The location was perfect and waking distance to restaurants and bars. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
- Markus Steffen (8/5): Wunderschöner Aufenthalt - Sehr zentral gelegen, viele Möglichkeiten um auszugehen, ein großes Einkaufszentrum und Supermarkt sowie die Metro-Station ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, zum Feiern ideal Das einzige Manko an diesem schönen Hotel ist die Außenwand zur Straße hin mit dem Panoramafenster. Wunderschön alles, aber vom Sound her hörst du draußen wirklich alles, inkl. Autos und Partymusik täglich bis tief in die Nacht hinein. Ich kann dabei gut schlafen, aber beachtet es bei eurer Buchung.

- Érika (8/5): Bom custo-benefício, boa opção para quem quer explorar aquela região. - Quarto conforme anunciado. Bom banho, boa limpeza, equipamentos suficientes (mesa, iluminação, banheiro, toalhas, etc). O café da manhã é simples (estilo norte-americano), mas bem servido e gostoso. Funcionários muito simpáticos e disponíveis. Localização boa e sensação de segurança no entorno. Rua movimentada e há um pequeno mercado (Oxxo) 24h na esquina. O restaurante no rooftop é muito simpático, tranquilo e com boa comida. A rua e o bairro em geral são muito movimentados até bem tarde da noite, com música e conversa alta. Fiquei em quarto de frente para a rua e pode ser ruim para quem se incomoda com o barulho para dormir. A janela não abre, achei ruim não ter ventilação natural no quarto (apenas ar-condicionado).

- Lawson (9/5): Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for a fun weekend getaway—the staff was wonderful and very accommodating. - The location of the property was outstanding—right in the heart of everything—which made it incredibly convenient to walk to nearby nightlife and restaurants. The room itself was excellent; I chose a suite with a Jacuzzi, and it was a great touch that really enhanced the experience. The breakfast was just okay and didn’t feel like the best value, but overall, I had an excellent stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I must say, the location was excellent—right in the middle of everything—but with that came quite a bit of noise. If you’re out late and returning later in the morning , it’s not much of an issue. However, if you’re hoping to get some quiet rest, it can be challenging. That said, overall it was still a very nice stay and a great experience.

- Dmitry (9/5): Relaxed - Was visiting Medellin for two days. The hotel is located in the middle of a fancy neighborhood, El Poblado, filled with restaurants, bars, nightclubs. Very good location for such type of recreation. You don't need to leave this district for long really, you have everything you need there. The staff were super friendly, allowed me to check-in earlier (I arrived at 9am) without additional pay, and overall were very helpful. The room itself was nice and clean, with all needed amenities. The location is quite noisy because of surrounding tourist infrastructure (gets worse during weekends), but the hotel tries to mitigate that: there were a pink noise device in the room and earplugs.

También debe en el rooftop el primer día ,, y tanto la comida como los camareros y el chef un 20 Las camas se pueden mejorar porque no son de muy buena calidad , y se nota cuando es buen colchón …

Very central so you're walking distance to everything. They warn you that it is noisy but the windows are so cheap that it feels like you are outside. All the restaurants and bars play music until 3am, even though no one is at any of them. If they know it's noisy, then install better windows. Even with ear plugs and a noise machine (which they provide) it's crazy loud.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is perfect for El Poblado, the rooftop restaurant and bar is so cool and they have the best cocktails! But the best part of our stay was the service, especially from Andres and the kitchen staff! Highly recommend staying good here.

- Juan José (9/5): Perfecto lugar para irse de fiesta! - ¡Gran lugar! Es la segunda vez que me quedo acá y no ha defraudado. Bien ubicado con varias discos y restaurantes alrededor. Si vas con amigos de fiesta es el lugar ideal. Si quieres descansar podría no ser del todo conveninente, aunque el hotel ofrece máquinas de "white noise". Además, cuenta con un restaurant en la terraza con un chef francés muy bueno. Recibimos excelente atención de Pablo y María José. Aunque el hotel ofrece desayuno, esta vez no estaba disponible por lo cual nos hicieron un reembolso proporcional. En todo caso hay muchos lugares alrededor adonde ir. SUPER RECOMENDADO. Nada. Todo estuvo genial.

