• Nie (2/5): The stay was terrible. - 位置在城内 The stay was terrible. The room had a musty smell and was very damp. There were mold spots on the pillow and stains on the quilt that hadn't been washed out. The sofa was very old, covered with an old cloth, and looked dirty. The refrigerator was even worse, covered in dirty mold. We couldn't stay at the villa that night. After we complained, the landlord was very rude and refused to refund any money. Here are the photos I took of the place. We left that night and went to stay in Colombo.

• Christopher (4/5): - The hotel has character but it is very basic. Breakfast is not available. There is no restaurant. The wifi mostly did not work. There was a complex device for showers that did not work properly and flooded the bathroom. The towels had seen better days. There was no TV. The room was not serviced in the three days I stayed in Galle. On the positive side, the location on Church St was excellent, the AC and fan both worked, there was a small fridge, and there was a pleasant balcony with chairs. The cost was about the same as the Ramada in Colombo, but there was no comparison in terms of comfort or amenities. I had completely the wrong impression of this very small hotel from the Expedia description.
• Ahmed (5/5): Passable - The location was good. It was in the heart of Galle fort area. The room had mosquitoes. No extra mattress was provided even though it was agreed during booking. WiFi was not good. There was no hot water.

• Anudith (8/5): Good place for a reasonable price - Room was spacious, clean and calm environment air conditioning was great. Easy access to restaurants and food city. Friendly environment. Reasonable rates for a room near the lighthouse. Although it was mentioned that includes cable TV there wasn't any. There's only one common Tv at the lobby. It was mentioned that there's a mini bar included in the room but it was an old one hardly know whether it actually works and even tho the prices were mentioned for drinks it was empty and not even connected to power.

• Binura (1/5): Dissapointing Stay with poor Service and Lack of Basic Amenities - There were none of the basic facilities, such as no soap in the bathroom. We had to ask for that, and there were no water bottles either. The room was not cleaned well; there was even an empty water bottle under the bed. Additionally, the hot water didn’t work in the bathroom. When we asked about it, he said we didn’t know how to operate the shower. The staff member was very unfriendly. No tv inside the room. At least no any cups inside the room for drink some water

• Annie (7/5): Good Location - Location is good. Not at all far from Lighthouse. Staff is helpful and considerate. Very big Tarantula in bathroom. Very scary . And there was cockroach inside the room too.

• Imashi (1/5): Disappointed - Nothing to like because the owner was very rude to us. She has given the room to some other people though we booked few days back. She said that because they did a payment she gave the room without informing us. Doing the mistake she was very rude and offered us a room which was very untidy. Staying with the husband and son I don't think it's a wrong thing in a family room. Dirty minded people will see everything in a wrong way. If there was a doubt you all would have checked the NIC. Doing the mistake blaming others cheap people.

We went there at 03.00 pm. Before we going to the property they did not arrange a separate room. We had to wait more than 30 minutes.

• Ariff (6/5): Great location with big rooms but place is not cleaned. - Location is great and with big rooms. Everything you need is just a short walk away. They have a loft style room on the top floor families that needed more space. Also a nice touch with the soft toys available for the kids. The place isn't the cleanest. Sheets and netting was covered with dust. Toilet as mentioned in the other comments had an open window so you'd have to cover it with a cloth or anyone going up the stairs can looks in. Most disappointing is the lack of supplies. No water, coffee, tea, toiletries provided.

• Guzel' (1/5): Bad - There is no hotel management and breakfast that is not included is served. It's just that there was no one during our stay in this place, except for 2 little girls. From 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. I sat waiting for a miracle (pregnant women especially want to eat in the morning), but in the end I had to go to a nearby cafe. There were several people waiting for us like this one of the staff))) In general, I don't recommend it. Even if you decide to visit this place, then without expectations.

• Karin (10/5): Beautiful hotel in great location - We loved Dream Villa! It is a beautiful building right in the middle of Galle- you cannot ask for a better location! The room was great, big comfy bed and good a/c. Service was great (we checked in with a young guy who did not speak a lot of English but he was so nice and helpful) and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you Dream Villa!
• Christian (10/5): I WILL BE COMING AGAIN! - Excellent! We were surprised by this how nice this was. Clean, comfortable rooms that even had a fridge, and air conditioning was nice and strong. The breakfast was wonderful. The location also is great--delightful strolls around the fort and old town, with its many shops, restaurants and museums; also easy access to the nearby train station, or a short tultuk ride to the beach areas of Unawatuna!
• LMC (10/5): Lovely place to stay, very central and very comfor - A fantastic find, with a great room, comfortable bed and a lovely host in Rasika. Great breakfast too! Had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this little gem.
