- Kazunori (8/5): 楽しかった！ - 家族３人の旅行で初めて塩原温泉を訪れました。桜の季節に訪れたので周辺の景色が良かった！春休みということもあってか、たくさんの宿泊客がいて、チェックインはけっこう並んで時間がかかったのと、食堂では並んで、なかなか進まなかったことを除いて、お食事も美味しかったし、お風呂も気持ちよくて、十分に満喫できました。楽しい思い出になりました！

- Tomohiko (7/5): 家族旅行に最高な宿 - コスパが良い。 ラウンジから見える滝が良かった。 食事もそれなりに美味しい。 お風呂が綺麗で気持ちが良かった。 夕食・朝食ともに混みすぎていた。 バイキング形式で自分らで盛り付ける為、小さなお子様や高齢の方は、どうしてもこぼしたり、はみ出したりしてしまう。これは仕方ないのですが周りには１枚も布巾が無いのが、何故なのでしょう？せめて各所に布巾があれば、直ぐに拭いたり、気になる方は拭くと思います…。 食事の時間帯もアバウトにしないで、もう少しキッチリした方が、待ち時間も減ると思います。

- Amnuay (8/5): ทุกอย่างดี เสียใจที่ความช่วยเหลือเล็กๆน้อยๆ นิดเดียวไม่มี - ห้องนอนกว้างมาก สอาด ออนเซ็น เครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ที่บาร์ ฟรี เกิดปัญหารถติดหิมะที่ลานจอดรถของโรงแรม แจ้งพนักงานที่โรงแรมให้ช่วยเหลือ แต่ได้รับคำตอบว่าให้ช่วยเหลือตัว แต่เราเข้าใจได้ แต่อุปกรณ์ ไม่มีให้เลย และไม่มีบริการเลยแย่มากกก สุดท้ายต้องหายืมอุปกรณ์จาชาวบ้านแถวนั้น
