• Obispo (8/5): - Rustige plek. Meneer bij de balie super servicial Plek is mooi maar kan beter. Er waren een heleboel kleine witte beestjes aan de muren. Afstand bediening zonder baterij dus ging ik zelf kopen. Er waren kakerlakken in de keuken. De matrassen zijn ook verschrikkelijk. Weinig parkeer ruimtes

It's the second time that i have rent a accommodation at Bonaire resort and both time at my arrival they told me they don't see my reservation. the good thing is that they could handle it for me. and in both case if had mine reservation numbers and the chat that they tell me that they are waiting to welcome me.

• priscilla (5/5): Prijs kwaliteit voor de kamer die wij hadden vond ik het persoonlijk te duur. - Het zwembad, leuk gedeelte voor de volwassenen en een leuk gedeelte voor kinderen. De vieze lucht in de badkamer. De hygiëne bij het zwembad, in het zand lag afval en er waren daardoor veel vliegen. We hebben er 1 keer ontbeten en we waren daarna allemaal aan de diarree.

• arend jan (6/5): Het had zo mooi kunnen zijn.... - Personeel was behulpzaam, faciliteiten conform verwachting. Meerdere avonden waren er festiviteiten bij de poolbar, waardoor bij sommige kamers (waaronder die van mij) behoorlijke sprake was van geluidsoverlast.

• Tomasz (8/5): Despite some issues , I would considered to return to resort when visiting Bonaire next time. - Clean, short driving distance to town, beach. Good value for food in resort restaurant. Very polite staff . Manager assisted with our problems . Some issues came out with condo and we had to be moved to different. Seems like poor communication between maintenance staff and manager. At time overwhelming smell of sewage in 1 of the bedrooms.
• Nancy (8/5): Verblijf voor herhaling - De locatie is echt prima. De barretjes op het resort waren leuk, jammer dat het al om 2300 uur sluit, want juist als je terugkomt van het eten bv uit Kralendijk, is het leuk om nog even iets te drinken. Maar, de barman was niet lullig, hij ging een keertje tot later door. ;-) Het zwembad voor je deur met ligbedjes. Als er iets is wat niet werkt, dan komen ze het direct oplossen. Voor je huisje is zand, dus je moet je koffers optillen om bij je huisje te komen. Je loopt dan door de zonnende badgasten heen, daar zou eigenlijk een klein stukje stoep gemaakt moeten worden, maar daar is helaas geen ruimte voor. Want het zwembad ligt daar al heel snel. Bij de incheck kregen wij van de dame weinig tot geen informatie over bv de handdoeken wissel na iedere 3e nacht, het verschonen van de bedden en het schoonmaken van het appartement na de 6e nacht. Het afhalen van pizza's. Iedere avond is er een thema-avond. Dat was wel jammer, dat hebben wij uiteindelijk van de eigenaar moeten horen.
• cheena (7/5): Als wat ik nodig had voor een leuke vakantie op Bonaire, goeie prijs kwaliteit wij komen terug ! - Ik vond de locatie top, heerlijk zwembad, het appartement is prima wij vonden de bedden goed airco deed het goed, het Resort is prijs kwaliteit gewoon goed. Restaurant gedeelte heeft veel vliegen tijdens eten, daar proberen ze door die kleine windmolens op tafel te zeten te bestrijden helpt niet altijd.

• John (8/5): Uitstekende kamers - De kamers zijn ruim en hebben prima voorzieningen. Het resort gelegen in Belnem was een prima basis voor onze zakelijke bezoeken aan Kralendijk. Ook op het resort zelf kun je prima aan het zwembad verblijven. Er zijn voldoende ligbedjes direct als je je kamer uitstapt. Het (niet door ons gereserveerde) ontbijt viel wat tegen. De keuzemogelijkheden waren beperkt t.o.v. de prijs. Bij aankomst was ons beloofd dat de WIFI code op het gehele resort te gebruiken was, maar in de praktijk was dit (nog) niet het geval.

• Mary (7/5): Mixed feeling about the place - Close to Lac Bay A giant bug landed on my leg during a shower, and I never leave doors open. Looked like cockroaches. There was another one crawling around the bathroom the next day, and I couldn't sleep at night. The walls are so thin that I could hear next door clearly. The property next door barked all the time, even at 4 AM. I have to sleep with earbuds all the time. Parking is a little tight and the workers' car parked in front of my room all the time.