- Fabien (1/5): Go elsewhere. False advertising, corporate, unfriendly + Pobledo is extremely noisy. - The room was clean and as shown on the photos. The shower had good water pressure for both hot and cold water. The queen size bed and mattress were comfortable. Despite its tiny size, the room had a safe. FALSE ADVERTISING! NOT sound proof at all! You can hear folks in the hallway as if there as no wall. No sense of privacy in these tiny rooms. The hotel is next to a nightclub that blasts sound so loud all the time you can always, always hear it (day and night), even from the 5th floor. - Spotty WiFi. I was getting disconnected every 5 minutes. Connection was slow when working. - I was onsite when I booked. They did not bother telling me at any point in time (in person or online) that breakfast was no longer available (yet still listed online). They left it as a surprise for the next morning and gave back $32 in cash (for all 4 nights is my guess). I'm also guessing they aren't doing so proactively to keep the money from customers who would miss or not take breakfast. - Very unhelpful staff: the receptionist does not speak a word of english nor does the onsite manager. They had to do all their communications/customer-service/reclamations via text message (not phone call) with some corporate people in the USA, which was extremely slow, frustrating, disconnected and eventually unhelpful. Given the location (the heart of Pobledo) there should be at least 1 person on site speaking some English. I was at another hotel several blocks away and the 2 staff members I met both spoke very well English. Overall, a very corporate, unfriendly hotel to stay at. Tiny rooms at an exorbitant price delivering on none of the top listed amenities/items.

- Denny (2/5): Very noisy (there is NO protection against noise), very bad breakfast service, shameless add. costs - The best was the service of cleaning who did his job very correct and daily. I liked that they changed the blankets and sheets every day. I was ready to give them some extra money but after some experiences with other things I decided not to do it. Read the negative part for more information. Some of receptionists were friendly, others not. As I payed for the most expensive room, my expectations were really high. The jacuzzi in the room was really nice and so was the appareance of the room. I am writing in English so that most of you can understand. There was no any night without discos and parties until 4 a.m. As I had to attend in classes everyday at 8 a.m., I had 2-3 hours to sleep. I will ask for 50% refund as they simply lied not just in the advertisement but also when specifically asking the question if the room is "quiet" so they robbed of more than 50% of sleep. When I was complaining about it, they simply responded me that there "is" protection. The protection is: it´s technically not possible to open the windows. That´s it! No multiglas, no specific extra isolations, NADA. So it´s objective a lie. As the room was more expensive as rooms in the capital cities in Europe, I was expecting the high level of the service. I was accepting an additional costs of visit of 120000 COP (30 US$) when other person visited me for the entire night. They got good additional money as it happened twice. But my patience definitely finished as they wanted the same amount money of a visit just for ONE HOUR. This meanness brought me to write this review and to warn everyone who will try to make reservation in this hotel. This hotel looks very nice on pictures but the services are very low. Other bad thing and lie is the "continental" breakfast. No, the continental breakfast does NOT mean that a breakfast is ONLY prepared when you ask for it and wait for it downstaris for half one hour. It is NOT continental breakfast when I want to the a toast with ham and cheese an additional Nutella and must pay for it 6000 COP (1,5US$). It´s NOT when I am allowed to get just one small coffee OR one juice. These tricks and cheats brought me to write this review. The receptions are not guilty, it´s the property. Stop cheating tourists who already give you big amount of money! Stop lying at Booking.com!

Me atendieron muy bien, y si tuviera que recomendar una habitación, sería la 404, porque no se escucha nada de ruido y queda en el medio.” No me gustó para nada el servicio de los restaurantes en la mañana no me gustaba el trato
