• Yumi (7/5): 以前より何回か利用していることもありただいま、という感じです - ロビーの雰囲気とドリンクバーはくつろげて良かった。食事は相変わらず良いです。 室内のアメニティが少ない。室内にも基礎化粧品があると良かった。高齢者を連れていたのですが、お風呂内に手すりが少なく動線が限られていました。靴べらが欲しかった。食事中の有料ドリンクシステムは少しわかりにくく、足の悪い高齢者は購入できない。テーブルでも注文できるようにして欲しい。

• GORO (8/5): 満足。だが、朝夕のバイキングをゆっくり楽しむためには「時間制」、少なくとも「3ブロック」分けてくれるとありがたかった。(各時間帯の終わりはそれほど厳しくなくても良いので)。また、食事の時のビールは現金だけではなく、例えばカードやキーを提示し - 料理が美味しい。ただ人が多く、急かされている感じがして、「ゆっくり食事を楽しむ」ということはできなかったん。 四人で宿泊したが、ベット傍にコンセントが二つしかなく、テレビの電源を抜いて使っていたので、スマホを充電しているあいだはテレビが見られなくて残念だった。

The hotel looks rather old from the outside, but once you step inside, it has been renovated quite nicely and is impressive. Both breakfast and dinner are very good. Overall, it’s a place worth trying at least once. If you’re not traveling by car, you may need to wait for the shuttle bus, which runs in scheduled loops to pick passengers up and take them to the train station.

I would have liked to have slept on the futons... But my kids beat me to it! The service was friendly and approachable. The people of Kinugawa are extremely friendly and reasonable, even for Japanese standards.

• Patcharee (10/5): ที่นี่คือสถานที่ที่พวกเรามาชาร์จแบต - สถานที่กว้างขวาง อาหารอร่อยมาก มีหลากหลาย ทั้ง มื้อเย็นและมื้อเข้า มีบริการเครื่องดื่มครบครันบริเวณล็อบบี้ ออนเซนสวยมีระดับความร้อนของน้ำแร่ มีพื้นที่ออนเซนกลางแจ้ง ชอบมากๆ ได้ใช้บริการคาราโอเกะ สันทนาการอื่นๆ มีความสุขมาก แทบจะไม่มีเลย

Man lernt hier, wie die älteren Japaner (ggf. mit ihren Enkeln) Urlaub machen. die Atmosphäre war wie aus den 1960er Jahren, das Wasser in den Onsen waren etwas zu kalt und ohne Japanisch war die Verständigung schlecht, das Essen vom Buffet eintönig

• sangdeuk (8/5): 시설이 넓고 깔끔함. - 객실과 시설이 오래된 연식임에도 깔끔하고 넓고 세련됬음. 최근에 리모델링을 한 듯. 8층 계곡전망 휼륭함. 조식, 석식 모두 좋았음. 특히 석식의 개인화로 이용. 하겐다즈 아이스크림 있음. 프리미엄 답게 라운지 음료제공은 좋으나 22시 마감이 아쉬움. 온천의 노천탕이 반 노천탕 임. 오후 6시쯤 도착하니 호텔 바로옆 주차장이 만차. 큰 길가의 주차장에 주차해야 했음.

• シー (9/5): - 料理はとても種類が多く美味しいから子供も喜んでいました！ 大浴場もとても良い！ また日光に行くときは利用したい。 外観見たとき大丈夫⁉️と思ったけど、中に入ると全然そのイメージ違い綺麗だったので外観綺麗なら完璧です。

• KENICHI (8/5): とてもリラックスできました - スタッフの対応もよく、設備も整っていました。 連休中で混んでいたこともあり、雨の中、駐車場まで、3分ほど歩かなければならなかった。(特に、帰りは、登りで荷物が多いとつらい。) その点だけが残念でした。
