• Marika (10/5): Magnifica Roma - Bellissima struttura vicino San Pietro, comodissima la posizione vicino alla metro e con tanti ristoranti in zona dove poter mangiare. Colazione al bar di fronte con specialità siciliane, cosa volere di più. Check in super comodo e veloce. A disposizione degli ospiti caffè e acqua Tutto perfetto un solo consiglio. Mettere dietro la porta o dove si vuole un paio di appendini per gli asciugamani. Ma niente di così importante

• Sara (10/5): Siamo stati benissimo, la zona è molto tranquilla e non distante dalla metro. - Luminosa e accogliente. È andato tutto benissimo, vorrei solo consigliare di mettere un bicchiere per gli spazzolini in quanto il bagno non dispone di una mensola per il beauty .

• Jaro (9/5): - Skvělá lokalita, kousek k Metru, ke stanovišti taxi nebo do Vatikánu. V okolí obchůdky, bary a restaurace. Na ubytování malá kuchyňka s ledničkou, kávovarem a varnou konvicí. Snídaně se podávala v bistru naproti přes cestu. Na výběr byly pouze různé croissanty, káva a džus. Pokud by jste chtěli třeba míchané vajíčka, tak se muselo připlatit 7 Euro. V koupelně není odsávání, takže se na pokoji docela držela vlhkost.

• Ludovica (8/5): Ottima posizione, buon soggiorno - Stanza blu molto semplice ma carina, il punto forte è la posizione comodissima su Piazzale Degli Eroi, in un comprensorio molto tranquillo nonostante si trovi in pieno centro a Roma. Letto comodo e praticità nell’effettiare il check in da remoto Il bagno della stanza blu è davvero molto piccolo, non vi sono mensole per appoggiare beauty case e prodotti; essendo la stanza di mezzo tra le tre che sono disponibili nella struttura, al mattino i rumori interni delle altre stanze e di apertura/chiusura delle porte si sono sentiti un po’ troppo.
• Andrzej (10/5): - Czysto i schludnie, 10 minut do Muzeum Watykańskiego, 15 minut do Placu Świętego Piotra. Cicho i spokojnie. Na tej samej ulicy dużo kawiarni i gastronomii, także największy w Rzymie targ z ogromnym wyborem artykułów spożywczych. Pizza pod tym samym adresem to dla mnie jedna z najlepszych w mieście i zasługuje na wyróżnienie. Zapach wieczorem na podwórku super miło powalający - kwitły pomarańcze. Mała uwaga, bo na 3 pokoje we wspólnej kuchni są tylko 2 szklanki. Reszta OK.

• Matók (10/5): Jó volt ott lakni. - A személyzet kedvesége.Felszereltség, reggeli. Nehezen találtuk meg a szállást de a személyzet kijött élénk utána és megkeresett. Az éjjel érkezett új lakók hangosak voltak. Erről a személyzet nem tehetett.

Very kind and receptionist :) We were checking in after 7:00pm after the reception was closed , it was tricky to check in. It would be easier if they inform the client in advance ( and provide the number ) that you should ring them when you are there

• Nikola (8/5): Doporučuji, bylo to moc příjemné. - Musím ocenit dostupnost k metru, autobusu i obchodům. Každý den jsme měli uklizeno, ikdyž nebylo potřeba, ale oceňuji. Mohli jsme si uvařit kávu. Oceňuji i dobrou komunikaci s majitelem a jeho pomocníkem. Dobře vymyšlený systém vpouštění dovnitř ubytování. Jediné co musím vytknout byla vlhkost (doporučuji větrat) a lépe umýt sprchový panel. Jinak moc pěkné.

• Marjo (8/5): Kaunista ja rauhallista Roomaa - Huone oli mukava ja rauhallinen, yhteinen pieni keittiötila oli hyvin varusteltu, sijainti lähellä Vatikaanin museoita oli erinomainen. Kadun toisella puolella olevassa kahvilassa tarjottava aamiainen oli parempi kuin odotin. Siivoja oli jättänyt huoneemme oven auki yhtenä päivänä.

L'alloggio è in ottima posizione rispetto al Vaticano e alla metro (vicinissima la fermata della metro Cipro) e i servizi della camera sono più che soddisfacenti. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza di una zona comune, con una piccola cucina e un distributore d'acqua per riempire le borracce, e il WiFi perfettamente funzionante. Migliorabile, forse, il bagno della stanza rossa: mancano dei punti dove appoggiare le proprie cose e il lavandino è un po' troppo piccolo (l'acqua non scorre benissimo).

• Solinas (10/5): Ottimo l'alloggio - La signorina che ci ha accolto con il sorriso è stata molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento colorato, curato nei minimi dettagli, accogliente e ben riscaldato. Il materasso e cuscino comodissimi, abbiamo dormito molto bene. A nostra disposizione macchina del caffè, teiera e acqua fresca. Il servizio igienico in camera. Inoltre la postazione taxi e la metro vicini hanno reso più facili i nostri spostamenti. Si merita il massimo del punteggio... Se dovessimo tornare a Roma li contatteremo sicuramente... Tutto super...

• Natalia (10/5): Exceptional - A place worth recommending. A wonderful, friendly, smiling owner, with whom there is great contact. The room is located in a historic tenement house. The passage leads through a yard with wonderful vegetation. It is clean, safe and with all amenities. The location is great - close to the metro, which will take you everywhere. Breakfasts are served in a nearby Italian-style cafe. The gluten-free cannoli is delicious!!!!

• Elisa (10/5): Exceptional - It's such an amazing, comfortable place! Very clean! Near the Metro station "Cipro" and there's a bus stop 2 mins by walk. It's located in a very central and safe area, you can find people at the streets all the time, but the area of the building is also very calm, also there are many restaurants and coffee shops.the breakfast is very varied and super delicious and the owner is very friendly and nice. Super comfy bed and amazing bathroom!!!

