Le Riad situé dans une rue calme de la médina. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. La douche qui déborde et inonde la salle de bain.

• Lori (9/5): Lovely riad with wonderful staff - Lovely riad with great staff that was very helpful for all of my questions and needs. It was not easy to reach from the taxi location but if you ask the staff, they will help you with your bags to and from the taxis.

Son Dar est impeccable à tous les niveaux : propre, raffiné, de grande qualité et situé au coeur de la médina. Sa magnifique terrasse, où on nous sert le petit-déjeuner et le dîner (délicieux), donne sur les montagnes, la médina et la mosquée espagnole…le rêve:). Nous devions quitter aux petites heures du matin et Saïd a fait le nécessaire pour que tout se passe bien pour nous. Grand merci! Si nous revenons à Chefchaouen, nous revenons au Dar Yakout!

• Viktoriia (9/5): - The room wa splendidly beautiful in a traditional Moroccan style. It was definitely one of the best rooms I’ve stayed in. The staff were amazing. They tried to help us the best they could and provided us with great hospitality so we truly felt at home there. There was a minor problem with the heating system — AC wasn’t working for the heating, so it was freezing in the room due to the cold temperatures outside. The staff provided us with extra warm blankets and a radiator, which was super comfortable. The real gem of this place is the rooftop with a view of the whole city and the Rif mountains — it was the perfect start of the day, having our breakfast with such a landscape before our eyes. Breakfast was also traditional, diligently served with delicious pastries and a variety of different beverages. The only drawback of this place was a bathroom — it didn’t have any lowering or screen to separate the shower from the rest of the place, so everything got really wet. This could be improved, but otherwise this was a fantastic stay!
• marcos (9/5): Lugar perfecto para la ciudad. - La ubicación es perfecta. Y la decoración del lugar muy acorde con la ciudad. El personal es amabilísimo y la verdad es que fueron muy colaboradores. Creo que el sistema que tienen de ducha en el baño necesita mejorar. No tiene mampara y tampoco la inclinación suficiente. Todo se lleva de agua e incluso inunda un poco la habitación.

• Paul (10/5): A great place to stay, with caring and helpful staff and a great location - This was a great place to stay. Located high up in Chefchaouen, Dar Yakout is a really nice, welcoming riad. The room was nicely fitted out and very spacious. Breakfast was really nice and copious, served on the top floor terrace with a nice view over Chefchaouen. The staff were really friendly and helpful, even providing us with a room for the entire day on the day we left (one of us was not feeling well and they let us sleep all day in a spare room). We were very grateful for the care and assistance provided by the staff. The dar closed after we left to undergo a fill refit over a period of three months. We wish them well and a successful re-opening in April.

Some noise from random wild dogs but in fairness an issue to the area not the hotel. Not a location for those who struggle with fitness as a hard climb with travel bags. Toilet smelt weird.

• Samantha (10/5): Like a dream come true. I urge you to book. - The property is absolutely stunning. Perfect in every way. Beautifully furnished, centrally located, easy to access, spacious, warm (during winter), clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly, kind and helpful. The outside of Dar Yakout is like an Instagrammer’s dream, so pretty and photogenic. The breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace that has sweeping views of Chefchaouene. We thought we’d need a local tour guide, but it was really easy to navigate to everything, that we just used google maps, with Dar Yakout as our starting point. I highly recommend Dar Yakout. We did request a kettle for our room, so we could boil water, and the staff were quick to support our request. It really is a perfect place.

• Mellisand (10/5): Charming hotel in the center of Medina - Dar Yakout was a gorgeous find in the heart of the Medina. Our room was stunning and the staff were incredibly helpful. The balcony is a lovely spot for meals. While we had a great experience, the hotel is very high up in the Medina and involves a lot of stairs. Anyone with mobility issues may have a difficult time.

Отель явно не соответствует своим звездам. Нет халатов, тапочек, шампуня, бальзама, зубных принадлежностей. Нет в номере воды (бутилированной)-и это 4 звезды? Очень холодно в номере, кондиционер работал только на охлаждение. Очень маленькая ванная комната. Очень бедный завтрак. Два дня завтрак был одним и тем же-одно варёное яйцо, маленький стакан апельсинового сока (пакетированного! С учётом кучи апельсинов в стране), не было овощей (даже элементарно огурцы/помидоры), никакой нарезки мясной (хотя бы ветчины/колбасы), 0.33 воды, хлеб, 1 круассан, одна пресная лепешка, немного джема, масла и сыра (наподобие творожного), всё.

La chambre familiale était spacieuse, bien conçue avec deux douches et deux WC ce qui est très pratique pour notre famille de 6. Enfin, mention spéciale au magnifique petit déjeuner sur la terrasse.

• Jeremy (10/5): Parfait - Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et très gentil. L'hôtel est très charmant et bien placé dans la médina. Le petit déjeuner est copieu. Nous recommandons ce lieu pour passer un bon séjour à Chefchaouen
• CAMILA (10/5): - Localização, simpatia e presteza dos funcionários. Foram muito corteses em nós ajudar com pedido de táxi e com documentação de nosso voo, que precisamos imprimir com urgência. As toalhas de banho parecem um abraço, muito macias. Café da manhã muito bom. Havíamos lido queixas sobre o horário do café da manhã, de ser tarde (inicia 8:30h) mas ele está totalmente compatível com o funcionamento e dinâmica da cidade. A fachada é uma das mais lindas da cidade. O acesso e o local podem ser complicados para quem tem dificuldade de locomoção, mas isso é recorrente em toda a cidade, de escadas e piso irregular.

• Mara (9/5): Magica atmosfera - Bellissimo Dar ben arredato, situato nella parte alta della città. Stupenda la terrazza da dove servono una buonissima colazione con brioche calde. Per raggiungere la struttura occorre lasciare l auto in uno dei parcheggi della parte alta della città ( il più vicino era chiuso) e farsi con le valigie un bel pezzo a piedi in salita

• Nico (9/5): Droomlocatie - Het hotel is gelegen in de oude stad (medina), in een zeer sfeervolle omgeving, te voet bereikbaar vanaf de parkeerplaats Ras al Ma. De blauwe medina is sprookjesachtig, heel bijzonder. Ontbijt op het dakterras was heel goed. Men sprak heel goed Engels.
