A localização é perfeita, perto de tudo, Coliseu, Igreja de Santa Maria Maggiore, Estação Ferroviária, Metrô, Restaurantes. Já estive diversas vezes hospedada neste prédio que possui vários hotéis, Este é diferenciado. Muito limpo, cheiroso e calmo. Nada a registrar.

The room was lovely and clean on arrival as well as daily cleaning service. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for accommodation in Rome. I would definitely rebook.

La posizione è ottima visto che si è a 2 passi dalla stazione di Roma Termini e a 4 dal centro. Nulla di particolare, andrebbe solo data una piccola ristrutturata alle camere ma nulla di importante.

Excellent location. 4 min walk from the termini, site seeing buses around the corner. Plenty of beautiful restaurants and wine bars in the area. Amazing staff who delivered a lovely continental breakfast to our room each morning(it’s a small breakie to start your day but a lovely touch). Coming home every evening after a long day out to bed made up, room cleaned and fresh towels was a lovely touch. Also a welcome wine and each day an extra treat left on our table. Highly recommend this hotel. When looking for the hotel. It is on the right hand side of the street when coming from the termini, next to a souvenir shop on the 3rd floor When we first arrived hotel was a little hard to find but we were aware of this from previous reviews so we took our time walking the street to find it. Keep towels on the floor as shower door lets out water

I wish it had a microwave and iron. And could be a little bit more cleaner, but i overall enjoy my stay and would book it again.

L’appartement est joli, propre et bien équipé. Le personnel est au petit soin, gentil, souriant et agréable. Il manque juste un petit coup de rafraîchissement.

- Ashwien (6/5): Voor hele korte duur prima hotelkamer gezien locatie en restaurants - Locatie was heel goed, half uur lopen van veel activiteiten. Genoeg leuke en goede restaurants in de buurt. De hotelkamer bleek erg klein; we moesten onze koffers in de speciale douche zetten omdat er anders nauwelijks loopruimte was. De speciale douche zelf was niet waterdicht, waardoor er water de kamer in liep en we toen handdoeken op de grond moesten leggen om dit op te vangen. Daarnaast gaven de knoppen van de douche continu licht af, waardoor de kamer ’s nachts niet volledig donker was en dit de nachtrust verstoorde. Positief punt is dat de kamer dagelijks werd schoongemaakt, maar de handdoeken werden niet iedere dag vervangen: gebruikte handdoeken werden vaak teruggehangen. Pasje van de hotelkamer ging soms opeens piepen en gaf dan een rode kleur aan, gebeurde ook af en toe in de nacht ook opeens waardoor je wakker werd.

L'unica cosa che suggerirei è di dire ai vari ospiti di non urlare o fare molto caos la notte, si sentiva tutto anche dopo la mezzanotte. Niente da recriminare alla struttura invece :)

- DDnC (9/5): Lovely boutique hotel near the train station. Worth the stay! - Overall a charming boutique hotel in a great location. There are only five rooms, we stayed in number 2 and really liked it. Very clean, nice bed, and even a jacuzzi and fireplace. We found the rooms to be very quiet. It is well maintained. We enjoyed our stay, thanks! Also appreciate your assistance in arranging an early morning taxi to the airport on our departure. As it was also near the holidays, the small bottle of wine left in our room was a nice touch, thanks. The check-in could be a faster, the person helping us kept stressing it was a boutique hotel. It seemed perhaps that was an issue for previous guests and expectations, but it drew out the check-in process unnecessarily. After saying we prefer boutique hotels, the message should've been received. But that's being really picky.

La proximité avec le centre et les activités culturelles. Le bruit omniprésent de la voie publique quand les fenêtres sont ouvertes. La culture italienne du klaxon est bien présente. La ubicacion es excelente, las instalaciones limpias, tranquilas y muy bien equipadas, el desayuno en la habitación abundante y delicioso, el personal muy amable. 10 de 10

Walking distance to places like the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Pantheon etc. They asked what time you would like breakfast, which was brought to your room on a tray: toast (with lots of options of jams and butter), cereal, yogurt, coffee, cake, croissants. Our room was cleaned and tidied immaculately every single day. They laid out rose petals and balloons, along with a bottle of wine for my birthday too which was an amazing touch. They gifted us some spaghetti on our final day. There isn’t a 24 hour reception. Past the times that reception was manned you’d have to contact their via numbers provided - this was never an issue for us. Staff were incredibly polite and helpful, especially with printing off last minute Vatican City tickets! Hotel is located on a main road, so could be quite noisy, but at no fault of the hotel.

