Definitely not cleaned Had to go back down stairs take back our stuff to our vehicle then go to the office to get another room. Then had to drive over to the opposite side of the building where we were at the beginning & as we walk into the room we see 2 beds which we paid/ for a king bed. It was 1am in the morning we were too tired to go ask for another room.. Alot of channels on the tv didnt have sound & 1 of the beds squeaked so moved to other bed.

They did not ask me about the floor preference. I can do steps but prefer not to have steps. The breakfast had no protein.
