- James (8/5): - All in all, a pretty safe, quiet, and comfortable stay. The facility is rather old. It is set up 'lodge-style' with universal window air conditioners and doesn't have an elevator. I would recommend they work to install an elevator and transition to central air. The latter is especially important since the area has high heat and high humidity. The window AC worked, but seemed to fluctuate between too cold or too hot/muggy. The front desk staff was especially nice and considerate.

- Julie (8/5): - We had an issue with our reservation not crossing over from Expedia. The staff member, Jameeka (I think was the spelling), was great and very helpful. We were just having one of those nights after a long drive. The place looked nice, especially for an older building. I kind of feel like the carpet had just been cleaned in our room. It was a little musty and the carpet was a bit damp but was tolerable. The shower was a bit slippery and the water pressure wasnāt great but it worked. Otherwise the beds were comfortable and the fridge was cold. Breakfast was more than we were expecting after several days of disappointing motel breakfasts. They had a juice dispenser with orange and apple, coffee, cereal, muffins, toast, waffles, sausage, eggs (little omelets then scrambled eggs and cheese, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, bananas, cuties, oatmeal packets and yogurt. I was quite impressed. Overall it was a much better experience than our last few days and both staff members we interacted with were very nice.

- Daniel (10/5): Nice place no elevator - Nice place. Clean room, bed was firm for my taste but not terrible. Hotel has 2 floors and no elevator so if stairs are a problem might not work well. Check in was super easy. Plenty of parking.

From the front desk - Calista and Jen both went out of there way to answer questions - like when I couldn't figure out the lights. Jordan took care of our room like it was her own home! We'll be back when our son graduates next year - we're on a long waiting list so we're not the only ones who love to stay here. Oh and a REAL breakfast including eggs and waffles.
- Gregory (8/5): Local Project Accommodations - I just arrived on Tuesday April 2 late. Had requested a ground level King room when reserving. Got a call day of travel that only Double queen was available. 16 hours of driving that day, when I arrived, a King Room was waiting. Room was clean and well furnished. Only one night stayed so far, which may lead to a full month stay.

Then there was something in the pool area or room that gave us upperrespiratory issue's! Not happy. We left at daylight, no sleep at all!

We were also informed that our privilege card would not be excepted because we booked through Expedia and we would have qualified for a senior and or military discount had we booked at the hotel directly
- JOHN (8/5): dogs go away - Quality is one of the better hotels we used however; your pet policy stinks! literally. dogs barking at us in the hallway is unnerving. Pets should only be allowed away from quests who don't have pets. Using a room after a dog is never good for those allergic to them! Make your policy suitable to all. Until then we will not use quality.

- Mary (10/5): Hot tub works! - The hot tub works and is wonderful! So many hotels say they have a hot tub and when you get there it's broken. We asked for a late checkout and they were very accommodating. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Very nice hotel and a great stay.

- Don (8/5): - The motel is in need of updating and tender loving care. The staff need to be a little more knowledgeable about the city and recommendations of eating places and when they are open. I was given several options by the desk clerk, but all of them were closed on Monday the day I was there.

- Mark (10/5): Definitely improving! - We have stayed here over the past 2 years as our children are attending the local college. Each time we have stayed, the cleanliness has improved more and more! The staff has always been super nice. On this trip, we arrived in the middle of the night and were assigned a room on the second floor. My husband went to get our luggage on his own only to discover there was no elevator to bring up the cart. The wonderful staff member at the desk helped him carry it to our room. The next day, we noticed the same staff member going above and beyond her duties!

- Tim (10/5): Great hotel and great experience - My stay at the Quality Inn was great. I really couldn't have asked for a better stay. Alex is great. I'm not sure if he lives there or what because he was always there whenever i went through the lobby. The breakfast they offered was good for the size property they are and the given travel load. I really appreciated the Jimmy Dean croissants that you could heat if you'd like. TV channel selection was great given the level of hotel and i had plenty of viewing options. AC in the room worked wonderfully given it was the summer and there were no issues cooling the room. Check in and check out were easy. If ever in Atchison again, i would definitely stay here.
