Basic upkeep of the apartment is needed.eg. sliding bedroom door louvres had a hole, washing machine facade broken. Bathroom step was difficult to navigate at night
• Elizabeth (10/5): Overall it did the job perfectly. - Comfortable, nice staff, great view to Table Mountain. Supermarket and restaurants in same facility. Very hard to find the right entrances and key collection, even with the video provided. I think that could be improved. The sliding door between bedroom and lounge still hadn’t been fixed. Mentioned on reviews months ago. FYI shared laundry is in a room on the floor. One appliance. Not always available when you need.

• Chantal (9/5): Netjes ingericht appartement met een goede ligging! - De accommodatie is op een fijne locatie gelegen met restaurantjes en de Bo-Kaap op loopafstand. Daarnaast is het appartement zeer groot: 2 slaapkamers met elk en aparte badkamer. Daarnaast een grote keuken en een grote woonkamer. De incheckuitleg (video is duidelijk). In het begin was het even uitzoeken waar we moesten parkeren en hoe we toegang hadden tot het appartement. De video is duidelijk maar hier zou ik de naam van het gebouw aan toevoegen zodat de navigatie dit direct vindt. De navigatie navigeert namelijk naar een andere plek.
• Katarzyna (8/5): Great location. - great location, felt safe and very central. The parking was quite hectic - we had three children and lots of luggage, and there is only one lift that services the apartment, which you have to walk through the car park to reach. Only an issue if you have children/lots of luggage!

• Robert (6/5): Great location- could use some updating - Perfect location and close to everything we needed. Ideal for a couple of days. Fantastic views on table mountain and the surroundings. The property is also right above a small shopping center that was really nice. The property was not in such a good condition. It looked "lived" in and that upkeep has not been a priority for a while.

• Sarah (9/5): Great place and enjoyable stay ☺️ - Location very good - easy to get to / access the car park, secure parking in the multi storey car park is included with a pass they give you with the door key. The area felt safe and we walked from there to the harbour area. Handy to have the shops and food/supeprmarket right there for a late dinner/cooking in our room. Getting around the shopping centre and accessing the right lift etc for the apartments was a little confusing, but fine once you get used to it. Also worth mentioning the actual reception / office area is in a diff location within the shopping centre as we had left some pyjamas in the apartment when we checked out and they kindly contacted us to let us know, so we had to go there to pick them up, but it was pretty easy to find. Our apartment had great views of table mountain, not sure every room would, but there is a rooftop pool / shared space where you can take in the view. Rooms were comfortable and the apartment we had with 3 rooms worked pretty well with the sliding door to close off access from one bedroom from the lounge area. The other 2 rooms were separate. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids. Overall we were very happy with our stay, all contact with the property prior and during was very helpful and polite, and we would recommend and stay again. Thankyou! ☺️ The only thing was one of the bedrooms had no windows, so felt darker, and not as appealing. Also the bathrooms / toilets were frosted glass walls so not as private as they could be, which may not suit some people.

Lifts were not working however,staff was always willing to assist with getting to property. When you arrive late at night,you find gates to enter property closed and you have to find the security guard to open,which could be a safety risk especially for women.

• Stefanie (9/5): We hebben het er prima naar ons zin gehad! - Ruime appartementen op een top locatie boven winkels. Aan de voorkant was er wat geluidsoverlast van de straat. Er zijn wat dingetjes in het appartement die verouderd waren, vooral in de keuken.