• Paul (6/5): - Accomodatie was prima, iedereen aan te raden!! Vis 1.3 was echt een top appartement. De bedden daarintegen waren echt aan vervanging toe, kussens te hard in 1 van de slaapkamers. Er was in 1 van de slaapkamers de "douche schrobber" stuk, in beide appartement slaapkamers was 100% niet schoon gemaakt. Heeft niks met de eigenaar vd appartementen te maken. Maar het beheer 10000% waardeloos. Ik bezit op curacao genoeg om te kunnen beoordelen, gezien dan er appartementen te koop staan. Al zou ik makkelijk kunnen, NIEMAND aanraden

• Brenda (7/5): - Leuk huisje, lekker aan het zwembad. Jammer dat bij aankomst er geen handdoeken of toilet papier was neergelegd, na 6 dagen was er nog geen house keeping gekomen terwijl dat om de 3 dagen had gemoeten. Dus moest helaas zelf erachteraan rennen.

• Wilbert (5/5): Tegenvallend maar wel op een goede locatie - Fijne locatie Wij komen hier al 5-6 jaar maar zien het resort echt veranderen. In begin jaren heel tevreden maar nu toch al enkele jaren dat het tegenvalt. Meubilair is verouderd en zittingen (bank en stoelen) zijn doorgezakt. Verder sinds de laatste 2 jaar ander publiek (meer pakketreizen). O.a. luidruchtige volwassenen bij het zwembad, handdoek op bedjes leggen om te reserveren en dan uren niet komen. Daarnaast regelmatig een rioollucht in verschillende kamers/appartementen ervaren. (Oude)lekkages en schimmelplekken op plafond. Kortom, wij komen er niet meer. Hebben nu een ander accommodatie gevonden.
• larissa (8/5): Prima verblijf - Het appartement is ruim en prima neutraal ingericht, de tuin, zwembad en bar zien er gezellig uit. Helaas is er naar 1 x per week schoonmaak. Handdoeken vervangen 1 x per 3 dagen als je erom vraagt. Het is een beetje zonde van het appartement en het ruikt en is daardoor niet fris.

• Jaap (7/5): Aardig resort op een prima locatie met een heerlijk zwembad. - Een heerlijk zwembad, en prima ligging vlakbij goede uitvalswegen om boodschappen te doen en snorkellocaties of andere bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken. Onderhoud van het appartement: we zijn 3 weken in het appartement geweest, op dag 1 gemeld dat de electriciteit in de huiskamer niet werkt (wèl in slaapkamer en badkamer), na 2 dagen kwam er een struikeldraad (noodkabel) dwars door de woonkamer die "manana" door de electricien zou worden verwijderd voor een definitieve oplossing. Nog 3x gemeld in de navolgende weken, nooit meer iemand gezien. Hygiëne in het appartement: dit was op dag 1 in orde, alhoewel de wc + toiletbril angstvallig los zaten; week 1 en week 2 werd er keurig gepoetst door vriendelijke dames, maar toiletpapier moesten we steeds vragen om aan te vullen als we ze over straat zagen lopen. In week 3 werd er helemaal niet meer gepoetst en zijn we zelf achter schone handdoeken en toiletpapier aan moeten rennen, die we dan wel direct van ze kregen met een vriendelijke glimlach.

Zelfs als je wilt bijboeken is teveel gevraagd. Kom niet want receptie sluit om 17.30. Terwijl je er eerder bent. Was teveel werk. En buiten uren. Handdoeken worden niet verschoond, appartement niet en beddengoed ook niet. Chogogo beter prijs setting! Overal vliegen bij restaurant. Deel nooit feedback maar nu wel. Bij aankomst badkamer drijfnat. Wasbak was niet gekit. Emmers eronder alles blank. Handdoeken niet verschoond. Binnen dag opgelost prima maar interesse is er niet, doet er niet toe

• Cecilia (1/5): very dirty, and old things broken - The only thing I liked was that the kitchen is well stocked, nothing else. The beds are uncomfortable to sleep on. They only have one pillow. Things are dirty. The living room carpet hasn't been cleaned for at least years. The bathroom is disgusting. Everything is old and dirty. We found leftover food on the sofa. It smells damp. It's not worth staying there. Very, very dirty. Feedback

