I like the design of it and it’s very comfortable Water in the pool was cold, my daughter couldn’t enjoy it as planned. The surrounding is not pleasant, there’s an abandoned lot next to the hotel, which takes away the charm.

Hubiera mejorado nuestra experiencia si contaran con tapones de oidos para los huespedes que no asisten a la cena de gala.

Esta es la segunda ocasión que nos hospedamos ahí y seguramente volveremos. El precio de la comida es un tanto alto para las porciones y en general la calidad de los alimentos. Aclaro: la comida no es para nada mala sólo que no es excepcional desde mi punto de vista, lo cual no coincide con los precios.

Marcos Edgar (8/5): - En mi penúltimo día de estadía en el hotel cuando pretendi bañarme el agua de la regadera estaba sucia así como la del lavabo lo que impidió me pudiera lavar cara y dientes esto debido a que hicieron mantenimiento mismo detalle que siguió hasta el último día y que nunca subieron a ver físicamente apesar de que levanté mi queja.

Todo el personal fue muy amable, las instalaciones excelentes, camas cómodas y calidas, restaurante cumple (falta sabor pero cumple). Alberca techada un poco fría pero el jacuzzi con agua caliente, El hotel en general vale mucho la pena. Agradezco la atención de todos y recomiendo ampliamente el hotel Me gustó toda la experiencia en este hotel
