• Carlos (6/5): Normal! - El personal es muy amable! No tienen agua caliente, no hay rampa para minusválidos, instalaciones deterioradas, habitaciones sucia, bisagras de puertas sonaban muchos sobretodo la del baño. Estuve 8 días y no pudieron solucionar. El desayuno prácticamente lo mío todos los días sin mucha variedad.

• Paula (3/5): Pésimo servicio - La piscina está buena y el personal de aseo y cocina muy amables El personal de recepción muy desagradable, al pedir papel higiénico lo negaban igual que con las toallas, por ende, debíamos usar las toallas sucias. Las habitaciones eran muy incómodas, el aire acondicionado estaba malo, los baños se inundaban y un día se cortó la luz nos tuvieron sin agua ni luz por más de 5 horas ya que el generador no funcionaba. Pésimo servicio!!

Diana siempre dispuesta a resolver y ayudar cualquier inconveniente o necesidad que tuvimos... Mejor que las instalaciones, la gente que trabaja ahi... le suben 15 puntos a todo. Había algunas fallas técnicas con el agua caliente y costo q nos den la caja fuerte... nada que imposibilitara o hiciera infeliz nuestra estadía.

El lugar está muy acogedor el desayuno muy excelente todos los días la señora Marí - El personal, muy atento, especialmente la gente de la Cocina, La falta de toallas, la ducha por desgracia estaba dañada, no salía mucha agua y el agua poca que salía. Estaba rodando por la pared. Vinieron a arreglarla, pero parece que nunca la pudieron arreglar completamente.. desafortunadamente fue en mi habitación, ya que en la otra habitación se rentó. Todo. Estaba bien.. igual la televisión salió unas rayas en la pantalla, pero después lo arreglaron. Pasaron dos días y vinieron para hacerlo.
• José Alaín (6/5): - En general el hotel es bonito, el personal muy amable y colaborador, la comida era buena Calidad / Precio Me parece un poco exagerado el precio por la calidad en las habitaciones, además hay muchas oportunidades para mejorar. 1.- El aseo a las habitaciones, no había un cambio de toallas diario, cuando les pedía que las cambiaran me dejaron sin las toallas y me toco pedirlas en la noche en recepción. Igual con el papel higiénico me toco en 2 oportunidades pedir en recepción papel porque se les olvidaba dejarlo en el baño. 2.- Los primeros 2 días no había agua caliente, me toco pedir que revisaran porque no estaba saliendo, fue hasta el 3er día que llegó. 3.- había solo un dispensador de agua potable en la cocina, en varias oportunidades en la noche estaba vacío y me toco solicitar que colocaran uno lleno. Este punto no es menor ya que en San Andrés el agua no es potable, de hecho es un poco salada el agua que sale del grifo. 4.- Los cuartos no cuentan con un closet decente, un tubo descubierto con 2 ganchos un poco viejo además que el tubo si acaso media unos 70 cm 5.- Aunque cuentan con caja fuerte esta no funcionaba. 6.- El control remoto del tv no tenía ni tapa trasera ni baterías, me toco solicitar unas baterías para poder utilizarlo. En general aunque no tuve ningún problema al solicitar las cosas que faltaban creo que si van a ofrecer un servicio y cobrar 100$ la noche deberían entrenar más al personal ya que no creo que uno deba estar diciéndole las funciones que deben realizar ni estar detrás pidiendo cosas que son básicas en la hoteleria.

• Cristian (1/5): Casi me arruinan las vacaciones, cuando ingresé estaba buscando otro hotel para irme - NADA Empiezo: 1) llegamos y no había agua caliente en la habitación 2) nos recibieron en una habitación sucia pelos en la pared del baño 3) la televisión no funcionaba 4) los enchufes andaban mal 5)estaba rota la cortina y entraba toda la luz (faltaban las cuerdas para bajarla) 6) la ventana no se podía cerrar bien 7) tapa de inodoro rajada 8) luego del cambio de habitación tenia manchas de Humedad 9) si te levantabas temprano no salía agua de la ducha 10) el artefacto donde se ingresa la tarjeta para dar electricidad a la habitación estaba anulado y hacía ruido por la noche. Avise por la mañana, vino un técnico y no lo arregló, tuve que desarmarlo a las 23hs con una tijera que me prestaron en la recepción. 11) no cambiaban las toallas cuando lo pedías 12)si pedías algo al personal tenias que insistir en tu pedido 13)desayuno muy malo 14) cena muy mala no está relacionado a un 4 estrellas 15)las fotos no describen la realidad de las habitaciones 16) ruidos molestos por la noche, una sola persona en el patio con música muy alta sin respetar el horario de silencio 17) precio calidad deja muchísimo que desear