• Paul (8/5): Nice - The pool and bar were nice. I really liked the sand border to the pools. It's not a beachfront resort, so that made it "beachy". The staff were wonderful. They were friendly and were always willing to answer any questions. The tropical drinks at the bar were very tasty! They had a theme dinner each night of the week which was nice for variety. The location was just a short drive south of the airport, so it was only a few minutes drive from shopping and activities north of the airport. I have to be gluten free for medical reasons and the onsite restaurant didn't really have any options and the staff didn't appear to be trained / knowledgeable. A manager was able to say which things "should" be gluten free, but it's a shared kitchen, so couldn't guarantee cross-contamination wasn't present. Towels were only changed once every 4 days and were not changed on the schedule they posted.
• Gert (3/5): Nooi weer naar resort Bonaire!,, - Alleen het zwembad Appartement, losse contactdozen aan de muur, schimmel aan de muren en in de badkamer, stond een soort van stofzuiger die onder het stof zat,het leek of ze gestukadoord hadden. Spiegel badkamer kapot, wc bril los, lekkage onder de wastafel waar bruin tot zwart water uit kwam. Airco stonk naar riool lucht, zelf afvoerbuis van warmwaterketel vastgezet met dukaten ivm stank. Hor schuifpui kapot.
• Minou (5/5): Leuke locatie maar behoeft verbeteringen - Het is een fijn resort, bar heel gezellig met name Vincent. Weet hoe je klanten moet binden. Appartement was niet volledig schoon en had kakkerlakken. Sleutelkaart werkte moeilijk en op een avond kon ik niet meer naar binnen omdat de batterij op was. Over schoonmaak en kakkerlakken heb ik een melding gedaan bij receptie. Zou worden opgelost maar nooit iets mee gedaan. De dame bij de receptie gaf mij meteen al het gevoel dat ik niet serieus genomen werd. Helaas bewaarheid. Jammer want verder is het een leuke locatie maar kom hier niet meer terug

• MARIANA (7/5): - Os apartamentos são espaçosos, bem localizados e novos. Internet funcionava perfeitamente. Tinha um pouco de cheiro de mofo na sala, não fazem limpeza diária e apareceram baratas no banheiro, não tem flexibilidade de check in e check out.

• Mark (10/5): - Resort Bonaire Review – One-Bedroom Apartment During my recent trip to Bonaire, I stayed at Resort Bonaire in a one-bedroom apartment. Overall, the stay was comfortable and well-suited for a dive-focused trip, though there were a few quirks worth noting. Room & Amenities The apartment featured two twin beds, which could be pushed together to form a king. Since I was traveling with a friend, we opted to separate them for added space and comfort. The room itself was clean and functional, with enough storage for our belongings. One of the highlights was the fully equipped kitchen, which included a dishwasher—a great convenience for longer stays. The ability to prepare our own meals was a plus, especially given the limited dining options nearby. One downside, however, was the air conditioning setup. While the bedroom had AC, the living, dining, and kitchen areas did not. This made those spaces noticeably warmer, especially during the day. It would have been nice to have a cooling option for the entire apartment. Dining Option Resort Bonaire offers a single meal each night for a very reasonable price. The catch? You have to get there early because they often sell out. The rotating menu ensures variety, but since there’s only one option per night, it may not suit everyone’s tastes. That said, the convenience and affordability were definite positives. Final Thoughts Resort Bonaire provided a solid stay with comfortable accommodations and useful amenities. The AC limitation
• Cait (8/5): - Really enjoyed this resort. Awesome pool area and dedicated pool for small children. Plenty of parking. Approximately 5-7 minutes South of the airport. Away from the immediate downtown so at night it is quiet. Would definitely stay again when visiting Bonaire. Only cons would be lack of a washer/dryer in the unit or on the premise. And the beds do not have a comforter. So if you are cold when sleeping, bring layers or a blanket.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Location was exactly what i expected. Bed situation very uncomfortable. Literally 2 single beds pushed together with seperate bedding so tou keep falling between beds. Only 2 pilliows and huge. There should be a couple options as well as at least a blanket. Not just a top sheet. I used a towel. Could never cook an actual meal because not enough appropriate cutlery. No pool towels. Not enough seating around the pool. On Sunday the place was packed with non resort people using the facility, not enough parking. Toilet leaked the while stay. They did send somekne out to fix but he couldn't fix. Tried to eat lunch there and they were out if burgers, couldn't make nachos and no chicken fingers. For what i paid nightly i was disappointed. Won't stay again. There are other places i have stayed that are much better. I'm sorry for the poor review but you need the honesty

They even let us store our luggage in a secured space so we could enjoy the rest of our day after checking out. Some construction going on, but had no impact on us. Parking is a little tight, but we always had a spot. We will return. Excellent value for us.

