Luis Felipe (6/5): Hotel agradável - Ponto forte do hotel foi a alimentação, existe agradável área verde como trilhas e cachoeira, Para quem gosta existe atraçoes noturnas voltada ao místico onde conta com a atenção especial da Marilda, excelente anfitria do hotel. Tivemos também uma surpresa agradável durante um dos jantares com show de dança do ventre. Como pontos de oportunidade, o Hotel poderia investir um pouco em estrutura mais moderna de lazer e acomodação. Na categoria ecoresort, comparado ao Santa Clara é inferior. Outro ponto melhoria seria o treinamento da equipe de recepção. Nos pareceu perdidas! Desconheciam a estrutura dos quartos, programação em geral. Em um check interessante sempre receber as possibilidades de programação de atividades e dar um overvirew sobre o restaurante. Por exemplo notamos que cada jantar era temático, um dia italiano outro árabe, por que já não mencionar isso no check in. Focar nos pontos fortes do hotel é fundamental para demonstrar ao cliente o diferencial do hotel.
