• Yoshitaka (5/5): トータルで考えて普通でした。 - 無料の駐車場があり、宿泊料が安かったこと。 大浴場があったのは評価ポイントですが、水栓を掃除していないのか、ステンレスが曇っていたのはマイナスです。

• SEIICHI (1/5): １泊だけでも、2度と利用したいと思わない。 - ベッドに、修理のガムテープが剥き出しに貼られていた。 湯沸かしポットが、茶渋などで汚れているうえに、本体の注ぎ口が欠けている、滞在者が快適に使用できるものではなかった。 テーブル上にコンセントの差し込み口が1口も無かった。

• TOKUNAGA TOKUNAGA (4/5): ありえないデス。 - 男子大浴場がお湯が綺麗で良かった 建物の老朽化が激しいロビー入り口は激しい雨漏り，施設内のクロスが剥がれて垂れ下がったりしてそのまま、隅々のホコリやゴミ溜まりがそのままだったり氷などのサービスもない，飲み物自販機が壊れたまま，そのような基本的なサービスが無いのに，料金は他のホテルとほぼ同額は理解しがたい！2度と泊まりたく無い！
• MASASHI (8/5): - 岐阜羽島駅まで歩いて5分と近くて便利 駐車場代も安い 大浴場の湯船は 1泊目ぬるめ 2泊目やや熱めだった
• Hein (5/5): Passable - the location is pretty easy to access, even you go there by train I think. Hotel is decent and it is the cheapest business hotel while I travel golden week in Japan. Parking spot is first come first serve and I have to park my car little far in coin parking place. so if you want to go there, you need to check in early, otherwise end up in coin parking, but coin parking are not expensive, it said 500yen max for a day, but it charged me 700yen, because I arrive there at 10pm and I parked until 7am, so I think it charged for 2days, 2hours for first day and 7hours for second day. This is the thing i dont like the hotel, otherwise it is fair enough.

• miyako (10/5): 周辺も飲食店がたくさん、利便性の高いホテル - 喫煙ルームだったので覚悟してましたが、タバコの匂いは全然しなかったです。 バストイレに古さは感じるものの綺麗にしてあり、お部屋も清潔感がありました。 また、朝食の和食バイキングが、あまり期待していなかったのですが、思いの外とても良かったです笑　　品数豊富でちゃんと手作りの美味しい朝食でした！食べすぎました笑

• Maja (6/5): The parking is a lie. - The receptionist was kind and helpful. The room was clear, it's a very old hotel, I guess it was luxuries in the past. Nice view from the window. Breakfast was cold and not tasty, coffee from the machine awful. The parking should be included in the price but it's not. You cannot say that parking is included and for free if the amount of cars are limited. Once we managed for park, but the other night it was full so we had to pay extra and they didn't offer us any refund or even the free breakfast. This is absolutely unfair as if we would know there is no free parking, we would choose another place.
• Nivea (7/5): Good - We liked the city. We are not smokers, but since we really wanted to go, we accepted the Booking offer to rent two smoking rooms. Regardless, the air conditioning on the walls and behind the curtains is slimy and has nicotine drips. But I can't complain, because it was my choice, right? The bed is completely losing the shell of the headboard. It would be better if they ripped it out completely, since it's all loose. It would improve the appearance of the furniture. Something I was unsure about is that when it's a big family like ours, it's strange to be separated. I paid extra for the room because my daughter would be charged as an adult. But after I accepted, I believed that they would allocate our family together, because it wouldn't make sense for her to stay alone in the single room. I even asked to stay in one room. I didn't want my money back. I just didn't see the point in having two rooms when we could only use one. And I also don't see the point in separating couples. Because the children themselves would feel the absence of one of the parents. They said that children were welcome. So it was strange. My husband didn't feel well, so we left before the 18th. Exactly on the 16th.

• Johnston (5/5): It was 5000 yen so it’s hard to really complain - It was cheap, close to the station, and easy to find. It was fine as a place to rest your head for the night. The walls were dirty and there was no little toothpaste provide.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 安さ以上 - 施設は少し古いが、綺麗にしてあり好感がもてた。 大浴場もシンプルで充分。 駐車場は基本無料 7台くらいホテル裏にあるものと、ホテル前のコインパーキング無料券を貰うかのどちらかで、先着順です。 コインパーキングは広めだが、他のホテルも同じ仕様で使われている為か以外に埋まっていた。 それ以外は有料だがとても安いため特に困る事もなかった。 駐車場を心配なく使えるホテルを探していたら一考。 自分は満足出来ました。 あ、唯一テレビが超小さいのがマイナス
• Takashi (10/5): 安くて部屋も綺麗 - このホテルに決めた理由として価格が他のホテルより安い所でした。喫煙の部屋を利用しましたがタバコの匂いも少なくかなり清潔にされたお部屋でした。他のホテルではタバコの匂いが酷いです。ホテルの立地も良く近くにコンビニもあるし、飲食店も多かったので助かりました。またこのホテルを利用しようと思っています。

• ガツ坊 (4/5): - ホテル名でも電話番号でも住所でもナビ設定できない。TELしたらこの４月に名称変更したとのこと。その名前でも当然入らない。カウンター女性の接客は良好で、部屋も清潔だけれど、エアコンのベッドサイドスウィッチは機能せず、別リモコンでその説明もない。風呂はお湯が出っぱなしにもかかわらず、ぬるく、シャワーヘッドの壁掛け金具は取れそう。脱衣所の鏡は１か所だけで、鍵のかかる収納もない。かつ、利用は男性だけ。女性は部屋風呂。羽嶋駅のすぐ傍で、同業ホテルが結構あり、確かに安い。値段競争が激しいのかもしれないが、安ければ施設はどうでも、というものでもないと思う。
