- Marc (9/5): Great location and well presented property. - Great location and size. Was clean and well presented. Good facilities. Did not use the pool. Construction work was taking place on the opposite side of the road but out of control of the host and luckily was up before works started.

- Charmaine (6/5): This property is very tired but comfortable and conveniently located. - This was a very large property over three floors and nicely located near to the beach. The kitchen was stocked well with coffee and tea which we were very grateful for.
The staff at G1 were lovely and also responsive when we let them know. Sadly it was not clean and we had to spend quite some time to clean the pool, the BBQ and the bathroom downstairs and we had ants and cockroaches in the kitchen area.
There were lots of rules about what we were going to be charged if we used an extra blanket or didn’t clean the property properly.

- Melinda (8/5): Perfect beach shack for a getaway with friends - There was so much space. We fit 3 families here (6 adults, 4 children) and didn't feel like we were crowded. There are so many living and recreation spaces. The view from the back deck was gorgeous.
The location is perfection, a short walk to the beach and shops.
We fit 4 cars in the driveway easily. The place is a little run down in places, though this does add to the beach shack feel.
There was a gas leak in the BBQ and only 1 burner on the upstairs stove worked properly. So if you're doing minimal cooking it's fine.

Upstairs sitting area outside was lovely as well. Downstairs was dated in comparison to upstairs and the pool area was covered in debris and needed to be cleaned by us before we could use it, including the chairs which were covered in dirt and debris as well.
Booking lists air conditioning, doesn't mention it is only in the main living rooms.
