The breakfast buffet is spectacular and included with the room. The best thing about the hotel is definitely the staff. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and happy. It was very quiet, not noisy or bustling like the Old Quarter, making it ideal for those who want peace and quiet. The staff were very attentive and enthusiastic, and the breakfast was also great. The poolside staff mix really delicious drinks. I will come back here; it's an ideal place for a vacation.

The pool was great and, with a swim-up bar where you could enjoy numerous cocktails, it was the perfect end to a day of exploring. It was a short distance from Old Town. Staff were all fantastic. • bluestarfishsea (8/5): Great family stay - The hotel was clean, the huge bed was comfortable, the a/c was cool, and the breakfast was lovely-so many choices! The location was convenient, walking distance to many nice restaurants and along the river to old town. We had two connecting rooms which was convenient. One room had a mildew smell (maybe the a/c or bc the bathtub has a shower head but the walls are not tiled or waterproofed for showering.) We all used the proper stand up shower in my kids room. I didn’t like that the hotel has a no outside food policy as my kids occasionally like to get take away, but they have a room service and we did bring a few snacks/drinks to the room in our bag and didn’t have a problem. We had a great stay, it was very comfortable.

The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day exploring. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the Old Town, or only a few minutes away by Grab motorbike taxi. The pool area was also a great place to unwind. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly throughout my stay. A special mention to Yang, the Food & Beverage Manager, and his team, who were always a pleasure to chat with in the mornings. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. • Navigator36151946835 (2/5): Bad Experience - The stay at this hotel was a disaster for us impacting the rest of our trip in Vietnam.  Per hotel name, it supposed to be a 4 star luxury hotel, but unfortunately it showed to be far from that level. To start, the bathroom was very outdated. Also the bathtub was not clean at all when we checked in. There was no shower in the bathroom. The nightmare started when the remote for the air conditioning showed not to be working properly at night, making the room freezing cold. We could set the temperature and the mode using the remote but in fact nothing changed and cold air came all the time. We could not even turn it off. It was too late to ask someone to come to the room as we were so tired from the earlier long road trip. We tried to deal with it until the morning but there was not much sleep.In the morning we got the symptoms of the cold, sore throat, and fever. Really unfortunate. After asking the management to fix it, they replaced the remote batteries and it seemed to be working, but unfortunately later at night exactly the same problem started again.Another freezing night. To make things even worse, the toilet plumbing for the hygiene washing broke with a simple use when we returned to the hotel around 10-11 pm, and water flooded in the bathroom. We called the receptionist and someone showed up and fixed it (we didn’t dare using it afterwards anyway) and when he was done I asked whether someone would come to clean the bathroom. What he did was use one of the towels in the bathroom by foot to dry/clean the dirty bathroom floor., and then he left. No proper cleaning was done, neither anyone contacted us for cleaning or follow up later. Just using the towels in the bathroom in front of the hotel guest for floor cleaning, says a lot about the services at the hotel, but I don’t want to blame the staff directly for it.  It is the management to blame. They are responsible to provide the proper training and guidance to the staff. More to write about the hotel, but I end this review with the breakfast area that I don’t think was in line with a 4 star hotel, mainly from a cleanliness point of view.

The spa massage experience was worth it and really appreciated the happy hour cocktails and the friendly barternder Yang and also friendly reception staff such as Tracy.. hope to be back in Hoi An during dry season to enjoy more of what this city has to offer

Definately as a tourist must stay in the hotel to get experience with beautiful nature and memorable stay.

Lovely clean pool with swim up bar. Hotel facade in need of a little tlc but rooms generous sized, clean and very comfortable. 25 min walk into Hoi An old town or a cheap taxi ride.
