The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. We especially enjoyed breakfast. Navraj, Khushboo, Raj,Ishu,Shivani, and Palak.were very good at their service. Overall, we'd definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

- shnayam (2/5): Extremely disappointed with the recent experience! - I’ve been booking stays at Ramada for the past 3 years, especially for celebrity artists during college festivals, and have always appreciated their hospitality — particularly when Avantika was handling our bookings. Things were smooth, respectful, and professionally managed. However, this year, I was introduced to Nitin Sharma, and the experience took a complete turn. Over a small pending amount of 1100, he began blackmailing me and even threatened to call the artist directly — which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a regular client who has consistently brought business to the property, I expected basic courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, this kind of treatment shows a serious lack of respect for long-standing relationships. Very disappointed. I hope the management takes note and addresses this kind of behavior seriously.