- Giulia G (10/5): - La struttura si trova in un palazzo ben tenuto, in posizione strategica a pochi passi dalla stazione Termini, vicino anche alla metro con la quale si possono raggiungere tutti i punti strategici da visitare. Noi abbiamo girato quasi sempre a piedi e se avete voglia di passeggiare è comunque un punto di partenza comodo per raggiungere comodamente Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Colosseo, Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. Vicino si trovano facilmente anche tanti bar, panifici e ristoranti. Stanza sempre ben pulita, e dimensione giusta. Consigliato.

- Richard (9/5): Excallent location ver large room. - Excellent location. Very close to Main train station and close to the Colosseum. Excellent restaurants as you walk towards the Colosseum. No tourist information and staff not available and was not wall informed.

- elizabeth (9/5): Amazing stay & location - The location was great, room was nice & breakfast was a nice continental breakfast, good variety, cereal, toast, honey, jam & soft cheese, orange juice, latte coffee(our preference) & a pastry or cake. Unfortunately 1st night we had a flood, due to power shower not draining, had another shower to use, so was good. Told them in the morning & all was sorted, so all good. Quick response to the fault.

- Nicole (8/5): Großartige Städtereise - Die Entfernung zum Bahnhof Termini war mit rund 5 Gehminuten großartig, oder auch nur 10 Minuten zum Kolosseum. Das Frühstück ist "süß" und ausreichend und wird auf Wunsch auch ins Zimmer serviert! Das "Hotel" ist kein klassisches. Es ist in einem großen Wohnhaus im 3.OG , eher wie eine große Wohnung mit mehren Zimmern und einem kleinen Gemeinschaftsbereich. ABER es ist sehr sauber, ruhig und gut organisiert! Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

- Hande (10/5): Olağanüstü bir konaklama... - Otel çok merkezi bir konumdaydı. Günlük temizlik yapılması ve havluların yenilenmesi çok iyiydi. Ayrıca her gün bize hoş hediyeler (zeytinyağı, makarna) bıraktılar ve resepsiyondaki kişiler güleryüzlüydü. Lobide kullanabildiğimiz bir kahve makinesi ve su sebili olması da otelin hoş detaylarından biriydi. Gönül rahatlığıyla kalınabilecek ve seyahati oldukça keyifli hale getirebilecek bir tesisti.
- Emma_Bowen (8/5): Convenient location & awesome breakfasts - The breakfasts and little treats were lovely. I wanted to take Sedrick home with me! We had to change rooms after a couple of nights due to a mix up their end. Although it was clear the first 2 nights would probably be considered an upgrade and we loved the space, the 2nd room was so small. Obviously we had been spoilt prior though which made it even worse. Personally I think removing the bath tub in smaller rooms would be more beneficial! Make sure you are ok with the room size you book - lesson learned....
- Karner (10/5): Great Start to Rome - The room was very well presented and clean. It was close to all the major attractions and tour meeting points. The staff were extremely helpful. Unfortunately, it is booked out on our return to Rome, so we must stay elsewhere.

The hosts firstly provided exceptional details for us accessing the property late on for our arrival, even providing a video which was super useful! The room was cleaned and maintained daily with them leaving little gifts for us. The staff were very friendly and the overall stay was really great.

- ANN (9/5): Central Rome. - The staff were very gracious and accomodating. Availability of coffee machine with well stocked Pods was wonderful. Centrally located, close to trains and buses. Walking distance to great food in Monti and around the corner to nice restaurants. Building is very old, but charming. Lift is small but effective. Functional bathroom with good quality toiletries. Adequate simple breakfast brought to the room, or served in common area. A gift from management show casing local wine and produce was a really nice extra. Bed was very comfortable. Road works outside our street facing window and constant traffic noise.

- Linda (10/5): We 100 percent recommend this property! - The location was very close to the railway station and easy to find the apartment. Very central to everything. The breakfast provided was excellent the lovely lady who served it was friendly and very accommodating. Not a lot of room for suitcases.
- Marina (9/5): The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom had a large wonderful shower - Proximity to Termini Train Station Stressed about check-in since there was no reception. Communication about how to check-in was somewhat confusing.
- Sinem (10/5): Short and sweet stay in Rome! Thankyou! - Property was walking distance to majority of the landmarks and clean. We were even gifted with pasta and olive oil to take home which was a beautiful gesture- Thank you! There is no reception staff available 24/7 and even during business hours we were unable to see them, which may be an issue to some however it did not bother us as there was cctv available. There is also filtered still and sparkling water available on tap which is accessible to guests which we loved! The elevator in the building is very old and can be very slow also not allowing for multiple people and bags to get on at the same time so you do need to wait now and then however luckily it’s just the 3rd floor so you can use the stairs.
- Unni (10/5): Fantastic place with lovely staff - Lovely place with excellent location near Roma Termini. Only a few minutes walk away. The room was spacious, with a big and comfortable bed and a bubble bath. The aircon was great as well as the temperature in the city was really hot at the time. The staff were lovely and so welcoming and even left us small gifts! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Rome.
