• myat (4/5): - The cleaning team were super nice and helpful. We booked for 5rooms and the day we check out, we asked to keep one room till 4pm and they were asked 200baht for extra hrs. At the end the asked to leave the room at2pm instead of 4pm. I am soo disappointed that the second lady at the exception were not really nice as we don't speak fluently Thai and they don't speak English. So the communication were a bit off .that's the things I don't like about this hotel.

• Laura (6/5): - The room was spacious and clean. The balcony was nice with a view of the garden. The water urn in the reception area was a nice touch. The staff helped us arrange a scooter for a day, at a fee of 300thb. All good. The woman on the late afternoon shift was so unfriendly, she either didn't want to be there or didn't like westerners. Unfortunately the welcome you receive when first arriving at a new place gives you a sense of the locality, on this occasion it was a false sense thank goodness. The rest of the staff were helpful and friendly, as were other locals we met in Ranong. The walls to the room were incredibly thin, we could hear next doors TV word for word. The noise from the road was also loud in the room. The bedsheets, pillow and duvet were very well worn. I took photos as, ridiculously, we were asked to leave a 200bht deposit to cover possible theft of items in the room! Breakfast was provided (coffee and bread for toast), although, even arriving two hours before the cut off time of 11am, the bread had all been eaten and we were told there was no more. Would I stay there again? No, there are better options in the town.

• Detlev (9/5): Schönes Zimmer mit witziger Terasse - Ich habe hier eine Nacht verbracht - das war gut. Nach einem korrekten Empfang (an der Rezeption wird nicht gelächelt!) bezog ich ein Zimmer in einem etwa 50 Meter entfernten Gebäude - im Erdgeschoss. Das Zimmer war mittelgroß, sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet - das Bad war geräumig, das Bett kompfortabel. Die Terasse hatte ein besonderes Flair - vollständig vergittert und ohne Abstand zur ruhigen Straße - eine Sackgasse. Ich konnte hier gut schlafen, da es keinen Lärm gab.

• Squillace (8/5): - It's a cheap hotel, you get what you pay, no more no less. Close to a nice park, a view point and a walking street. You can walk in all these places and with a taxi go to immigration office for your visa. Copies and pictures can be made right outside the office

• yuval (10/5): - Comfortable, good energy and energy restoring hotel. We got a deluxe couple room for more than fair price, and enjoyed nice balconey with noce view, hot water and roomy clean shower, and comfortable king size bed. The other facilities such as AC, refrigitator and coffee kit made our time very plesent. The hotel is also very close to the bus station and the pier so the entire transportation process had a casual and non stressing vibe to it. Very reccomended!

• Kev Thailand (8/5): Well worth the price I paid and it didn't the job for three days. - The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. It's just a little bit out of town for my usual choices, because I like a drink or two,, but there is a good bar across the road where you can drink and also get food. For the price I paid it was well worth it. The walls of the room were a bit bare, maybe a picture or two would make it a little more welcoming. Also, there were no small lights, such as a bedside lamp, to make it a bit more cozy. Just the big bright downlights in the ceiling in a room decorated in all white felt a touch 'Soviet Union', if you know what I mean.

• Rebecca (1/5): We booked for 2 nights and left after 1. So many good reviews was misleading. - Location and had parking. Not friendly. We took the "super deluxe room" which was on the main floor. No view. Cement beds (with mattress) No pictures, nothing. Was not a room you wanted to spend any time in. Noisy from other guests. Would not recommend.