• Jennifer (6/5): - A telephone should have been in the room to reach someone in case of an emergency. The mattress on the twin bed was very uncomfortable. Ended up with lower back pain. Considering the airport is 5 mins away, a complimentary shuttle could have been provided.
• Yury (10/5): - Nice and convenient property in primary diving location.
• Katie (10/5): - Great spot for our group dive trip! Easy parking, friendly staff, pretty modern rooms for price, and nice pool area.
• Di (10/5): - The property was well maintained and clean. The service was good. There is a small market within walking distance to buy last minute things such as a kitchen scrubber and dish soap. We would rent this place again.

• christina and Larry (8/5): - Parking is the biggest issue plus the fact that the cleaning staff only comes every 3 days.... unless you're only staying 7 nights then they come once. Which is an issue for towels and trash. Location is fine & basic but clean
• Shelby (6/5): - Pool area too small for amount of resort guests and not always enough chairs. Alot of pool fouls as well..cigarette butts everywhere (not staffs fault but maybe need ashtrays)glassware and beer bottle near and in pool isnt good practice and wild children constantly running =bad. We had a second floor room directly behind the bar/kitchen so it was noisy until 11pm but tolerable, except when off duty staff had a late night early morning party at 1:30-3am and kept us awake with yelling. Not tolerable. Otherwise room was nice , kitchen had everything required washrooms clean with towels but could use smaller hand/face variety. Bedrooms have one pillow per bed and sheets only. Not blankets. Air conditioner worked perfectly for Bedrooms but main living quarters arent air cooled. Actually met the owner and he was very pleasant and seems to be doing lots of improvements to the grounds, overall facility and was very involved with his crew while we were there. If staying over New Years Eve be ready for alot of noise and fireworks. The whole Island is one big party and fireworks show. Incredible Overall and good experience and will look into returning to Resort Bonaire if possible. Happy New Year
• Michael Lee (8/5): - Love the apartment but second ac unit in living room would be nice or a fan that is faster. Pizza too small for the price in my opinion. Property was very clean and pools were nicely maintained. Overall great stay look forward to our 2nd visit.
• Dana Ann (6/5): - The apartment was very nice however, we never received towel service the entire time we were there. Also, it would be nice to have a full length mirror in the apartment and some blankets. Also, the pillows in the double-bed room were very dirty. The resort is located in a convenient location, and food at the pool bar is very tasty. We never had an issue finding parking.
• Tazrian (2/5): - Very basic hotel. They do not provide housekeepong service unless you stay for 4 nights. We stayed 3 nights and did not get any towel or any houseekping. We asked for towels from the reception and we were told that it will cost 3 dollars for each towel. I have traveled to over 25 countries and have never heard that a hotel charges for replacement/fresh towels and do not provide houseekping when requested. I understand they may have limited resources in the island, but charging for fresh towels is insane when you have not had any for 2 nights. Plus, they do not have anyone at the reception most of time. Some days they had from 7 pm to 10/11 pm and in the morning. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The room was also designed in the most inconvenient way and with no thought whatsover on traveler/visitor's convenience.
• Sualinica (4/5): - No fan, no clothes iron available in hotel, loud noise when opening faucet or douch, loud music by neighbours. Difficult to get a parking spot when late back at the hotel. Very inconvenient to walk up or down the small stairs with luggage.

• Kandacy (2/5): - My trip to Bonaire was for my wedding!! Upon checking in to our apartment, the smell of sewage greeted my family and I. The toilet in the hallway was leaking water. The linen, mattresses and sofas were all filled with filthy stains and mold. It was evident that these items are old and very used!! There were cockroaches in the apartment as well, ceiling fan on the balcony was so rusted that the rust took over the actual white color that it supposed to be. In addition, we stayed there for a total of 10 days (July 29- August 7th) and were without WiFi in the apartment for literally the last 6 days of our stay!! Daily, I would report my issues to the front desk but all I would be told was “We gonna send someone to look at it.” ONCE, the maintenance guy came and failed to locate the toilet issue that was causing the leakage. Their housekeeping service sucks!! The cleaner only comes within 7 days of your stay, to bring cleaned linen & towels!! With the state of the apartment from the beginning to the end of my stay. The apartment was so nasty to the point that my 8 year old daughter was diagnosed with Tonsillitis after we returned home. I’ve reached out to the property with my level of unsatisfactory experience and all I was told that my feedback was forwarded to management. As of today no one has reached out to me!! The level of embarrassment I’ve felt to know that a trip that was supposed to be so great was actually a nightmare in the presence of my family!!

• Gary (10/5): - I accidentally smashed into the entry gate control device with my vehicle and had to pay for damage. The entrance drive, angle of approach and narrow opening with obstructions so close to the drive entrance REALLY SUCK.,

• Eric (10/5): - A nice place, fantastic to be with the family. Children mainly enjoy the pool facilities.