• Meikie (1/5): Absolutely terrible - The following things were wrong: Firstly, when my guests tried to leave the apartment 30 mins after arrival, the front door handle fell off. They had to wait for Michael to come and fix it. Not the best first impression security wise. Secondly, the aircon was broken the ENTIRE time of their stay. Some fans were provided but gave little relief. As you know, providing aircon is a fundamental that should work when both your advertisement on booking.com and your rates charged reflect aircon. I would NEVER book accommodation in Cape Town in MARCH without aircon. There was A GIANT HOLE in the screen in the living room. The rolling screen was broken and could not be opened or closed without extreme difficulty. This meant that the occupiers of the main bedroom had to sleep with the screen open resulting in NO privacy. Basically with the broken screen and grubby furniture made it really feel like the day after a party kind of setup. The light in the main bathroom didn’t work. The light in the main bedroom had no bulb, The kitchen dustbin had no lid. The kitchen cupboard was broken and very old. The furniture in the living room was so big that you had to climb over it to get to the outdoor area. The 3rd bedroom’s bathroom was a disaster! Not single thing worked. - The shower handle fell off when I used it. - The sink did not drain. It was so appetising to use it… - There was mould and sealant in the sink - There was a random hole in the wall where I suspect a heated towel rack had been removed. - the toilet flusher was faulty. - A minor issue was the nasty smell. In general Michael was very helpful and kind. I asked him twice to ask his general manager to call me and that never happened. Seeing Micheal’s work ethic I am sure that this was NOT due to him. On day 3 the apartment was cleaned and all towels, dishcloths and cloths were removed and when we came back at 3pm there were no towels. They were all wet and hanging on the balcony rails outside the lift area. Giving the com

• Sofia (9/5): - Am Flughafen in Dubai 9 Stunden vor Ankunft gebucht, per Taxi zur Adresse, wo Security Petsonal uns beim Schlüsselcode half und uns bis zur Tür begleitete, das war einfach genial. Wir wussten nicht, dass jeden Tag gereinigt wurde, aber das Personal war absolut freundlich und immer gut gelaunt,das hebt die Stimmung nach den Vorkommnissen in Dubai gewaltig!!! App. riesig, mit direktem Blick auf den Tafelberg. Im Groundfloor ein Spar, wo man sich eindecken konnte, optimal. 20 Min. bs zur Waterfront Der Geruch aus der Dusche am Anfang wurde direkt nach Reklamation bereinigt! Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr überschaubar

Ability to open windows for fresh air but when shut the city noise was eliminated. Did not hear neighbours so structure is very sound. Shower floor surface had a slight smell and the eastern bedroom had a damp odour.
• Jeffrey (7/5): Gut aber…schwer ins Hotel zu komme - Die Lage war gut. In einem Viertel in dem alles zu finden war. Direkt in einem Einkaufszentrum, wer es mag, na ja. Der Manager war immer erreichbar und hat in seinen Möglichkeiten alles getan. Frühstück gab es außerhalb am Einkaufszentrum. Bett war groß und komfortabel. Es war nicht einfach zum Hotel zu kommen. Umständlich, in die Tiefgarage, Schlüsselbox finden, wieder einen anderen Aufzug nehmen. Wenn man es nicht richtig liest, nimmt man den falschen. Ich brauche es nicht noch mal. Schwimmbad sehr Klein umständlich zu erreichen, die ganze Nacht brannte das Licht, in wenn man ein Zimmer in der Nähe hatte, störte das. Jeden Tag roch es nach Marihuana, irgendjemand rauchte ständig. Ich mag lieber Hotels mit einer richtiger Anmeldung. War mir zu unpersönlich. Der Duschablauf roch die ganze Nacht. Der Manager kümmerte sich aber schnell darum.

Não gostei de ter chegado cheia de malas e ter que procurar onde fazer self Service, a receção fecha cedo,no mínimo deveria ficar alguém para dar assistência, eu só dei voltas sem fim para chegar ao segurança. As toalhas não podem ser trocadas 3 dias depois do cliente entrar no hotel.

• Pierre Arthur (4/5): Apartment in Waterkant - Zentral gelegen. Klimaanlage im ganzen Apartment hat nicht funktioniert. Es war ein mobiles Gerät im Raum das allerdings nur heisse Luft blies. Leider hatten wir somit eine sehr schlechte Nacht. Das Apartment ist auch ziemlich angelegt.
• Fernanda (3/5): Péssima - Localização Infelizmente minha estadia foi pessimamente cheguei na acomodação as 20:00 a temperatura local estava 29 graus muito quente e o condicionado não estava funcionando o quarto estava insuportável de quente ele colocou um ventilador em cada quarto! Ele poderia ter avisado antes!!! Além do colchão a mola estava fazendo barulho! Além disso matamos um barata no quarto!

