Leo (8/5): Comfortable and Cozy, with good walking to Vatican City by Via Aurelia - Location was good, but we didn't figure this out until about halfway through our stay. There is a very convenient tunnel to get to Valle Aurelia Metro station, but you need to go down Via Aurelia a little ways to find it. During our stay there was a transportation workers strike so the 46 bus, which conveniently goes right by the hotel, was not in service. The 46 and 49 bus can take you to many nearby stops and transfers. It's a very quick walk to Vatican City, but make sure you walk on Via Aurelia (which has a good sidewalk) and stay away from the other roads which are busy or have itty bitty sidewalks. Breakfast was simple but good: prepackaged pastries, an Italian coffee pod maker, fresh fruit, milk and yogurt. It was kept in the room and restocked each day, nothing hot or served fresh. The tub was very comfortable, and in unit bathroom was always clean and spacious. Housekeeping came between 12 and 1, which wasn't a problem since we were usually out and about, but once we came back to rest after a Papal audience and we had to wait in the main room for a bit. Elevator is a bit small (cozy!) and is best for 2 people. Transportation and walking routes could've been communicated better, but they very well could've been and we didn't understand. Breakfast coffee wasn't the greatest (this could've easily been user error) and we were hoping for a more hardy breakfast with at least meats and cheese.

Fernanda (10/5): Recomendado! - Nos encanto, realmente recomendamos a ojos cerrados este alojamiento. Las piezas estaban siempre limpias, y las limpiaban diariamente. El personal era excelente, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Nos dejaban todos los días comida deliciosa para nosotros en la habitación. Nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos.

La pulizia: la struttura è molto pulita. Il bagno: stanza ristrutturata e accogliente. Bagagli: custoditi anche dopo l’orario di check out. Letto matrimoniale: estremamente scomodo, probabilmente vecchio o consumato, consigliamo di cambiarlo. Camera non insonorizzata: rumori molesti (uso un eufemismo) dalla stanza accanto. Stanza da letto: piccola, poco ergonomica. Colazione non adeguata per il prezzo della camera: 2 cornetti imbustati, qualche frutto, fette biscottate, 2 yogurt etc. quindi roba da supermercato. Utenza: Acqua solo tiepida dalle ore 21.

Hab - Los anfitriones fueron muuuuy atentos, estuvieron a disposición para un check-in tarde, nos dieron todas las indicaciones necesarias. Además, todos los días limpiaban la habitación, cambiaron los toallones. Muy buena gente! La ubicación es buena, caminando a 12 minutos del Vaticano y a 15 minutos en bus del centro histórico. La parada de bus está a 50 metros de la propiedad. Se escuchaba un poco la habitación de al lado.

kevser (1/5): I’d not recommend nor stay in this place again. - Breakfast was ok. It’s not value for money at all. The extra charges under other tax apart from tourist tax is utterly unacceptable. When I enquired about the other tax which was €150 for 3 nights, the answer was * taxes for gas, electricity, cleaning and rubbish (wehere we do not pay commission to booking). We have a flat-rate price of 50€ for electricity, gas, rubbish and cleaning.* It’s absolutely unjustifiable the amount I’ve been charged for. The other issue was the term garden rooms used in advertising the property is very misleading. The only garden is the neighbour’s garden room from your window.

Those over 40 will find flaws in the mattress, the bedding, and the breakfast. - Nice location, free public parking (you can always find a place). Hotel looks like recently renovated. The hotel staff is very carrying. “Included breakfast” in the room means: coffee, tea, milk, musli, hard chucks, "7 Days"-style croissants, yogurt, butter, kiwi, apple. The room is too small.

Zdeněk (8/5): - Great location near Vatican city and great personnel, breakfast available in your room to have it anytime you want - especially helpful if you plan to get up early and stand in queue for Vatican Museums. It is not a complain, only a note for next customers to be aware of - the walls and doors are quite thin, so you can hear other guests as well, but our co-guests were quiet, so it was okay. The second note is breakfast - it is organized as Italian type of breakfast by packed food, fruits and diaries in the fridge - it was interesting experience, because I was used to having hotel-style breakfast (scrambled eggs, ham...), but not a negative one for short trip.

The owner was lovely and did her utmost to see that everything was good. I would not describe this as a B&B, but as a room, it did not meet my specifications for B&B. I felt the advertisement of breakfast included was not actual as we had coffee in our room and some fruit or a muffin. All the B&Bs I’ve ever stayed at have a regular sitdown breakfast so for me that was disappointing.

Die Wohnung ist Tip-Top sauber, Frühstück alles was man braucht und ein sehr freundliches, nettes Personal und Gastgeberin. Alles viel besser gewesen als wir es erwartet haben. Bien que localisé dans un quartier résidentiel, l 'hôtel est situé derrière le Vatican et un peu excentré pour accéder aux lieux de visite ( nombreux) de cette capitale.

Sabrina (8/5): Wir waren zufrieden - Es war sauber und komfortabel. Die Lage war gut. Nähe zum Vatikan. Bushaltestelle 100 Meter entfernt. Frühstück war wie beschrieben italienisch. Abgepackte Muffins, Zwieback. Bisschen Joguhrt, Obst. Wie gesagt, war es so beschrieben. Kann das Hotel nix für. Aber es sind kaum Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe.
caterina (10/5): Ritorno favoloso - sono tornata in questa struttura e devo dire che mi sono trovata addirittura meglio: lo staff è sempre disponibile, la pulizia è eccellente e la posizione centrale è sempre una garanzia nulla

Vicky (1/5): BED BUGS. - It was walking distance to the Vatican. We stayed here for three nights and discovered bed bugs in the bed on the morning we were leaving. We documented it with photos and reported it immediately. This was disgusting, stressful, and unacceptable. Bed bugs are not a minor inconvenience — they are a serious health and sanitation issue. After returning home, we had to keep our belongings in bags and take extra precautions with our clothing and luggage because of the risk of bringing them into our home. The way this was handled was just as bad as the discovery itself. The host was dismissive, offered an inadequate refund, blamed us for the bed bugs, and claimed the room had been sanitized the day before our arrival “as a precaution.” That explanation did not inspire confidence and only raised more serious concerns. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend that other travelers think carefully before booking here.
Gabriela (9/5): - O prédio é de uso múltiplo, então o andar dos quartos tem uma porta extra por questões de segurança. Todo ambiente desde a entrada é bem cuidado. O quarto é espaçoso e confortável. O banheiro é novo e super limpo, chuveiro ótimo. O sistema de café da manhã é prático: um kit bem variado (frutas, iogurte, suco, leite, chá, café, geleia, torradas, bolinho) fica disponível e tem reposição diária. Roupas de cama e banho sempre limpos. Apesar de ser perto, o acesso de chegada é sempre subindo, então com bagagens é um pouco cansativo. Precisa saber o horário próximo de chegada, caso contrário não há ninguém para te receber e entregar as chaves. Sentimos falta de um pouco de interação.
