• Anne (9/5): Lived up to expectations - Perfect for a hotel in the lower price range of a 'good' hotel. Not as fancy as a really fancy hotel, but also 100% better than the many 'low budget' hotels. The room has everything you need and is very clean. The staff is very kind. Nice restaurant in the building, convenience store across the street, and very many local foodstalls in the direct surroundings.

• Mohammad (5/5): They could allow is to take the distant corner and eat our food quietly. They didn’t. - It was not too bad. Nothing. The day we reached there there was some kind of shooting going on in the dining area. We were hungry and wanted to eat something in the restaurant, but we were not allowed to… They asked us to take the food to our room where we did not have any table or enough chairs. It was pathetic that they did not care about traveling guests who went hungry for hours due to their so called “shooting.”

• Gloria (6/5): for one night it was okay, but wouldnt choose this hotel again, for the price there are better ones in Jakarta. - in total okay but could defenetly be better for this price! dirty bathroom also moldy and bad smell…, no smiley pillows (not important but we chose this hotel because we found it funny to have the smiley pillows, but no smileys for us :P ), breakfast was okay but only toast, no bread like on the pictures, bed and blankets had stains on it but we think they washed it just old stains.

• NACHO708 (10/5): Fabulous Hospitality - I have stayed twice in this hotel. One in August 2021 during my quarantine and second stay in September 2021 on my way back to Dubai. The hotel and the entire team delivered extremely high level of service and everyone went above and beyond their normal scope of duty to make every guest happy. They organized my PCR test in house and the result delivered less than 12 hours to my room. I would like to thank every member of the team from favehotel Bandara for their genuine hospitality and my sincere gratitude to Ms. Sri from Sales department who was available 24/7 for every inquiries i had and she did every possible thing to assist me right from making a reservation, PCR test, late check out request, laundry etc. She was my single point of contact and her response to my request was seamlessly. Also Mr. AHMAL and the FO team, Housekeeping team, Room service team they are truly professional hotelier. Thank you favehotel Bandara for the outstanding service. Kudos to everyone. Looking forward to staying again in the near future. Not to forget to mention that the hotel follow strictly COVID19 protocol at all times. I highly recommend this hotel and DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY the big brand nor the star rating as they dont guarantee a quality of service.
• vhasib555529 (8/5): Shuttle bus to airport only runs every 2 hours - I booked a room for my friend so she could ride the shuttle bus provided by the hotel in the morning for her 8.25 am flight. It turned out the shuttle bus only runs every 2 hours starting from 4 am.. the 6am shuttle bus ride would risk her missing the flight bcz of the busy airport procedure in the morning.. however, it is considerably close to the airport that she could just ride grabcar to the airport. All in all the stay was great, the service was great, it was great value for money. I just wish the information about the shuttle bus running only every 2 hours would be there before I booked
• kizilbash99 (6/5): Jakarta Hotel - Great, attentive customer service. Had difficulty with the shuttle from the airport to the hotel as I arrived after 11 PM, but a driver was sent which was greatly appreciated. There is very little in walking distance of the hotel.