• Katka (8/5): Very good - The accommodation is in a great location near Vatican City, it is a beautiful spot inside a residential block, very quiet and calm. The breakfast is in form of coupons for a nearby coffee bar which was great. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. The air conditioning was not working, I was informed about the issue beforehand with the option to cancel my stay without a fee, but still the air was quite stiff without the air conditioning. You can hear the other guests in the flat, which is quite natural for this kind of accommodation but it can be a bit annoying in the evenings.

• Jessica (8/5): A comfortable and convenient place. - The location was confident to the metro, with shops and cafes near by. St Peter’s basilica is also close. The room was comfortable, with a good bed. The bathroom was neat and clean. It felt safe for females travelling on their own. The shower was difficult to get working, and the shared kitchen facilities didn’t have cutlery. However, it was a clean and orderly space.
• Pouya (5/5): I would not recommend it if you are looking for a clean and comfy hotel, otherwise it is fairly good - The staff were quite friendly and helpful. It is located very close to Vatican city and the subway. Although the room looked clean at the first glance, the beds felt like it is not clean and the bed and sheet beds felt damp.

• Edward (9/5): Quaint and Cozy Neighborhood Stay. - The breakfast which was included with our room was at a lovely cafe directly across the street. The staff at this establishment were exceptional. The best way to see Rome is via a Hop On Hop Off bus. To make a connection took a littte walk. The Vatican is the closest tourist site and a good 20 minutes away. Great restaurants in the area.
• Alan (7/5): If your looking for a practical place to stay with no frills then this will be OK. - Convenient location for local restaurants, shops and transport links. Quiet surroundings. Breakfast tokens are given on arrival and redeemed at the Sicilian style restaurant just across the road. The first two days we were only allowed 1 x croissant and a hot drink. On our last day we were served by somebody different and we were given, juice, a savoury croissant, a sweet croissant and a hot drink. Apparently this should have been available every day. I think the breakfast entitlement should be made clear as to what can be expected. After all the terms are Bed and Breakfast and 1 x croissant and 1 x hot drink is not exactly a good breakfast deal.

Also, very helpfull staff, the answered our needs (corkscrew, iron) very quickly :) All in all a very pleasent stay. I also recommend the cafe just across the street for a typical Italian espresso and croisant ;)

• Miloš (10/5): Excellent and very high quality accommodation. - The accommodation is located in a beautiful yard with lots of trees and flowers. The apartment is excellent. It is very clean. The cleaning lady came every day. The apartment has everything you need for a stay. Beds and pillows have memory foam that anatomically adapts to you. They are very comfortable. You have as many as four pillows available, if someone wants a high headboard. All furniture is new. Nothing is broken and everything works. You have air conditioning and a heater if needed. Also an iron. The wardrobe is spacious and contains a safe that is very easy to use. Smart TV with a lot of channels, connected to the Internet so you have YouTube, Netflix, etc. The bathroom is modern, new, excellently equipped. You have a multifunctional shower, bidet, hair dryer, towel dryer. Towels are clean, new, two sizes. I would especially highlight the common room where you have a coffee machine, excellent espresso, kettle, water machine, small stove, fridge, complete cooking equipment with cutlery. You have a free choice of 5-6 types of tea. There are also plates, bowls, glasses, cups, sugar, salt, dishwashing detergent, etc. It is very convenient for those who want to cook something quickly and have their own food. We didn't use all of that, except for coffee and tea, but it's very nice that we had that possibility. The whole apartment is covered by very good wifi. They took care of everything, and even gave you a map of Rome where all the attractions were marked. It's on the counter and you can take it for free and use it. The location of the apartment is excellent. The Vatican is 5-10 minutes away, the metro station is very close. There are many shops, cafeterias and restaurants near the apartment. There is also a market nearby. Simply, great location. The staff was very very pleasant and willing to help. We are very satisfied with everything. When we come back to Rome again, we will definitely stay in this apartment. -

• Maiwenn (8/5): Overall a good place to stay at, comfortable but not very well sound proofed unfortunately - Very well located for all activities around Rome and the Vatican. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. Not very well indicated and for a late check in, we were lucky to find a local who helped us and called their support line in Italian. The place is not sound-proofed well unfortunately, we had loud room neighbours, up until late or very early. We could hear them talk or using their shower/toilets
• Malahat (5/5): Dirty linens - Location is good, close to the station. But keep in mind that from Sunday to Friday metro line A closes at 9pm & only shuttle buses run. The staff arrived in 25 mins opposed to the promised 5 mins, it was quite a waiting. But the main issue was with the cleanliness of the room. Our room had guests before us & the cleaning staff took an easy way out & simply made the bed without changing the linens. It had hairs on it, even the pillows were left as they were, with the clear marks of previous guests’ heads on them. We arrived late at midnight & had an early flight, therefore didn’t have other option other than putting the towels & sleep on them.
• Vladimira (10/5): Exceptional - Very well-located apartment just behind the walls of the Vatican. The room has everything you need. It was clean and the staff was really nice. We arrived and unfortunately, the room was not ready yet but we were offered a free breakfast in a nearby cafe (which was amazing btw) - an amazing gesture of kindness and professionalism. You can also store your luggage after checkout time if you need it.
• Marharyta (10/5): Exceptional - We were very happy to stay, room was so nice and clean, colourful lights gave special atmosphere. It was surprisingly a very quiet place despite it was located close to road. Very close to metro station, direct line to Roma Termini. Good location, close to Vatican, it was very easy and quickly to get there by scooter (which are available outside for rent). Definitely recommend and will be happy to come back again ❤️
