• Sebastian (8/5): Ett fantastiskt hotell med gångavstånd till Shinagawa station som är prisvärt. - Det var väldigt trevlig personal och rummet var bra storlek. Väldigt trevligt att få nytt vatten varje gång rummet städades, samt fanns mikro och dryckesautomater på våning 2. Vissa ytor på rummet var inte så bra städat, till exempel mögel längs med listerna i duschen och bakom toaletten.

• Helena (10/5): - A small and personal hotel with friendly staff. I enjoyed the lounge and used it for resting and refreshments while waiting to check in. Good location close to Shinagawa station and way better priced than larger hotels close by. Loved the pyjamas on the bed and the japanese breakfast.

• TatyGold (10/5): - Uns hat alles gefallen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, jeden Tag perfekt gereinigt. Vielen Dank an die Housekeeping Mädels, die unsere Aufenthalt komfortabel und gemütlich gemacht haben. Die Betten und Kissen waren sehr bequem. Jeden Tag wurden 2 Flaschen Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt-kostenlos. Wenn Ihr viele Sachen dabei habt, könnt ihr vergessen mit Comfofrt. Leider gibt's praktisch keine Möglichkeit eure Wäsche, Kleider irgendwie vernünftig einzurichten. Am 2. Stock gibt's eine Lounge mit kostenlosen Tee und Cafe. Übrigens, der Cafe von Nescafe war unglaublich köstlich. Am gleichen Stock gibt's auch Waschmaschinen und Eis- Getränke Automaten. In der Waschmaschine gibt's auch das Waschmittel, aber ehrlich zu sagen, ganz einfach Flecken gehen nicht weg. Sehr schlecht. Aber man kann damit " leben ":-) Die Lage ist auch Top. 10 Min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof. Ich gebe dem Hotel trotzdem 10, da wir viel reisen und wir haben nicht viele Sachen dabei. Deswegen die oben genannten Sachen haben uns nicht gestört. Frühstück. 5 Tagen nur Das gleiche gegessen. Nicht großer Auswahl. Das einzige Unterschied- 2 Fischtypem, an einem Tag wird ein Fisch serviert, an anderen- der anderer Fisch. Sonst immer das gleiche. Nach 5 Tagen konnten wir auf das gleiche nicht mehr sehen:-) Das Personal super freundlich. Vielen Dank für alles und eure Bemühungen:-)
• Toshilo (5/5): - スタッフの方がとても親切で気持ち良かった。 特に朝食の時間帯です。 建物や設備が古くかんじました。 ビジネスホテルとしては新装が必要かと。 昔、学生時代にダンスパーティーでお借りした思い出がありました。お部屋の中のバスルームの段差等危ないので、もっと使いやすい設計に変更等が必要かと感じました。 でも清掃等は行き届いており、ピカピカでしたので大事にして居られるビルなのですね。

• Ashley (9/5): Excellent location and lovely staff - The Tobu is in an excellent location in Shinagawa right by the train station. It was quiet, the staff were lovely, and there is a 7/11 right across the street. Some of the rooms are quite dated. We asked if we could get a different room and they were able to upgrade is for 1000 yen and it was totally worth it as this room had been updated and was more to our liking.

Prix assez raisonnable pour un séjour à Tokyo, durant la Golden Week. L’état général de la chambre, qui nécessite une remise à neuf sérieuse. La porte de la chambre ne descend pas jusqu’au sol, ce qui rend très audible tout bruit venu du couloir. La fermeture des portes n’est pas retenue, ce qui génère du bruit lorsque les clients ne font pas attention. Je suis resté 7 nuits, et j’ai eu droit au même petit-déjeuner 7 matins ! Aucun changement de menu ! Pas de ventilation dans la salle de bains. Contrôle fin de la climatisation impossible (système central).

The hotel was clean and the staff worked diligently to maintain order. It was nice to have a breakfast restaurant available, however, the additional cost for breakfast was on the steep side considering the food options.

• Dieter Thomas (8/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder! - Top Lage, 400m zur Station Shinagawa, man kommt ohne Umstieg auch zum Airport Narita, ist schnell am ( wie in unserem Fall ) am Cruise Terminal ( 1 Umstieg ) Das Zimmer war zwar klein, uns hat es gereicht. Es ist nur zum Schlafen und Duschen , sonst sind wir unterwegs gewesen! freundliche, hilfsbereite Angestelllte an Rezeption, beim Roomservice und im Speiseraum Super Frühstück!!!!! 👍 Es gibt auch Getränke- und Eisautomat, sowie einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Teeauswahl. Es gibt auch 2 Waschtrockner deren Nutzung einfach ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn wir dürfen!😁
