• marchwianka (8/5): Place with huge potential but still some things to improve - Good located, close to Metro The mattress in the room Next to the kitchen were torrible. They were so used that IT was imposible to have a comfortable sleep. The bathroom door were so swollen of water that my kids get stuck twice and had problem to open the door. In the bathroom were also missing hangers, no possibilty to get your towel dry.

• Daniele (10/5): Ottimo - La casa è curata ed è molto spaziosa. Eravamo due famiglie, con due bagni a disposizione, e siamo stati benissimo. Un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo considerati i costi di Barcellona. Supermercati e panifici praticamente sotto casa, e metropolitana raggiungibile in meno di 10 minuti
• atib (9/5): Super apartament! - Apartament mare, curat, foarte bine dotat, terasa generoasă, comunicare excelentă cu personalul, sistem de încălzire ok, consumabile destule. Pe scurt locația este foarte bună și spatioasă față de ce am găsit la bani mai mulți în alte orașe mari! Destul de departe de obiectivele istorice, zona cu populație destul de pestriță, ceea ce îți dă un pic de nesiguranță, majoritatea magazinelor cu specific indian-pakistanez, vecini zgomotoși.

• Patrick (10/5): Appartement agréable et bien agencé - Le contact avec l'hôte est très facile, ce qui est appréciable pour un voyage d'affaire. L'arrivée avec code est aussi très pratique car pas de contrainte humaine Il serait bien d'avoir des informations pour les lieux de stationnement. Peut-être proposer une place de parking sous-terrain dans la réservation.

Apenas hay aparcamiento, simplemente para poder descargar debes aparcar en doble fila con el riesgo de ser denunciado.

• Davide Pietro (9/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo - Casa molto grande, ideale per viaggi di gruppo..metro a 2 minuti a piedi..presenza di due bagni entrambi con doccia e servizi! Fantastico anche il terrazzino accogliente e grande per potersi rilassare. Presenza di lavatrice e tutto il necessario per potersi godere la permanenza. Apprezzato anche il kit di benvenuto con presenza di birra e acqua, caffè e colazione (marmellate e fette biscottate)

• El (8/5): Very good - The apartment very nice 3 bedroom with 2 bathroom and sofa bed and kitchen it’s perfect for a family 5 person The problem is no parking in the area w need 10 minutes to get a parking paid maybe more 15 minutes and the apartment in the second floor no elevator and The staircase to the second floor very small and The ceiling is not high when descending, be careful not to hit your head it’s not for a handicap man

• Karen (5/5): Nice location, nice apartment shame about the customer service - The location was perfect and the overall layout of the apartment was nice especially having the roof terrace. The fact that I raised two big issues with the 24hr assistance line for the property and nothing was done about either. When we arrived at 3am to the property we found that the sofa bed was broken I messaged the what's app chat that I had been communicating with and they were asking me for photos and videos. Well I sent photos as it was very late and I expected someone to come and fix it the next day but they didn't. The second issue was that the neighbours upstairs were arriving home at 5am making lots of noise,singing and dancing and yet there was a noise policy in place for the apartment between 11pm and 8am. I let it go the first night but it was two nights in a row to the point that it woke 3 of us up. I videoed the noise and sent it to the chat and they yet again did nothing.

• Deivanai (1/5): We checked in to the apartment and left for sightseeing. When we came back, the house was robbed. - We checked in to the apartment and left for sightseeing. When we returned back, the house was robbed and we lost our laptop and few other items. We made a police complaint. We vacated the apartment immediately and moved to a hotel. Neither olala nor booking.com provided any support to visit the apartment or provide refund for cancellation. Very very bad experience. The house has digital keys and it appears that the keys are shared with robbers to steal items. Please stay away from this olala apartments if you want to be safe. HIGHLY UNSAFE AND NOT RECOMMENDED.

• Lamiaa (2/5): Fortement déconseillé - Nous sommes partis quatre jours en famille l'état de l'appartement est convenable à part quelques problèmes de fuites L'appartement est au deuxième étage avec un escalier très étroit sans ascenseur donc pour les personnes avec des enfants en bas âge c'est très déconseillé niveau parking c'est mission impossible pas de place de parking à proximité et pas de parking payant non plus cerise sur le gâteau le dernier jour au moment de charger nos bagages j'ai retrouvé ma voiture rayée avec des clés et le pneu crevé à coups de couteau Le loueur de l'appartement a oublié de souligner que tout le quartier était en travaux et surtout qu'il y avait des travaux dans le garage en bas de l'immeuble et que le marteau-piqueur commencé à 8h du matin donc tous les ingrédients étaient réunis pour passer de bonnes vacances merci hôtel.com
