny wciąż jeszcze nie europejskie 😁 Plaża ogólnodostępna trochę słabo zagospodarowana w kontekście miejsc do posiedzenia i gigantyczne meduzy unosiło morze, ale nie kąpaliśmy się, ponieważ aura nie pozwoliła - może i lepiej... Nie mam uwag.

Thomas (8/5): Wer top top saubere Zimmer erwartet, ist hier fehl am Platz. - Die Zentrale Lage. Es war sehr ruhig. An zwei Tagen wurde unser Zimmer einmal gar nicht gereinigt und einmal nur notdürftig. Gebrauchte Tassen und Gläser standen standen noch auf dem Tisch, und der Teppichboden wurde nicht gesaugt. Das Reinigungspersonal lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Der Teppichboden müsste mal Grund gereinigt und der Wasserhahn ersetzt werden, stark verkalkt.

Sergej (10/5): It was wonderful - We stayed at the end of the season in early October. This is a very good hotel in the center of Sunny Beach. The last renovation was carried out in 2018, but everything looks new, clean, and well-maintained. At the same time, everything is done as if by itself; you don't see any cleaners or staff rushing around. The room was cleaned while we were out. The interior design is cool, made with beautiful finishing materials. There is a large bed with an excellent mattress and bedding. The shower cabin is wonderful. The courtyard pool and surrounding area are small, but there is a slide for children and anyone else who wants to use it. The beach is a 10-minute walk away via the city's central promenade. Beach towels are provided. We had an all-inclusive vacation package. Breakfast was buffet style, lunch was à la carte, dinner was buffet style, and at the end of the vacation, it was à la carte. The selection was sufficient and commensurate with the price, although I would have liked to see a slightly wider selection of hot dishes. The kitchen staff and waiters were very diligent, quick, and helpful. Everyone spoke English at a sufficient level. The coffee from the machines is good. For alcohol, you should go to the bar, which is located in the lobby. The bartender is sociable, diligent, and experienced. The local cold white wine from bottles and beer were of good quality. International brands are available for an additional fee. There are supermarkets, a pharmacy, and a bus station near the hotel, which is very convenient for travelers. V5229FGdarrens (4/5): Just Telling The Truth - Cannot understand why this place is 4 stars, the best thing about it is the close proximity to the bus station. No sachets of milk and have to pester them for coffee and sugar, no gym, no reading books to borrow, no entertainment. Food all piled to you at once after choosing on the menu. Hardly any English TV channels. It's close to the centre but I would advise not to book end of season as the place turns into a ghost town and no one wants to serve you even if they are open.
Tünde Hortenzia (10/5): Amazing - Everything was perfect. The room is big and clean. The food was amazing. The pool clean, and warm. The staff was amazing , especially Todor from the bar, he mad nice coctails. I would highly reccomend this hotel. From me it's 10.

Jacek (8/5): Hotel w centrum Słonecznego Brzegu - Hotel położony jest w centrum Słonecznego Brzegu, blisko dworca autobusowego ale mimo to nie słychać hałasu z zewnątrz. Pokój nowoczesny i komfortowy, wyposażony w klimatyzację ( stosunkowo głośna ) i dosyć wygodne łóżka. Generalnie byliśmy zadowoleni z opcji all inclusive ale w porównaniu do innych obiektów w których korzystaliśmy z tej opcji szału nie było. Maszyny z napojami wody/soków/ kawy są dostępne w gł. restauracji tylko podczas śniadania, natomiast podczas obiadu i kolacji jedynym sposobem na napicie się czegoś jest pójście do baru. Obsługa w restauracji powinna być nieco bardziej dyskretna. Basen czynny w godz. 10-18. Brak sygnału Wi-Fi przy basenie. Palenie papierosów na terenie basenie.
Marios (10/5): - The staff is very polite and helpful, which is rare to find in Bulgaria. The hotel is located in the center of Sunny Beach, yet you don’t hear the noise from outside. The service is excellent, and the rooms are clean, so I highly recommend it. The breakfast could be improved.
Luda (8/5): - צוות מדהים עונים על כל בקשה ושאלה. מגלשות מים ו'ג'קוזי בחוץ מצויינים ( חוץ מזה שמים קפואים בבריכה ), חדרים גדולים חסר גיוון בא.בוקר דלת כניסה בחדר אחד " עשתה בעיות ", קשה לפתוח ולסגור בחדר שני היה ריח לא נעים ( למרות שאחרי פניה לצוות בוצע טיפול אך לא נפתר לגמרה ) מזגן עבד לפי שיקול דעת משלו

