- John Carl (10/5): Comfortable and Pleasant Experience - Had a great stay at GT Hotel Jaro. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was reliable hot water. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended. One small suggestion for improvement: it would be better if room essentials like towels, doormats, and a hairdryer were already prepared in the room before the guest’s arrival. Having everything ready after the reservation would make the experience even smoother. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.
- Lizle (6/5): - Location is good. No elevator. The room provided to me did not have any window. The shower curtain needs to be replaced. I also killed four baby ockroaches during my stay.
- Geraldine (2/5): Not ideal for family with kids. - We were not fond of the property. It had a stench at reception and all the way up however, they used a heavy diffuser sent that smelt Like flower scent once you enter and when you climb the second level the smell starts to appear. There was not elevator which makes ot difficult to carry if you have heavy luggages. The main road was really busy. The room was below average. Bathroom is dirty. Would not go back again unfortunately. Airconditioning was not as cold inside room 302 located on level 3.

- Lara Kristel (10/5): - I originally booked just one night at GT hotel Jaro last Sunday, but we ended up staying until Wednesday because we got stranded due to Bagyo Verbena. Hotel was incredibly accommodating the entire time. The bathroom/CR was very clean (Lol, I worked there since I didn’t have my noise-cancelling headphones). The room was spacious, had plenty of outlets, and the staff and guard were kind and helpful. Best part is the good wifi connection because I was able to work comfortably on monday and tuesday nights without cancelling (thank god). Location-wise, it’s super convenient. There’s a supermarket right in front of the hotel, plus silog stalls nearby. It’s also very easy to get to the SM malls since it’s just one jeepney ride away. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

- Kendrick (7/5): This is a very affordable hotel accommodation. - Staff were very accommodating. They provided everything I needed. The hotel is accessible to mass public transportation. There are plenty of choices to choose from buses to taxis. Rates are reasonable. The hotel needs to provide elevator or ramp access to the rooms for PWDs and senior citizens. The bath towels are worn and old, they need to be replaced. The rooms should be renovated and the fixtures to be replaced like the shower head and faucets.

We waltzed in early thanks to a super chill receptionist, and our room was so big we could have hosted a small-scale Renaissance Faire. Plus, everything you need is right there - groceries, grub, and even an ATM for when you're feeling fancy. Laundry? Just a hop, skip, and a jump away.
