Guest Reviews
- Abigail (2/5): - The room was stuffy and smelled stale. The hotel staff were not very nice. I was rudely awoken about breakfast which was not even ready. Manager took a while before assisting me and told me "I was entitled to my review".
- Stelios (10/5): - all was great
staff very pleasant
- John (6/5): - The staff were amazing
- Bernard (10/5): - The Place is nice, I will book with them anytime I come to Accra. Finding it is a bit tricky with Google Maps. The only issue I had is, I didn't have a Shower Curtain in my bathroom. But it's a nice decent hotel.
- Daniel (8/5): - It was a nice place. The only issue was the air-condition that was not working in my room
- Ibrahim (6/5): It was okay, room service was okay - It was okay I mean calm
- Jerry (8/5): - Great place
- Frederik (4/5): - I booked an executive room and I was surprised to see the kind of room I was given. Room wasn't even ready when I got there, had to wait 20minutes. The room was not the "executive" to say the least. Tiny table in the roomand no where to work if you needed a desk. Bed was super hard- didn't even feel like it was a mattress but it was! Bathroom wasn't up to par. Phones in the room didn't work. Waited till 9am to get breakfast and ended up checking out without getting breakfast, meanwhile I asked for breakfast at 6.30 am.
Overall, service was horrible.
- Safiia Maarouf (8/5): - Very good staff services
- Derrick (10/5): - Great place to stay
- Henry (8/5): - Access road to hotel needs repair. Google map directions to hotel needs simplification and easy to locate.
- Nana (4/5): - this is a terrible hotel. Bad painting, air conditioning and hot water not working.
- Costa (10/5): - Compared to the price, this hotel is the best choice in Greater Accra Ghana. I believe for experts working in Ghana or tourists, with $12 per night, this is a great place to stay. Caveat breakfast was a little bit too spicy. I also made a video to help understand this hotel. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CF__8kxM4Gk&t=200s
- Salome (4/5): - The hotel was built where normally water should pass but whenever it rains the road in front of the hotel get flooded and also the roads are in a terrible condition which makes it very difficult for cars to get to the hotel.
Whenever there is light off the hotel staff are unable to turn on the generator because it is broken but they will not fix it.
Last day of our holidays the hotel got completely flooded and our luggage and clothing and passport got damaged (all the rooms were full of water up to the knee and the walls behind the property fell down) the hotel staff were not able to contact us because the did not have our details and they did not have a spare key to open our door and at least save our property, they had to wait for us come back to be able to open our room door. We drenched and cold and muddy. It was horrible!! I really do not recommend staying in this hotel for safety reasons!!
- Isaac (8/5): - Quiet
- Dr Derrick (4/5): - Checkin was terrible. I told them upfront that I’ll arrive late for checkin which they acknowledged but everyone was asleep when I arrived around midnight. Had to wait knocking on the reception door for a long while before a girl came up to open and complained that I’ve woken her from her sleep. After checking me in I didn’t receive any help carrying my bags as she told me they don’t do that there. However I assumed she was upset that I checked in late and woke her up. Room was less than average, there was no remote for the air condition which was set to 26 degrees and when I got a remote from the lady she said the standard rooms does not allow guests to change aircondition set temperature.
- Stacy Laone (8/5): - They need to fix hot water
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I liked the food and friendly accommodating staff.
Did not like no hot water in bathroom.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very close to the Accra-Kumasi road. I recommend it.
- Ernest (2/5): bad experience - Wrong choice, after booking and paying online, the receptionist told me she can’t check me in because they don’t accept online booking anymore . So I had to pay extra cash for the room
