Evgeniia (10/5): Супер вилла с отличной планировкой - Отличное расположение. Рядом океан, в двух шагах. Под самым боком маленький магазинчик и есть супермаркет в пешей доступности. До города недалеко, но в небольшом отдалении. Хотелось бы все помыть. Но сейчас конец сезона, поэтому на это сделаю скидку. Так понравилось все! Отличный дом. Хочется вернутся в него снова, на более долгий срок!

Andrew (10/5): - Great comfy bed. Slept well as the bedroom stays nice and cool due to glass construction. Huge space in the villa. Excellent value for money, 2 minutes from the beach and located away from the busy parts of town but still a great base. Host is also not constantly in your face like in some other accommodations. There is a washing machine which proved useful but not a new one as pictured. Some bugs managed to get in but nothing major if you're not fussed - it's a tropical country after all. Some gaps on the doors. Toilet seat in our villa was in poor state, requires a replacement. Only one toilet paper provided (stayed for 3 nights), and just a small bar of soap. Washing up liquid present but no sponge to wash up with? Your neighbour could be a hit or miss, if they're loud in the morning and you're a light sleeper you might wake up as walls are thin. Same goes for housekeeping, they're up at 5am to brush the leaves. Kitchen was overall well equipped - toaster didn't work and you have to buy your own salt and pepper. Might get very hot in the living room as there's no AC there, only a standing fan which is not very effective. Perhaps a rotating fan would make more sense.

The villa is extremely nice and well-maintained, with spotlessly clean, spacious bathrooms and kitchen facilities that made our stay very comfortable. The parking space was an added convenience, and the presence of a cute black cat added a charming touch to our experience. The owner was exceptionally accommodating, allowing us to stay past the check-out time, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, Sithu Villa Hikkaduwa offers a wonderful combination of comfort, hospitality, and unique touches that make it a standout choice for anyone visiting the area. Nothing to dislike.
Ayoob (10/5): Exceptional - My favourite place to stay during my trip in Sri Lanka, lovely apartment in a peaceful location just off the main road and right next to a big supermarket. It truly felt like a holiday home with all the greenery around the place. Maybe the kitchen and utensils need to be taken care of more routinely otherwise it's perfect.