• Mieneke (8/5): Mooi en modern appartement in een goede buurt. - Mooi modern appartement, schoon. ( wij verbleven in de appartementen op Napier 32.) Er miste een gordijn in de slaapkamer en een stopcontact in de badkamer zou handig zijn geweest.

Amazing views ☀️ The flat is in a great location and we were 3 friends that stayed and got a room each so it was a good deal. The interior is outdated like someone else mentioned and it needs to be looked after. You can’t really stay 3 couples as the shatters that divide the living room from the one bedroom are broken so no privacy. A lot of the interior was a bit broken like someone had a few parties too much. For us it worked well as it is a great location and was priced well so it filled our needs.
• Colin (9/5): Glorious. We had 4 apartments for our group. Everyone was happy and impressed with the accommodation. - Very Comfortable. Well decorated. Two parties in our group even stayed an extra night. Our group loved the pool. The lift system was cumbersome. Often taking several minutes to get access to the middle lift. We had 4 apartments for our group. Two of which complained that their air conditioners were not working. Shower trap in room 8 was blocked.
• Imogene M (8/5): Great space in a good location - The area is lovely. The staff are super friendly and very helpful where they can be. The rooms are clean and spacious with most of what you'd need. The team are also very open to help and receive feedback. There was a renovation taking place and the builders were drilling at 6am in the morning for two of our 3 nights. The drain in our room smelled awful, but that said the team did move us to a different room the next day. Rooms do have some signs of wear with my guests lights in their kitchen not working, the room separator being broken and their room not having a hairdryer and my room not having an iron.

• Molly (2/5): Honestly not worth it - Good location and spacious apartment. It was super hard to find the right location, check in instructions were not sent properly through booking.com. Took like an hour to find the right location and get help with check in. The apartment was a bit run down, many lights did not work in the apartment. It was also not stated clearly that the whole property is non smoking which I think should be stated clearly. Oh and only one elevator worked and it sucked. Also everything in the property was held together with double sided tape. 😂

• Lucy (8/5): Great value, fantastic customer service, would stay again - We had a bit of a hard start with an alarm going off in the middle of the night and no air con but Smart, who work for neighbourgood could not have done more for us to make sure our stay was positive after. We really appreciated his efforts in turning things around as we have a 4 month old so air con was ideal but he problem solved. Thankyou again to Smart! We definitely will stay again purely for his hospitality The rooms need updating a bit now, there were broken wooden slats when you pulled the wall divider out. The 3rd bedroom smelt a bit foisty. Generally it was nice but I think 5 years ago it would have looked really nice so just needs some improvements.

• Wiqvist (7/5): En fin lägenhet med bra fasciliteter och förstklassig utsikt över berget och det kulturella området. - Läget i kapstaden var fantadtiskt och utsokten från sovrummen underbar. Det var ett visslande ljud ifrån kylskåpet. Ventilationshål och dimmerhål var helt öppna upp i taket och dörrarna som man stängde main bedroom med hde ett stort hål i sig.

• Emma (7/5): Lovely size apartment. - The view was stunning, the size of the apartment was wonderful and we loved that all rooms were en suite. The kitchen had all that was needed for self catering. Being above the shops was also convenient for groceries. The "free" parking was inaccurate as we were only given 1 parking voucher, which was only valid for 1 exit. Given the location of the apartment, we were driving around everyday and needed 1 or 2 parking vouchers a day. We did ask for more vouchers, and were given an extra 2, which was shamefully inadequate for a 5 night stay. There was also a lot of noise in the building - maintenance drilling before 8am and what sounded like gym weighs being dropped from 6am. The open plan nature of the main bedroom into the living room would not be ideal for friends using the accommodation. And the kitchen cabinets and lounge furniture needed some TLC and maintenance.

Very safe with secure lift access and off-street fully paid parking No champagne glasses or bottle opener. Only two sets of cutlery and crockery available which makes snacking difficult