• Gilberto (1/5): Pésima experiencia - Zona de piscina tal vez La habitación no coincide en absoluto con lo que está publicado en Booking,pero sobre todo el pésimo mantenimiento de ellas,muchos detalles que señalar, puerta con número caído (no lo tenía),falta tapa del aseo,mampara sucia,ventana del baño sucia,no teníamos toallas a la llegada,en cuanto entrabas a la habitación olía muchísimo a humedad y como si hubiesen fumigado,cortinas de la ventana súper sucias,muebles en muy mal estado por el paso del tiempo,techo con varias humedades. si tuviese que decir algo positivo sería que la chica de la recepción fue agradable a la llegada,sin más. Aún después de haberlo pagado Decidimos abandonar el hotel directamente ya que la impresión fue pésima y porque mi mujer tiene problemas respiratorios y ahí era imposible,se fue del hotel prácticamente llorando,no nos había pasado jamás ,nos pusimos en contacto con booking y nos dijeron que hablarían con el hotel para negociar un reembolso ya que no la utilizamos,la respuesta fue negativa y no nos ofrecieron dicho reembolso,al cabo de unas horas nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación pero ya habíamos pagado en otro establecimiento la estancia, y que sí que cumplía con los estándares básicos al menos. En definitiva no lo recomendaría en absoluto, no quisiera que nadie pasase por esa experiencia,después de tantas horas de distintos vuelos para llegar a San Andrés y encontrarnos con eso.por cierto muy alejado del centro,para cualquier cosa tienes que utilizar taxi. En resumen,una malísima experiencia con el hotel y una decepción con BOOKING.

I opened a door that connects to the balcony, and it was imposible to close the doors, the food didn't have much to choose, and the A/C doesn't work properly could be because of the doors that couldn't close at the balcony, also there was a lack of water for bathing.

Además el transporte publico pasa cada 10 min y te puede llevar a cualquier lugar de la isla. las chicas de la recepción siempre están atentas a responder tus preguntas con la mejor actitud. Hubo un día que la lampara de la habitación no funciono y a los huevos del desayuno requieren un poco mas de sal o tenerla disponible en caso de requerirla

• Elodie (8/5): Super option calme et pas trop isolé 🌴✨ - La gentillesse du personnel aux petits soins✨☺️ le calme de l'établissement 🌴 Le frigo dans la chambre Le pet friendly 🐕 L'éloignement géographique fait qu'il est indispensable de prévoir un budget déplacement...bus ( toutes les 15 minutes et le plus économique), taxi, très chers ou location de " mula" petite voiture qui se compte par milliers sur l'île...le plus commode pour être indépendant... L'établissement compte un transport gratuit deux fois par jour, départ à 8h30...et retour à 17h...non négligeable mais qui limite grandement la mobilité... Tout ouvre tard sur l'île...compter en moyenne 10h du matin... coupure entre 12h et 16h... Du coup le transport proposé n'est pas super adapté aux coutumes locales.... Plusieurs allers-retours à prévoir par jour.... Le petit déjeuner peut largement être amélioré 👍🏼😉

• Aldana (7/5): Como recomendación estarían bueno que pongan perchas/perchero para colgar la ropa. También algo donde reposar el sha - Tiene espacios comunes muy lindos. El hostal se encuentra frente al mar. Por más que no se puede meter a nadar, es una muy linda vista. Cuando llegamos había un pan en el cajón. El domingo hubo un cumpleaños que ocupaba todos los sectores comunes y la pileta.

• Erick (1/5): THIEVES - Location Photos do not accurately show the rooms. Beds were hard and rooms did not feel clean. During check out our bags were placed in an unoccupied room. I told the staff we would be back around 2 pm. Upon returning, we saw the staff moving the bags when we were told multiple time the bags would not be moved. The bags were moved and I noticed my zipper was open. I didn’t asume anything was taken. Upon having all our bags and checking for our belongings, my airpods were missing and they were tracked to the original room where our bags were placed. Upon looking in the room, they were in a pillow case tucked in. There was NO reason why they should be there because we never occupied the room. It is as if the staff realized we were arriving and placed the airpods there. When asking to speak to both ladies who were moving our bags from the original storage room to the other room, one lady got really defensive.

• ISAAC (8/5): Buena atención - Hotel pequeño, bonito, excelente atención, comida rica aunque debería tener mejor variedad. Su localización un poco apartada del centro, hace que se deba gastar $15.000 en taxi por trayecto, o usar el bus público.

• Esteban (2/5): The worst hotel in 15+ years traveling - It would not be enough words to say how dissapointed it was my experience. I arrived Saturday at 10.00pm, they gave me a room that was not ready to be used ( no hot water, Tv and refrigerator were not even installed, floor was dirty and toilet did not work properly. the room was full of construction debris as they were still working in the room. When we complained with the person in charge , it was a woman with a laptop sitting on a table with a plastic chair. That was “the reception” , she does not even bother to say sorry and she said they do not have manager available on the weekend . It was too bad that I decided to left next morning . They charge me 402,000 Colombian pesos, something around 150 US dollars for the worst room hotel I have experienced anywhere in the world . It was a shame and a completely waste of time. Do not go if you appreciate your valuable vacation time
• Verified traveler (6/5): San Andrés 2nd chance - The hotel is under renovation maybe that’s why I had a few issues. 1st I arrived at 12pm and got of the taxi open the gate walked up the stairs and not 1 sign that tell you where to go. Was there for about 10 min looking around m. The only thing there were rooms. I finally walked out back way inbyje back and that’s where the checking desk was. 2nd issue was checking in I was at 3 pm, I asked for early check in and I was told to give them 1 hour and they would have the room ready. I finally got keys to the room at 2:55 pm. They offer restaurant service but you have to order your luch the day b4 or you don’t get to eat. This hotel is across the st from the ocean but you can’t go in that part of the ocean cause there is no beach. Now for the ok is that they have a good working a/c unit in the room. The room is small but it did not bother me. Housekeeping did a good job making sure the room looked clean. The hotel is about 10 min by taxi to down town. The hotel also offers free shuttle but till surting hour. I would recommend this hotel to a friend but I would explain all the details about my experience. I guess you get what you pay for.
