- Monica (8/5): - It would have gotten 5 starts. However we stayed on the 4th floor. And I think either the dining room or someone with kids getting in and out of chairs was above us. Starting at 7 am it was so noisy I could not sleep. Chairs were scratching the floor. They need to pit felt under the chairs and stool legs. Also the outside noise was bad. It does not have good soundproofing.

- Joachim (8/5): - Wir haben uns im Vaillant alles in allem sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, und wir hatten nach einem lärmbedingten Zimmerwechsel (wg. Baustelle auf der Rückseite) ab dem zweiten Tag auch eine ruhige, richtig toll ausgestattete Suite (Nr. 353) mit Blick Richtung Innenstadt. Einzig das morgendliche Chaos beim Frühstück hat den überaus positiven Gesamteindruck etwas geschmälert. Das Frühstücksteam wirkte etwas unaufmerksam und trotz des nicht übermäßigen Andrangs etwas überfordert. Da wurden Tische ewig nicht abgeräumt oder geputzt. Da gab es mal kein Besteck mehr, mal keine Servietten. Da war das Baguette alle, obwohl das Frühstückszeitfenster noch lange nicht zu Ende war. Das Essensangebot war bis auf das grundsätzlich fehlende Gemüse und das katastrophale Rührei zufriedenstellend und auch qualitativ hochwertig. Fazit: Wir können das Vaillant empfehlen und würden es trotz der geschilderten kleinen Mängel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Les suites sont parfaites très classes baignoire jaccuzi, télé qui sort du placard ! Et le restaurant dans l'hôtel est super bon je recommande fortement ! Et le déjeuner parfait ! Très beau projet de spa en 2026 j'ai hâte de revenir. Merci encore pour votre gentillesse !
- Verified traveler (4/5): Surprise - Prise de clé à 20h00, départ immédiat sans vérifier la chambre pour notre soirée et retour à l’hôtel pour minuit. Scan de carte ok pour le hall, ok pour la chambre et la… surprise, en allumant les lumières, une personne installée dans la chambre. Accueil de l’hôtel fermé mais par chance le chef cuisto terminait de nettoyer sa cuisine. Prise de contact avec le directeur par téléphone qui a trouvé une solution dans une chambre plus petite que l’initiale en gamme. Chambre sur cours en travaux mais surtout au dessus d’une soufflerie extérieure très bruyante. Hotel vieillissant méritant un petit coup de frais.

Par contre nous avions notre chambre au dessus de la cuisine et l’insonorisation n’est pas à la hauteur donc nous avons eu du bruit jusqu’à la fin du service du soir et surtout pour le petit-déjeuner… donc si je dois revenir je demanderai une chambre à l’étage supérieure. De plus (mais l’hôtel n’y est pour rien si ce n’est l’isolation) il y a un très gros chantier juste à côté de l’hôtel donc les pelleteuses se mettent en route à 7h30 (impossible de faire la grasse matinée) Si non le petit-déjeuner est bon avec des produits alsaciens

De la musique qui venait de la terrasse du restaurant sous nos fenêtres jusqu'à 22h30 impossible de dormir pour une chambre familiale avec enfants cela n'ai pas normal. Quand je l'ai signalé a la réception rien n'a été fait. Petit déjeuner minimaliste.
- LOISEAUX (10/5): Hôtel très agréable - Séjour de 2 nuits pour un déplacement professionnel. Très bel hôtel bien entretenu avec une jolie décoration intérieure. Personnel très sympathique et disponible (qu'il s'agisse du personnel d'accueil, de ménage ou de restauration). Literie et chambre confortables (par contre j'ai eu un peu froid la première nuit), bonne insonorisation. Petit déjeuner et restaurant d'excellente qualité. Seul bémol au niveau de la luminosité : luminaires peu pratiques dans la chambre, et lumière de l'entrée de la chambre qui est automatique et reste allumée toute la nuit.

- Susanne (6/5): - Bei meinem Aufenthalt war mehr als 24 Stunden kein warmes Wasser: Achselzucken! Ich musste einen Tag früher abreisen. Da wurde aber ganz genau abgerechnet. Nicht nur den Zimmerpreis,sondern auch Frühstück samt Kurtaxe. Das fand ich schofel. ,Tipp : Im hauseigenen Restaurant kann man nur speisen bei " rechtzeitiger Reservierung " (betrifft nicht das Frühstück) In anderen Häusern findet man zumindest am ersten Abend für Hotelgäste eine Lösung

Hotellets restaurant var stengt og de fleste andre var enten stengt eller fullbooket. Resepsjonisten prøvde alt hun kunne å finne et bord til oss. En hun anbefalte var heldigvis åpen, og vi fikk mat.

Notre chambre était très bien (toilettes et salle de bain propres, neufs, rénovés et qui avaient du style), même si le chambre à coucher n'était pas forcément à notre goût (lit à barreaux (même au dessus de la tête), stickers et rideaux un peu démodés). Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, accès facile et horaires élargis, tout est frais et bon, du sucré, du salé, rien de mieux pour bien débuter la journée. Merci à tout le personnel !

- Roland (6/5): - Der Name des Hotels ist eine bewusste Täuschung; Europapark und Rulantica befinden sich 40 Autominuten entfernt. Die Baustelle direkt vor dem Hotel führt dazu dass die Zufahrt nur mit Navigation möglich ist. Das Hotelzimmer ist sauber und schön ausgestattet. Frühstück nur Buffet möglich, oder gar nichts. Das Personal ist typisch französisch; tendenziell unfreundlich.

- Ulrich (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen! - Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir wurden gerfragt ob wir die Motorräder nicht lieber in die Garage stellen möchten, kostenlos! Das jüngere personal hatte etwas Schwierigkeiten mit Deutsch. Hat aber alles funktioniert.

- Paul (10/5): Good place to stay - Easy check in and friendly staff. Restaurant service is a bit slow but very good food. Safe location and easy parking. Able to walk to restaurants, ATM, etc. comfortable small twin bed was fine for me

- Marvin (8/5): - Good location; breakfast buffet was good and offered a variety of choices. My room had no real shower, just a bathtub, which was a real drawback. Parking was somewhat of a problem, because of the narrow spaces.
