- LUCIO FLAVIO (8/5): Bom local para ficar em Buenos Aires - Primeiro, como media de minhas respostas acima, a estadia foi muito boa; algumas observações: o colchão está muito velho, tem uma caída, muito acentuada, no meio dele, que faz com que surjam algumas dores nas costas; a cozinha existe, com talheres, pratos, copos, além de uma panela e frigideira, e é só; nem material para passar um café existe. As portas, de entrada e de acesso ao banheiro não estão em condições muito boas, a do banheiro, inclusive, às vezes tranca, com muita dificuldade para abrir. No mais, localização muito boa, área segura, inclusive com posto policial a alguns metros.

- Maicon M D (6/5): - O hotel possui apartamentos espaçosos, mas com um estilo mais antigo. A localização é excelente, voc^e consegue fazer varias coisas a pé mesmo. Porém, o grande problema está na quantidade de moradores de rua nas imediações, o que acaba impactando a sensação de segurança. A recepção, que fica bem dentro do hall, faz com que os hóspedes sejam frequentemente abordados por esses moradores, algumas vezes de forma agressiva. A segurança do local seria mais eficiente se a recepção estivesse mais próxima da entrada, permitindo uma visão mais clara dos hóspedes entrando e saindo. Infelizmente, a piscina não estava em funcionamento durante minha estadia. Por outro lado, a equipe da recepção foi sempre muito simpática e atenciosa, o que fez a experiência mais agradável. O hotel oferece um bom custo-benefício, mas, devido a questões de segurança, eu não recomendaria para mulheres ou idosos viajando sozinhos. No meu quarto, havia uma porta/janelão que dava acesso a um corredor e não possuía tranca, além de a porta interna do quarto não fechar corretamente com chave. Isso me deixou bastante desconfortável, tanto para dormir quanto para deixar meus pertences de valor no quarto quando não estava presente.

- Eduardo (6/5): Bom atendimento e localização - Apartamento muito bem localizado na cidade e com garagem disponível a um preço justo. Atendimento da equipe de recepção sempre muito atencioso e prestativo. Tivemos problemas na primeira noite com o barulho excessivo do ar condicionado que estalava muito e nos disponibilizaram imediatamente um quarto maior, mas o ar condicionado também fazia um barulho igual ao anterior só que mais baixo e suportável, talvez seja o caso de rever o modelo e marca dos aparelhos para melhor conforto para os hóspedes.

- Matthew (8/5): - The apartment was reasonably well appointed and comfortable enough for our stay, it is ample in size and space. There was mould in the bathroom which could be removed easily enough. The reception and concierge support was great. And without hassle. The location is good for access to banks, cafes and supermarkets and is central for most activities in Buenos Aires. There are a number of homeless people living adjacent to the apartment building near the large bins, but they did not make problems to the guests.

Único problema o frigobar não gela, só mantém frio. Quarto tava com um cheiro forte no primeiro dia, mas dps jogaram alguns produtos e passou. Vale o custo benefício

- JONATHAN (8/5): - Overall had a really good stay here with my wife. The unit was fairly big, the bedroom was a decent size as well. The living room was unusable as their was no AC and the few days we stayed were quite hot. The only AC unit was the one in the bedroom, which was fine at night, but once the sun came out and the day got hotter it just couldn't keep up anymore.
- Gonzalo (6/5): Seguramente no vuelva - Llegué y me dijeron que hubo no se que problema con la reserva y la tarjeta y me recibieron con un hermoso "son 17 mil pesos en efectivo, me los tenés que pagar ahora o no entrás" (cuando la reserva según esta página era de menos de 15mil). Luego, de las dos habitaciones que pedimos, en una no funcionaban bien los aires, pero debo decir que la otra estuvo muy bien. De yapa, nos agarró un corte de luz y tuve que abandonar el establecimiento después de un día entero de no tener luz.

Houve um pequeno erro na nossa reserva, porém o atendente foi gentil e resolveu imediatamente. a atendente do restaurante anexo ao hotel também foi muito gentil e prestativa. Minha sugestão é que aqueçam a água da piscina e renovem os elevadores, mas nada que impeça de ter uma excelente hospedagem.

Usamos táxi para nós locomovermos e também andamos bastante e a área era bem segura, com cafés bem próximos.

Emiten una factura por 1.700 y por hoteles.com pagas 2.200 con suerte porque es en dólares

The room was very basic and that is OK but there were multiple issues including not hotwater, Wi'Fi was not working and when I requested help from front desk they were very rude and not willing to help or even understand the issue. The beds were extremely small and the facilities are super old and not well maintained. I would not come back here for sure.

A única ressalva que tenho a fazer é em relação aos elevadores do estabelecimento que são extremamente pequenos, suportando apenas 03 pessoas por vez, o que as vezes ocasiona grande demora para chegar ou sair da acomodação.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Antiguo edificio u hotel con suites recicladas, se nota que fueron modernizadas estéticamente, la estructura se nota es de una propiedad horizintal antigua. Tiene muy buena ubicacuón, y precio conveniente. Servicio de desayuno muy básico. NO es un hotel, son departamentos preparados para viajeros o familias con bajo presupuesto.

- david (8/5): Brief feed back - Wifi spotty especially in the rooms, they need to upgrade their towel service to provide better new and quality towels. Pool hours are limited compared to other hotels in the area. Rather noisy from the street beow. Desk staff a are friendly and helpful.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Clean, newly renovated and functional. I ended up extending my stay, it was a super cozy place to explore Buenos Aires! Note that the elevators tend to break down (like in many places in Argentina...). If you're not a big fan of stairs, ask for a room at a lower level.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I liked that it was a suite and there was plenty of room for me and my wife. Receptionist where great and very profesional and helpful. Place is outdated and needs repairs but tv works great and housekeeping was also great. We didn’t have a phone in the room witch was really stressing trying to find a phone around was a couple blocks and we had to pay each time. It got pricey.
- Barry (8/5): Good location - The apartment was very spacious, in fact, beyond what was required! Decent swimming pool. I would certainly recommend this property. The location is convenient for being fairly close to the ferry port and the shuttle bus for the main airport. It is also amongst the bar and restaurant scene.
- Ezekiel (4/5): - The lobby looks impressive and the breakfast is OK. The room, however, was very poor. It seemed to have been finished with little budget. The beds were very poor, the pillows were overused and lumpy, the walls were naked, there was no closet, and there was little furniture other than the two single beds. The bathroom was similarly under-equipped: bare walls, the bidet was loose and leaking, the shower head was also loose. Finally, the floors had not been swept for a while. if you walked bare-footed your feet got dirty with dust and it felt sandy-grainy with accumulated dirt.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great stay - Staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is in the process of being renovated, this is much needed. Breakfast was amazing, room was very big.
- Maria (2/5): No WIFI in the room. Dirty but spacious - No wifi in the room. My room was on the 3rd floor. Wifi at the lobby is strong but there is not good lounge table set to sit down and use a laptop comouter. There were too many stains on the old carpet and so many stains on the blanket. Thr room got the 60’s retro design, but not updated. Wall paper, tub, curtains and carpets are old and rusty. There is a living room with kitchen, microwave, dining table, chairs and sofa. They all are either broken or not working. Breakfast was nice.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Convenient location but very run down - Great location, close to train and subway stations, lots of stores nearby. Building needs urgent renovation though and there was no WIFI in the room. The sketchy internet was only available in the lobby. No gym or pool available.