Voyager21291732012 (10/5): super experience - I had an amazing stay at Best Western Premium All in Sunny Beach. The hotel is spotlessly clean, everything is well maintained and feels fresh. The food was excellent with a wide variety of tasty options every day, and the cocktails at the bar were really good too. What impressed me the most was the staff – they were extremely friendly, helpful and always smiling, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sunny Beach!

When raised with management concerns were simply denied and dismissed. Hotel fine if you’re going on business but not for a holiday.

Vasil (7/5): - Фактът, че когато поисках ютия за да се изгладя ми обясниха, че трябва да ида на аварийната стълба и там имало място да се изгладя… гладих се на мръсна жега на стълбището, докато минаваха други гости на хотела… също така вечерята беше гадна.
Wayne (8/5): Nice place. - Great location and staff were very friendly. I’d stay again but it wouldn’t be a first preference. Breakfast was poor selection. Bananas cut in half, thinly sliced oranges & grapefruit are not a great selection of fresh fruit. Juices were concentrated and not fresh. Marks on the wall in the room (712). Cooked foods at dinner & breakfast were at best warm not hot. Not a four star in my hotel in my own opinion.

Nicola (7/5): Would recommend the hotel but would be hesitant about the food again - Great location. Really clean. Good pool. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was cleaned and new towels every day. Luggage storage after checkout. Good range of food and drink included in all inclusive. The AC wasn’t quite cool enough on maximum settings. The dining room is all tables of 4 or 6 and was always full at breakfast and dinner with sometimes only 1 or 2 people at these tables, a few 2 person tables would help. I would have still given a 9 rating with the above except for the fact that both of us got food poisoning on our second last day which was less than ideal, so this brings down my rating.

Adrian (7/5): A fost o experiență destul de plăcută, dar nu aș mai reveni in Sunny Beach, recomand Nesbar. - Personalul foarte amabil, si locatia aproape de plajă (5-7 min). Mâncarea este bună, nu te impresionează. Din păcate am am avut un mic incident cu mobilierul din cameră. Noptierele sunt montate peste nivelul saltelelor, lucru ce poate duce la accidentari la nivelul capului (vorbesc din proprie experiență), mare atentie doar!

Mâncarea a fost foarte foarte bună!! ( diversificată și gustoasă) Camera curata și spațioasă vedere spre piscină. O să revenim cu drag la anul dacă găsim un preț așa bun ca acum. Vă mulțumim întregii echipe. La venire nu sunt explicate anumite lucruri despre parcare.

Panait (9/5): Am fost incantati de oferta hotelului. - Am fost patru persoane. Ne-au plăcut: camerele și balcoanele foarte spațioase (40m patrati), plase de țânțari la ferestre, la doua zile s-au schimbat prosoapele și lenjeria de pat, personalul de serviciu a fost amabil, la cele trei mese mâncarea și băutura a fost din belșug, gustoasa și variata. Parcarea hotelului este micuța dar in apropiere sunt parcări private.

Anna (10/5): Good hotel, will return - Clean and nice room with everything needed. The staff is helpful and helped with each our request. The location is perfect: far enough from the loud and busy center with bars, amusement park and clubs, still 7 min walk max. The food was tasty. Breakfast even included a sparkling wine for vacation mimosas. We loved our stay there, definitely recommend.
